More Powerful Than An Atomic Bomb

Christianity at its core is a bloody religion. Why? “In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.” Hebrews 9:22NIV “Then Zipporah took a sharp stone and cut off the foreskin of her son and cast it at Moses’ feet, and said, “Surely you are a husband of blood to me” Exodus 4:25NKJV “For the life of the flesh is in the blood,…” Leviticus 17:11ESV.

In Genesis 3:21 Yahweh killed the first animal to cloth Adam and Eve. Genesis 4:4 Abel made the first sacrifice to the Lord of an animal. From Genesis 4 on, there were sacrifices of animals involving blood. Laws were given throughout Leviticus for the exact use of the blood in sacrifices for the forgiveness of sins, before Christ’s arrival. Hebrews tell how Jesus took His own blood into heaven to purify every bit of the temple, the atonement continually wiping away sins.

Oswald Chambers wrote about the blood, pre-1917 — “The holiness movements of today have none of the rugged reality of the New Testament about them. There is nothing about them that needs the death of Jesus Christ. All that is required is a pious atmosphere, prayer, and devotion. This type of experience is not supernatural nor miraculous. It did not cost the sufferings of God, nor is it stained with “the blood of the Lamb” (Revelation 12:11). It is not marked or sealed by the Holy Spirit as being genuine, and it has no visual sign that causes people to exclaim with awe and wonder, “That is the work of God Almighty!” Yet the New Testament is about the work of God and nothing else. The New Testament example of the Christian experience is that of a personal, passionate devotion to the Person of Jesus Christ. Every other kind of so-called Christian experience is detached from the Person of Jesus.”

One drop of the blood of Jesus Christ is more powerful than an atomic bomb, more powerful than any evil satan can accomplish in our world.

What else in history has the power to forgive and redeem every sinner from hell, from the beginning of time until the end of time simultaneously? Only the blood of Jesus has such power. A bomb can only destroy something. The blood of Jesus rebuilds, renews, restores, revitalizes, reclaims. Nothing can stop the blood. Nothing can defeat the blood. Nothing can outlast the blood— NOTHING!

Power of His blood doesn’t bring only forgiveness for sin, it changes people’s DNA. Because the blood of Jesus carries within itself the life of Jesus, it also carries His DNA. We get washed in the blood to destroy what sin has done to separate us from Jesus. Then His blood flows through us to kill off the sin DNA.”But to all who believed Him and accepted Him, He gave the right to become children of God” John 1:12NLT.

His blood has the power to help us live victoriously in this sinful, evil world. What else can do that? This blood JUSTIFIED everyone of us forever. Nothing and no one else has such power. Will we use the blood with its power to demonstrate our glorious Jesus to others. It’s your choice. You choose.

LET’S PRAY: Lord God we have a covenant with You through the blood of Jesus. I access that blood by Your will right now to protect and preserve our families in this evil time. Hide us in Psalm 91, please. Empower us by the blood to stand strong in the face of persecution, i pray all this, in the name of Jesus Christ.

Ok but no for real, I would love for folks to reblog what I added to the one huffpost thing I reblogged. I honestly hope that im echoing s sentiment I didn't have the time to read through thousands of notes to find. If someone were saying the same thing as me, why didn't I see that post? I'm just tired of avoiding posting anything about being a FAT amab person trying to find love and sexuality in this world because I feel like its not palatable. I'll be more upfront in the future, and hopefully I can reblog FAT boys being cute and feeling themselves so they can be emplowered as well

It was 2007 I just started my undergraduate program completing higher secondary school .This is the time I set my mentality to start my own career .From than I started looking for part-time job around my city. 4 Guimaras 'empowered' women commended for volunteerism

ILOILO CITY, Jan. 20 (PIA) - - Four of its women employees were recently commended by the province of Guimaras for being active stewards of volunteerism.

For the first time, the province nominated and assessed individuals to be Volunteerism Awardees under the Volunteer Program in the Public Sector as per Memorandum Order No. 92 series of 2020. Also, this is an offshoot of the National Volunteer Month celebration last December under the Philippines National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency.

The awardees, who were described by the provincial government as "emplowered," include Amalia B. Gabion, Economist IV of the Provincial Economic Development Office; Ms. Judy Bulquiren, Agriculturist II of the Provincial Office for Agricultural Services; Engr. Shela Rose Buencuchillo, Asst. PGSO of the Provincial General Services Office; and Ms. Shara Vim Vilchez, Administrative Assistant of the Office of the Governor.

The awardees were given Certificates of Commendation by Governor Samuel T. Gumarin to recognize their outstanding extension services and sharing their invaluable efforts as volunteers in different projects and activities in a personal capacity and in collaboration with the civil society and/or private organizations.

Gumarin recognized the said efforts to be contributory to the development of the identified beneficiaries and marginalized sectors where volunteer efforts are focused.

Executive Assistant IV and Volunteer Focal Person Jaypee Kein G. Entredicho said that the program being a novel one to the provincial government as exemplified by the first ever issuance of a memorandum, sustainability is eyed for its functionality and at present internal arrangements and policies are being put in place to rekindle volunteerism in the agency.

He underscored that lobbying for the program to work is being championed to seek logistical and financial commitments as well.

The said personnel have been endorsed to the Provincial Human Resource Management Office and PRAISE Committee to be considered under the Rewards and Recognition Program 2021, according to Entredicho. (Guimaras Information Section/JSC/laf/PIA6 Iloilo)
