What if, AU FakeHero!Shigaraki ?

We’ve all(?) seen the AU Villain!Deku stories where Deku, however he ends up with All For One, goes undercover at UA. Makes enough sense. There was/is that whole thing about UA having a mole, so the stories posit it’s Deku with changes to the timeline/world.

But what about the other obvious option? All For One needs a kid, who believes in AFO’s vision, who needs to get close to All Might to kill him and also sabotage Hero Society...

What if it was Shigaraki Tomura/Shimura Tenko?

His origin story is still the same: his family all gets killed, he’s picked up by All For One, taught to hate and destroy - only he’s not spirited away completely to the underworld. Shimura Tenko still exists, learns to act normal, goes to school, learns villainous stuff at home, then applys to UA.

With him on the inside and AFO on the outside, they slowly sabotage UA and make the school look bad, for Shigaraki’s first year. Villain attacks, one or two students get expelled or killed, maybe a big story about quirk discrimination given to the media. Maybe they engineer a scenario where Shimura Tenko does something super heroic and saves the day - while the Pro Heroes were useless - and now everyone has heard of and knows of that UA kid.

Including All Might.

Year Two, and All Might comes to UA with wild hopes about a kid with his master’s face and family name. Investigation reveals that, yes, Shimura Tenko is Shimura Nana’s grandson.

Now we have All Might, the big softie with a tendency to play favorites and a giant guilt complex about Nana’s family; and we have Shimura Tenko, top student and heroic and brave and having overcome such a tragic childhood and is such a scarily good candidate to be the next One For All user...

And so the fate of All Might and All For One, of Hero Society, of ‘Shimura Tenko’, all depends on Shigaraki, and what he will choose to do.

These so called “HEROS” will learn the true meaning of PAIN... im all over the place right now. i was suppose to make a comic but got caught up with school. sorry.
