#art #my art #my ocs #nimbus is supposed to be anvil's adversary after the destruction of the smoke dragon's kingdom #he was one of two survivors of the incident #the other being the portalkeeper #he's an amphiptere which means he is more fragile than his drake peers #he transformed himself with alchemy in hopes to obtain a more powerful form #and while this succeeded he is visibly non-human yet non-amphiptere #the stars on his body are supposed to be Soul Entry Points for a lack of better terms atm #they will neutralize anvil's soul-related powers to a degree while within nimbus' range #he hopes to find her again and stop her before she kills any more people #this is during the cursed knight arc btw

I think Entry Point MC/Sparrow/Freelancer has a lot of angst potential. And I like to believe they're trapped in hell after the Black Dusk. Sure, something supernatural would be very unbelievable for FPS/Stealth game, but you know, I like psychological stuff as the Nightmare Assault in The Killhouse means about how Freelancer's sins will never go away as it was like hell for them back then, and still it is now.

But when Jackdaw visited the grave during Halloween Event 2020, Freelancer finally moved on because they did something right for once after Jackdaw told that they did great job.

Yes, the angst is about Freelancer wanting to do something right after they and Harvey killed Dmitry and Jade. I mean that's why they chose to leave/kill Harvey after all. And the ending is all about whether they've done something right in the life they will never have justification on their actions.

After all, they are terrible people. (I love them though)

I do like how whenever a new feh book drops ppl act like the male characters being sidelined is like, a Very Important Issue That Needs To Be Corrected Immediately ignoring that sidelining female characters is a much more prevalent and systemic issue for... all of media?

#and yes and we all know the entire reason they create so many women is to get men to play bc sexy designs #this is also... not great for the lady characters?#I think the Sanaki Bride Alt was a much greater point of contention relative to gender crimes that this game created #than like. not putting out more male ocs but you do you #it's a bit silly to be all 'when will they start taking men seriously?!' cause like... y'all #this is only an issue within terminally online fandom I promise you... and even then it's also usually the other way around.#disproportionally so #you can play the majority of the mainline entries if you wanna see women being sidelined and men taking the spotlight Constantly #(or this one. it also happens constantly in this one. I realized in all my Good Omens WIPs, the pairing of my Antichrist and War is just... Already established.

I mean...

She's on the verge of proposing in one scene, and it's Ch1 (like, do it, Maxine). *Insert me complaining about still being in skeleton dialogue phase with this - it's a long chapter, though*

It's kind of unusual, but, all the stories are set in timelines where they're already established. I don't mind, exactly... I might be interested in exploring the beginning at some point, but that would be set during Max's time in the military, as they met when she was in the military.

I suppose, Max might just be a character whose arcs aren't primarily focused on romance. There is romance, and it's a part of her, but not the essence of her. I shouldn't be surprised, I didn't create her just to be shipped. Especially not in solely Good Omens universe.

Oh, by the way, in case you (the soul who stumbled upon this somehow) didn't know, Enyo's ( Ἐνυώ, ha) a spirit of war from Greek mythology. I thought, I'll make it War's real name, I'm such a fan of it.

Fun fact:

In the fanfic I wrote, Mia actually stole a suit from the ‘real’ Red X. No one knew it was her, of course, they weren’t even aware that multiple Red X’s existed, and the ‘real’ Red X hated her for “ruining his fame” by her good, hero-like deeds. Their encounters usually were quite a bad experience, but she never quite gave up her disguise.

She helped the Titans a good few times while in that masquerade, and she even still used the abilities of those around to a small degree while swiftly explaining it all away when someone noticed.

Once I do write this down as verse, I'd of course not include a set Red X reaction - to leave it open to play in it with Red X Rpers - and probably assume they had not yet encountered each other after she got the suit. I'd also probably assume she hasn't helped the Titans or anything like that, if anything it'll probably be set at a point shortly after she got herself the suit.

Initially jack monsoon was really really incredibly based on me but I have changed a lot and honestly I think he has too like just putting him down for a few years, when I picked him back up he’s just a little different and I understand him in a different way and he’s still borrowing all these kind of details from my life but he’s not me. Like he is very much like me but not the me I am rn. Which means he can continue to grow and change in his own ways. Idk it’s just crazy to me cos I made him insanely based off me at the height of my like depression and PTSD and psychosis and like I’m not OVER that shit but like. I don’t know I’m different. I’m yanno, along in my recovery journey I’m doing really well mostly. Or just like. Better,

Anyway the point of this post I guess is that old jack never would have smoked weed but he def does now like that just makes sense for him sorry.
