The project of eco sustainable school in North Macedonia precisely high school is pretty big but i have managed with my team Kenergy to overpass it and made it.So here are main points within the project.

How Does Science Enhance our Understanding of the Natural World?

With the rise of technological advancements, society has become more rational, and the ability to think with reasoning is prevailing more. These advances have been due to the steadfast efforts of our scientists, who have discovered and invented much for the betterment of society. These processes have enabled us to capture our surroundings and understand the functionality of many essential things.

Through science, we can observe the patterns, relationships, and trends in our natural world in more depth. These observations are a way for us to hypothesize and theorize, enabling us to create ways to unravel the complex underlying natural phenomenon. 

However, as explained by Arjen et al. (2014), science education is primarily focused on knowledge and skills. The want for knowledge and to understand our surroundings have led to the unfathomable advances within the past century. The lack of emphasize on values, which ultimately change the behaviou to better understand the natural world are seen. There has been limited if not scarce integration of these two ideologies within our society. 

Combining the both, the battle against creating a sustainable world would more favourable. The “whole-school approaches” are much needed to create ecoschool, that blends learning with (an as important factor;) community engagement (Arjen et al. 2014). 

Personally, I think that during the last decade, specifically during the pandemic, this school of thought was very evident. The combination of science education and enviromental education was seen. We started by implementing vaccines, which ultimately allowed for us to view the natural world around us differently. Water bodies were cleaner, tourist took a new turn, the importance of keeping a healthy environment was noted was a vast population. These tragic times attached many to create a emotional bond with natural environment. The logic-based personalities found an slight combination emotion too (Theresa et al., 2024). 

The perspective on the importance of the natural world was noted. The need and urgency to keep our environment as pristine as possible. This was due to the large-scale studies that were being conducted around the world (which was in lockdown), a perfect opportunity. The generated motivation was immense! I feel that a reason-based approach is good, even great, but a reason-based approach with gratification will enable us to better adapt to our incoming problems of the natural world. Our science will ultimately need compassion to fulfill our demands.

Latina: successo per "Puliamo il mondo", in 700 alla prima delle tre giornate, raccolti più di 800 kg di rifiuti. Successo per la prima delle tre giornate di "Puliamo il mondo", iniziativa promossa da Legambiente e organizzata dal Comune con la collaborazione di Abc. L'evento di ieri mattina è iniziato da Capoportiere, dove l'assessore all'Ambiente Franco Addonizio, insieme agli ispettori ambientali dell'azienda speciale, ha fornito istruzioni sulle attività da svolgere. I volontari si sono poi spostati nell'area limitrofa al Canale Matropietro, in località Stella Maris, e con il kit di pulizia hanno raccolto i rifiuti per poi differenziarli. Nella sola mattinata sono stati raccolti 835 kg di rifiuti e, come annunciato, i volontari saranno all'opera anche nelle giornate del 27 e 28 ottobre. All'evento hanno partecipato le scuole Ecoschools, i tre centri diurni del Comune di Latina, gestiti dalla cooperativa OSA e il centro diurno Cintura d'Orione di Aprilia, oltre alle associazioni Plastic Free e Circolo Arcobaleno Pontino Legambiente e agli altri enti con cui il Comune condivide gli obiettivi ossia il Consorzio di Bonifica Lazio Sud Ovest e la Asl di Latina - Dipartimento di prevenzione – UOC Prevenzione attiva. "Circa 700 i partecipanti di questa mattina – ha dichiarato l'assessore all'Ambiente Franco Addonizio, presente insieme ai funzionari del servizio comunale -. Un numero di partecipanti che, ogni anno, è più alto e testimonia che le nuove generazioni sono sempre più sensibili al messaggio che l'iniziativa intende lanciare. Puliamo il mondo è, infatti, il più grande appuntamento di volontariato ambientale in cui il ruolo dei comuni risulta di fondamentale importanza per la riuscita della manifestazione, in qualità di rappresentanti e promotori diretti di buone pratiche di cittadinanza attiva. Ringrazio i volontari che questa mattina si sono dedicati a liberare l'ambiente dalla plastica e dai rifiuti e che lo faranno anche domani e dopodomani nelle aree limitrofe al Canale delle Acque Medie e del Ponte delle Comete. Il loro impegno contribuirà a restituire alla comunità luoghi più puliti, accoglienti e inclusivi. I cittadini che hanno partecipato hanno lanciato un messaggio di alto senso civico, di esempio anche per gli adulti. The Eco-Schools Green Flag

This week’s main assemblies saw the launch of our attempt to earn the Eco-Schools Green Flag award. We are embarking upon an ambitious project to change the way we do things at BKHS to support the environment, through reductions in our use of resources in school, greater recycling, improvements in our use of transport and promotion of biodiversity.

The environment, and the causes and effects of climate change frequently top the list of young people’s political concerns. With activists like Greta Thunberg shaping the agenda, they see that young people can make a difference. While Miss Pfennig and Miss Billingham have been the teachers to launch the scheme at Bablake, for it to succeed here we must have significant pupil involvement. As a long-term project, we need Sixth Formers to be the leaders now, to get things up and running in this next year or so, but we also need Shells and those in middle years to get involved now and to become the leaders in the future – they will be the ones to see the Green Flag process through to its conclusion.

As well as promoting environmental concerns, this scheme offers fantastic chances to develop leadership for all pupils. We have asked for at least one representative per form to join our new eco-council, but anyone and everyone is welcome to get involved.

The pursuit of the Green Flag also speaks to our push on oracy within a BKHS education – we want the pupils who get involved here to be able to articulate their concerns using the appropriate technical language, to convince their peers of the merits of the changes they wish to see, and maybe even to stand in front of senior leaders and governors to present costed proposals for change.

I have urged the all boys and girls not to sit back and let others do the work, nor to hope the problem will just go away. We need them to put their hands up and support the school community in making the necessary changes.
