Unpopular opinion: Erica Carroll and Lee Majdoub are amazing people and deserve better than to be forgotten. They belong to the supernatural family too because Hannah was as important as any other character on supernatural. She is valuable autism representation and she is a genderless celestial being who fits in with ANY queer ship in this fandom.
Oh and other unpopular opinion: Misha Collins and Jessa Danielson are both Castiel.

Obama endorses dozens of Democratic candidates across U.S.

Obama endorses dozens of Democratic candidates across U.S.
Former President Barack Obama is jumping back into the political fray, endorsing dozens of Democratic candidates running for state and federal office across the country as he prepares to reengage on the campaign trail.
The list includes 20 individuals who served in the Obama administration and are heeding words of advice the former president shared in his 2016 farewell address to the nation, when he encouraged Americans to “grab a clipboard, get some signatures, and run for office yourself.”
The list of alums includes Richard Cordray, the former head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau who is running for governor of Ohio; Colin Allred, a former Justice Department official now running for Congress in a Dallas-area swing seat; Ammar Campa-Najjar, a former Labor Department official now running an upstart campaign to defeat Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif.; and Buffy Wicks, a former 2008 and 2012 Obama campaign aide seeking a California assembly seat.
Overall, Obama endorsed 81 candidates running for offices ranging from governor to secretary of state and state auditor. The list also includes Gavin Newsom, the Democratic candidate for California governor; Georgia’s Stacey Abrams, who is seeking to make history as the first black woman elected governor in any state; Colorado gubernatorial candidate Rep. Jared Polis, D-Colorado; and J.B. Pritzker, a longtime donor and Obama family friend who is running for Illinois governor.
Obama called his choices “a wide and impressive array of Democratic candidates – leaders as diverse, patriotic, and big-hearted as the America they’re running to represent.”
“I’m confident that, together, they’ll strengthen this country we love by restoring opportunity that’s broadly shared, repairing our alliances and standing in the world, and upholding our fundamental commitment to justice, fairness, responsibility, and the rule of law,” Obama added. “But first, they need our votes – and I’m eager to make the case for why Democratic candidates deserve our votes this fall.”
Taking note of the endorsements, the Republican National Committee noted that Democrats had suffered historic losses during Obama’s presidency.
“No one’s more to blame for how weak today’s Democratic Party is than President Obama. He cost them over 1,000 legislative seats, decimated their state parties and voters rejected his policies at the ballot box less than two years ago,” said RNC Spokesman Michael Ahrens.
Obama’s endorsements come as he has reemerged in public in recent days. On Monday, he was spotted having lunch with former Vice President Joe Biden at a Washington bakery. Over the weekend, he attended a Beyonce concert with former first lady Michelle Obama at FedEx Field outside Washington – an outing that was heavily documented on social media by fellow concertgoers.
The former president’s office did not immediately announce plans to campaign with the candidates he endorsed, but he vowed to do so in his statement. He has previously endorsed Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., who faces a challenge from Democratic State Sen. Kevin de Leon this fall, and Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Missouri, one of the earliest supporters of his 2008 presidential bid who faces a difficult reelection fight in a state President Trump won overwhelmingly in 2016.
Last year, Obama also campaigned for successful gubernatorial candidates in New Jersey and Virginia and headlined fundraisers for Democratic Party campaign committees.
The list of endorsed candidates should test how radioactive, or how helpful, ties to the Obama legacy will be for Democrats up and down the ballot this November. His preferred candidates include Democrats running in 10 congressional races deemed competitive by CBS News, including four House districts in California; two in Nevada; and one each in Illinois, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.
Of the 81 candidates, 48 are women, 22 are minorities and three are openly gay or transgender.
Some of the candidates responded to the endorsement almost immediately on social media.
“As a skinny brown guy with a funny name, Obama inspired me as a young man,” tweeted Campa-Najjar, who is Latino and Arab American. “He not only gave me a road map to navigate my own journey, but also the destination in self [sic] – a role in his admin. Let’s finish what we started.”
Thank you @BarackObama! He’s in, are you?

