Quick, easy, and full of flavour. Make extra aND pack it up for tomorrow's lunch or dinner. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ . Orecchiette Broccolini and Chicken Sausage Servings: 4 . 2 cups orecchiette pasta 1 bunch broccolini, chopped 1 to 2 inch pieces 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, divided 2 cloves of garlic, crushed 1 tsp red pepper flakes Salt to taste 1 pound (about 4 to 5 links Italian chicken sausage), casing removed 2 tbsp grated Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino cheese 1. Chop the broccolini into 1 to 2 inch pieces – leaves, florets, and all. 2. In a large sauté pan over high heat, pour about 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add the Italian chicken sausage (casing removed). Mix well with a wooden spoon and break into pieces. Cook until browned, using your wooden spoon scoop cooked sausage and transfer to a bowl, set aside. 3. Immediately add the remaining tbsp olive oil, chopped broccolini to the hot pan, garlic, salt, and pepper flakes. Stir and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes until the broccolini turn a bright green colour and can be pierced with a for fork easily. 4. Add the chicken, using a slotted spoon scoop pasta into the pan with broccolini. 🍕 PIZZA WALK-IN SPECIAL 🍕 #eatdeliciouscomfortfoods #pizza #dinner 🍕 The hubs and I recently found the best pure pizza experience recently when moving houses and have been getting this to fill our pizza cravings. It’s the walk-in special from Pizza Nova, just two pepperoni pizzas upsized to larges and we pick them up fresh and keep it hot in reflective grocery bags. They are just the bomb when you dig into them, hot and fresh, with a bit of jalapeño cheddar dipping sauce. It’s even great reheated in the oven.
