Wrapped 2023 (Aijamisespava Edition!)
Oookay, taking a break from my messenger role in Eurovision Land to bring you something different (buckle up, this is going to get long). Yesterday was Spotify Wrapped, and while I'm off celebrating my favorite songs that made it to that top 100 list, I also become a wild statistician and bring you my stats.
General Stats: Well...I listened for 139,902 minutes (more than my friends and family), my top artist was Taylor Swift with Evanescence, Panic! At The Disco, My Chemical Romance, and Loïc Nottet rounding out my top 5. I'd go into my top 5 songs but.....Loïc Nottet took 3rd and 4th with "Mélodrame" and "Mud Blood" respectively. What about the rest? That's what I'm here for.
Welcome to my Eurovision 2023. Any Eurovision song that makes my Spotify Wrapped is in my Grand Final. So countries can participate as many times as they appear. So here is my list. I'll have their actual placement on my Wrapped in parenthesis.

I'm watching Eurovison 2010 and I have a few observations:
We are SO LUCKY for modern eurovision and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Bops and flops, ballads and head-scratchers but it's fun! interesting! unique! I swear these songs are 5 minutes long and melt together. Nice, but bland
In case you forgot the eurovision winner with the most points in history until the new system (the only downside of new voting system) we put subtitles. hiiiiiiiiii ❤
I'm no expert but I think your violin is broken
Why aren't we doing gorgeous long aqua?blue dresses anymore, it's all black/ white/ silver / red / that awful flamingo pink
When was the last time we got just curtains as staging concept???

Georgia's best ranking was 9th place in the Grand Final, which it achieved twice in a row, first in 2010, then in 2011.
Sofia Nizharadze's "Shine" and Eldrine's "One More Day" were the successful songs. However, Nizharadze placed 3rd in her semi-final, and Eldrine placed 6th.