With the ending of Supernatural, I have been looking backwards to some of my past fandoms. Some fandoms I’ve loved and never stopped loving but never published fic for (cuz, in some cases, there was no internet when these fandoms were going on, haha). And Sameghanstiel (Castiel/Hannah/Sam/Meg) is quickly becoming OTP status in my supernatural life.
So I’m going through my WIPs and most of them are only one or two chapters in so there’s enough time to change the plot and pairing so this is what’s going to happen:
Where I can manage it, the pairings are going to evolve into Sameghanstiel. Many pairings will Star the same, I have a lot of Cas/Hannah pairings, mehanstiel, sahanstiel. And such. And I also like Sabriel and saileen so there will be some of that, but where I can, I’m going to make Sameghanstiel happen more often. I also have a couple Hanstiel squared fics I’m going to keep. hanstiel squared is a poly quad ship with Castiel’s two vessels (Misha Collins and Jessa Danielson) and Hannah’s two vessels (Erica Carroll and Lee Majdoub).
I want to change a lot of my stand alone supernatural fics into crossovers. I already have some crossovers but I want to turn more fics into crossovers cuz that’s the path I want to go with my fan fics. Here are my other fandoms and my favorite pairings/Otps in each one:
Rurouni Kenshin: my OTPs are Kenshin/Kaoru and Sanosuke/Megumi
Drizzt: I love Drizzt, I ship him with Ellifain the elf he once saved.
Hobbit: my favorite characters are Fili and Kili, I don’t ship them with anyone in canon, but I used to write hobbit fic and I paired them with my two signature OCs. asphodel is a hobbit (faceclaim: Eleanor Tomlinson), I sometimes AU her as Bilbo’s Niece, and Brenna the gnome (faceclaim: Gabrielle Wilde). I like Thorin too but I write him as asexual and don’t pair him with anyone.
Lord of the Rings: favorite characters are Faramir, Aragorn, and Legolas but I don’t ship anyone.
Star Trek The Next Generation: OTP is Picard/Crusher.
Star Trek Deep Space Nine: otp is Kira/Odo, secondary is Jadzia/Bashir, I also ship Kira/Jadzia and Bashir/Garak so poly could happen
Star Trek Voyager: otp is Janeway/Chakotay. I also like B’Elanna/Seven, Seven/Doctor, and maybe some Tom/B’Elanna/Harry
X-Files: Mulder/Scully
Buffy: otp is Willow/Tara, although when doing crossovers, I otp Willow/Charlie Bradbury. I also like Willow/Oz, Buffy/Angel or maybe even Buffy/Angel/Dean Winchester in crossovers so there are options.
So all my fics are going to be on hiatus for the time being while I figure out how to revamp them and reimagine them. At the moment I’m only working on a Bang and it will probably be the last bang I do for supernatural since I’m taking the crossover path.
You can also expect a lot of fan art! I specialize in manips, collages, book covers, and graphite pencils portraits.

Wayward Angels (fic and RPG)
Plot idea: Chuck’s interference has created two Castiel’s and two Hannah’s. After Castiel left the bunker and the Winchesters (after 15X3), he needed to find himself. But Chuck decides to throw him to a curve when he runs into- himself. Another Castiel. The two of them later run into two Hannah’s. Not only do they need to uncover why there are doubles, but the truth about the lives of their vessels.
RPG: I would love to RPG this idea with a Castiel blog I would RPG Hannah, Hana, Kai, and Caroline and you would RPG Castiel, Casstiel, Jimmy, and Violet. You can change Violet’s name if you want or use your own OC creation for Castiel’s vessel as long as the face claim is Jessa Danielson because she played the female Castiel in canon. My Hannah side blog is @hannahhostofheaven all I would ask is that you read the rules and understand that I don’t RPG a lot of smut, my RPGs are plot-driven.
Tumblr media
                        The Angels
Castiel: Castiel left the Winchesters after Dean’s harsh words. He feels lost and alone. He feels like he has no one. He misses being an angel and he wants to find out where he belongs, and to feel like someone needs and wants him.
Tumblr media
Hannah: Hannah was released from the empty by Chuck. When he returned to Earth, the was shocked to find her formal vessel, Caroline, passed out in a dark alley after having run away from Joe.
Tumblr media
Castiel from another world (will go by Casstiel): This Castiel is from one of Chuck’s other verses. She’s arrived via a rift and was able to find a vessel, Viola. In this Castiel’s world, humans are living in a world that is a blend of Victorian and colonial-era fashions, technology, and society. A Steampunk type world. His Sam and Dean are sisters who lived the same life the other Sam and Dean did and Dean recently kicked Casstiel out of the bunker.
Tumblr media
Hannah from another world (Will go by Hana): This Hannah is from the same world as the other Castiel. He uses Kai as a vessel. In his world, he died saving Casstiel from being tortured by Efram and Jonah.
Tumblr media
The Vessels
Kai Singh (Lee Majdoub) from Seattle, Washington: Originally from the UK, Kai came to the US when he was three. He became Hannah’s vessel and after she died, he somehow managed to survive. He returned home to find his hometown had become the center of a monster rivalry with shifter, vampire, and wolf families all vying for control (like in the episode ‘bloodlines’).
Tumblr media
Jimmy Novak (Misha Collins) From Pontiac, Illinois: Jimmy left behind a wife and child. While Claire gets her life back together with Jody, Chuck brings back Jimmy’s wife Amelia- only as a demon. And this demon is out to kill the angel.
Tumblr media
Viola Moss (Jessa Danielson) from Bangor, Maine: Viola is the great-great-granddaughter of Castiel’s first vessel. Her family has known about angel possession since then and that knowledge has been passed down. Now, Viola is a well-practiced witch who teaches folklore at a local community college. A descendant of a witch hunter is after her.
Tumblr media
Caroline Johnson (Erica Carroll) from Billings, Montana: Caroline’s life after Hannah didn’t turn out the way she had hoped. Joe became an abusive, paranoid, possessive alcoholic and no matter how much she tried to explain what had really happened to her, he refused to believe her. She became a prisoner in her own home until Hannah returned to her. But Joe isn’t done with her and is teaming up with Amelia to get his revenge on Castiel and Hannah.
Tumblr media
@peanutbutterandgrapejelly tagging you cuz I thought you’d want to see this. If anyone wants to be tagged with fic updates with this, let me know.
