They HATED the damn teufs with a passion!

They were shocked when they awakened in a medic tent, bandaged heavily after thinking they had died during that rock-fall, surrounded by teuf medics who'd worked hard to save them and their entire band from dying of the injuries.

Note -- Yes I know that's a derogatory term used by those who hate hellkin. It's how the person views the individuals, sadly. -- Fighting Fit

They should be dead. The avalanche had crashed down on them and that hefty, bruising end should have been the last of it. Emryn didn't expect to wake up at all, and if they did, they expected a lot more pain than this. They expected rocks under their back and at least a Kobold gnawing on a limb.

There was a bed. Soft and comfortable and scented with herbs. Sheets that smelled of sunshine. A curtain between them and the rest of the world. A simple ceiling. The smell of healing balm and the itch of splints and bandages.

Alive. Aching and mildly uncomfortable, but a vast improvement on expectations.

It just warms my heart when, following the War of the Ring, Gondor and Rohan are indirectly bound by blood during the first century of the Fourth Age. Éomer becomes King of Rohan and marries Boromir and Faramir’s cousin Lothíriel, while Éowyn obviously married Faramir. Both of these unions produce sons who go on to become very noteworthy: the Nineteenth King of Rohan and the Prince of Ithilien/Lord of Emryn Arnen/Steward of Gondor.

for the OC ask: What's under Damaskh? owo Did Emryn ever learn force healing, or just the normal medical stuff? And has Aati ever encountered pelko bugs? You said they could commune with the wildlife, so I'm just imagining them controlling a horde of the pelko bugs, like what you see in the Mummy, to take out some snooping overseers.

Depends on who he's being at any given moment. In essence - more masks! He's highly skilled at prosthetic work and these sorts of disguises. (middle one is his 'regular' look, just take away most of the Sith ridges/pointies since he's half Zeltron)

2. While not strictly a Jedi (or even loosely tbh), Emryn has studied Force healing, primarily for the purpose of diagnosing/healing other Force sensitives, though sometimes it can benefit non Force users as well. He can almost 'see' where someone has been wounded in the Force, and while it's not always possible to heal such injuries, usually he can do something to 'soothe' them, even if just temporarily.

(He almost has a conniption when he encounters Cas again after Fortress Funtimes. Looking at Scourge isn't much better.)

3. I don't remember if it was you who suggested this before, or someone else, but that is ABSOLUTELY a thing Aati can do yes! All the bug friends! (they'd probably really enjoy hanging with the Killiks) It's a good thing they mostly just want to be left alone, because they would be kind of terrifying if they actually had any ill intent.
