Okita Alter may get lost often but she always manages to make her way to the Command Room to give her Master a homemade lunch box for their next mission. It's important they eat all of their daily food groups so they can keep functioning.

Oryou and Master learn about different frog species together. Ryoma tags along sometimes, but only when he’s ready to pay attention because Oryou will quiz him about the frog species her and Master were looking up. Not that he minds, he’s just happy to see her so happy. 

Ereshkigal, who is all too aware of how it easy is for human to die, sometimes randomly check up on her Master in the middle of the night to make sure they didn’t roll over and suffocate themselves by lying face down into their pillow.

But he does genuinely check up on her sometimes to make sure she’s eating and sleeping, he’s just awkward about it. 

Speaking of Morgan le Fay, no she is not joking about building a castle, she is deathly serious. She is asking her ‘spouse’ opinions on what the colour scheme will be, while she’s arranging where the actual castle is going to go. 

Some servants who like Master, ask Merlin to check which servants their master is dreaming about. While Merlin has no qualms letting himself into Master's dreams, he loves to stir the pot and will sometimes lie about who is in their dreams. Once loudly exclaimed when Jeanne and Jeanne Alter were in proximity that they dreamt about Jeanne, only to leave before specifying which one.

Passionlip really wishes she could hold her Master’s hand without crushing it with her claws. She’s really happy that they come up with a compromise to just wrap a hand around a singular digit.

I think... the question Guda brings up, as a character, is what makes a human?

Guda at the beginning of the story is your standard blank protagonist with no real agency, but as the chapters go by they grow increasingly unhinged and unstable. They were certainly human when it all started, but what of now? Are you still a human when you've killed thousands to survive? Are you still human when you can barely imagine a life outside of this box and its hundred ghosts? Are you still human when you used your own lifespan as fuel to shoot down gods? Are you still human when you try and succeed in reaching an understanding with beasts outside of humanity? Are you still human when you look at the likes of Cu Alter or Ereshkigal and wholeheartedly call them your kin? Are you still human when every new person you meet doubts that fact? Are you still human when you don't die when killed? Are you? Are you? Or are you a hero, a monster, an animal, an ideal?

Despite everything, so far Guda's response has been to stomp their foot down and say yes. I am a human. I consider myself a human, and that makes me one, no matter what else happens.
