You are incorrect about Larry the Cucumber's Ryu number.
Strong Bad has a Ryu Number of 3.
Anyone who has emailed Strong Bad and gotten an answer has a Ryu number of 4.
The hosts of the podcast Come On, Fhqwhpods, who have interviewed several people who have gotten email responses from Strong Bad, have a Ryu number of 5.
The hosts of the podcast Mystery Shack Lookback, who have crossed over with Come On, Fhqwhpods, have a Ryu number of 6.
Alex Hirsch, who defines “blanchin” for Ella in Mystery Shack Lookback (in-character as Soos,) has a Ryu number of 7.
The Simpsons, who interact with Alex Hirsch in a cameo role as Bill Cipher, have a Ryu number of 8.
Larry the Cucumber, who shows up in the background of the Simpsons episode “HOMЯ” (season 12 episode 9,) has a Ryu number of 9.
Let's be reasonable and assume that you're saying Larry the Cucumber has an Extended Ryu Number. Which I say as much in the clarification for the post. The very first sentence, in fact. "It’s fairly trivial to get an Extended Ryu Number through the numerous biblical depictions in the animated episodes".
Ignoring that the Alex Hirsch link sure seems like it’s using a voice actor as a link, which is never valid, I'll even be generous and look past the fact that the VeggieTales reference in "HOMЯ" very much seems to be a static image and an in-universe animated TV show, which I would normally not consider for even Extended Ryu Numbers, which are intended to open up links to non-video games, not relax rules about what counts as a valid character appearance.
Let's say this link is still fair game.
All of the Simpsons have a Standard(!) Ryu Number of 2.
Which would, by the concessions made above, give Larry the Cucumber an Extended Ryu Number of 3.
Just as an exercise, though, let's try one of the numerous biblical depictions in the animated episodes that I specifically mention. There's still a caveat in that I'm fairly certain in-universe that all biblical depictions are in skits, but I looked past an iffy link above, I'll do it here too.
Let's pick, I don't know... "Josh and the Big Wall!"
Hey, would you look at that. That's also a 3. Weird.
For future reference, though, if I make a post saying a character does not have a Ryu Number, it means that character does not have a Limited/Standard Ryu Number, to my knowledge. The nature of Extended Ryu Numbers means that unless I think the links are of particular interest, I won't include them.

I just discovered Come On, Fhqwhpods! yesterday, and because of that I’ve been watching along with the earliest Homestar Runner cartoons and. There’s something really comforting seeing that these cartoons I’ve loved since I was a kid had the same struggle I’ve had learning Flash? That arguably the masters of animation in this program started out as twentysomethings messing around learning the software like me???

The fellas over at Come On Fhqwhpods: A Homestar Runner Podcast have put together a full audio version of Strong Sad’s Lament (the actual in-character blog he used to run)
it features 7 different VAs to take us through all the entries

and has been described as a “magnum opus” and “ like the beginning of a 2000s teen movie starring Strong Sad”
