my attempt at compiling all the ways etho's desk setup is fucked up
Monitor: according to something he said in one of beef's starblight desert videos, etho's monitor goes black and silent every 30 seconds or so (likely fixed by now since it was a while ago, so take this with a grain of salt)
Headphones (oh god): two pairs of headphones both broken, with tissues as padding and leaky glue since they snapped
He is currently using a pair of earbuds.
Keyboard (oh god AGAIN): is located about 12 inches (~30cm) away from the front of his desk. old keyboard was used so much the WASD keys all broke, has spilt at least 5 drinks of various types on it. Replaced keyboard in 2014 and still has the same one. Spacebar broken and hypersensitive. Cannot see keys well at all due to...
Mic: is in a tissue box (that is like 5 years old). Box matches his desk at least, and is still in good condition? Apparently?? There are tissues in the box still. I think he said in a let's play episode that it's so close to his face he can't move much bc he'll hit it
Mouse: relatively old mouse, uses it sideways in front of his keyboard. Elbow bent weirdly. No mousepad
Desk itself: Is as his shoulder level. Since his chair is at the lowest setting. Is made of metal but "has a nice fancy wood finish".
Posture: his elbows are out to the sides and resting on the desk so that he doesn't get tired. His right wrist isn't bent at the usual angle because of the sideways mouse thing but IS IT REALLY WORTH THE REST (he is very tall so this is easier)
Tango tried to recreate the setup! Etho said it was close but not exact, his desk is at a different level so thats about it

A break from our regularly scheduled programming: a DBHC Docm77 reference sheet!
This is something I’d like to do for all of the androids as I get more familiar with their designs and story, so I don’t know how long it’ll be until all of the androids are done, but for now, here’s a little bit of a peek into my thought process behind doc’s design! His never-before-seen Pre-Deviancy design was both incredibly fun and incredibly disorienting bc for real who is that man DBJCGHK but he’s also kinda fun to draw =w= So I may do some Beginning of S8 doodles or comics at some point for fun :3

Absolutely losing my mind over Scar’s stream today
He was already talking to Etho while catching ocelots
Joel logs in and Scar immediately asks if Etho wants to go visit him
We get so many Etho lore crumbs (although he doesn’t fully confirm anything except having stubble and trying to get rid of 2 extra house generators)
They hang out for like 2 hours doing nothing hut chatting
Eventually Scar leaves but forgot that he left his ocelots at Etho’s because he was so excited about boat boys that he never brought them home

etho "ethOwO" slab has released very few pictures and one of them is of headphones padded with tissues i cannot even begin to decipher how they would go on someone's ears and the other is of his setup in which he uses a tissue box as a mic stand. see the common thread? the tissues may well have come from that very same box. in this essay i will
