Thank you for the tag Aimz! 🥰 I included gifs I've done for various forms of media, because if I've learned anything from the last few months, it's that editing is very different for games than tv and film (lol). I think my style tends to veer more "enhanced natural," but I included some with more background coloring because that can be fun in its place too. Tragically...I don't save as many of my "ST Sans Visages" gifs as I should (takes WAY too much space) but...color-correcting those to match each other would have been a whole set on its own (a girl has a list, and the ST colorists are on it) bonus: the last time I did this

Once the peace treaties are signed, Clive Rosfield will inherent the Ducal throne of Rosaria alongside his wife, Jill Warrick of the Northern Territories. Dion Lesage will be named King of the Crystalline Dominion (Emperor no longer, as Rosaria has declared themselves a free and independent nation) and Joshua Rosfield King Consort to the Crystalline throne. Because The Phoenix is inherited through the whole of the Rosfield line + as penance for the treachery of Anabella Rosfield & the aid she received from Sylvestre Lesage, the second child of Clive and Jill will inherit the Crystalline Throne—but will take the name “Lesage” during their ascension, to prevent the end of the Lesage line. This compromise is agreeable to King Dion, given he was also granted the rights and titles of the name Lesage. However, the child must be trained from a young age in the tradition of Dion’s house, including in the histories and faith of Greagor—for the Dominion will not suffer a King unschooled in their traditions. While the Rosfields no longer subscribe to the traditions of the Gregorian church, Clive concedes that, in order to best serve the realm, his second child will be a ward raised by their uncles in Sanbreque when they reach 10 years of age (much like their mother Jill was raised as a ward of the Duchy of Rosaria). Given Bahamut is not generally king in the Dominion and all the great bloodlines of the nation are members of the Motes of Light (and therefore all have fair opportunity to sire the eikon’s new dominant after Dion’s passing), the nation reluctantly agrees to this compromise. That said: in due time when the Eikon of Light returns after the death of King Dion, the man (or woman) who inherits Bahamut will be asked to marry and produce the offspring of the second Rosarian son/Lesage King, in order to produce the heir that officially combines the bloodlines of Motes of Light with the keepers of the Phoenix—a task to be completed within three generations.

^^^ It's the way I literally wrote this whole bit of lore for a "GoT x FFXVI" fic after rewatching House of the Dragon...and then ended up with Joshua and Jill repeatedly fawning over a baby in the DLC? Like. I got Clive POV of momma Jill looking onto her darling—and future inheritor of Dion’s throne—while his uncle and future warden looks on lovingly girl they could not have fed me ANY better omg
