how many different countries did you end up shipping zines to?
iirc the final count was 10--the US, canada, the UK, germany, france, mexico, finland, ireland, spain, and australia!! I was honestly super surprised by the amount of international orders i got. I was expecting a few canadas and maybe some UK/aus orders but definitely not the amount of different countries i ended up with!

i got to the state my uni is in like 3/4 hours ago and i'm just in awe at all of the trees... and mountains... it's shocking... the capital city has trees Everywhere and it's crazy to see bc the state i came from has them ... basically nowhere in the capital. i feel like i just went to a foreign country

Yall wanna hear about smth? good im gonna rant in the tags anyway
#so :)) my favorite animal hands down is orcas#i happen to live on the east coast. aka like the ONE place in the world where orcas dont like to hang out in#my family has taken a few big vacations to maine over the years and we're going again this year#we also went to the very edge of Canada and this year we're gonna spend more time in Canada#also side note...... every time we've gone to maine we've gone on at least one whale watching trips to see humpbacks#and we have NEVER ONCE SEEN A HUMPBACK. weve seen a minke whale a basking shark a sun fish like 100 dolphins and a million seals#but no humpbacks 😭 but that's why we've been so many times they guarantee that you'll see them so we've only paid for tickets once#anyway. FUN FACT. there is ONE singular loner orca who regularly visits the new england area#his name is old thom :) he's approx 30 feet long :)#from what ive read it seems like he comes down here between may-november and hes seen almost every year#sometimes he hangs out with white sided dolphins which is really interesting bc orcas have been known to eat dolphins#and hes never been seen with another orca which is veryyyyyy uncommon#well. hes been seen in the EXACT. WATER. that we RODE A FERRY THROUGH to get from maine to Canada#he was seen near boston LIKE A MONTH??? before we were in Boston#his whole route is like. the exact waters ive been on or near multiple times.#AND WE'RE GOING BACK THIS YEAR.#I NEED TO SEE HIM!!!!!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND!!!!!! I WOULD SOB#so yeah. fun facts :) everyone send good vibes for me to see old thom in maine this year 😡#gotta go back to work now bye love yall

Man, I have such a clear image of like. The map of where one of my stories takes place, but if i even tried to put it to paper I'd fuck it up so badly
#like. there's this coastline that's kind of all juttery and stuff and it very gently dips inland down south but goes almost straight and#slightly outwards in the north and about midway along the coast in the east there's a little jut-out where there's a port#north of the port there's these steep cliff faces and down south they wear down into rolling hills and slim sandy shores#the east cape of the continent is up north just off the map by maybe 25000-27000 kilometers. west of the port there's the capital and north#of that is a small old mountain range#the capital is made up of limestone and brick buildings with 4 floors and a network of huge gears and weird pulley systems throughout. they#kind of look like they're almost leaning on each other and the further toward the edges of the town you go the more it looks like the city#home just sprouted in the middle of a storefront or an inn or something overnight#the town square is set up in the ruins of this ivory castle and taken up almost completely by stalls with colorful awnings. it has dark#cobblestone streets surrounding it and no pavements ending where the forged iron and brimstone walls of the administrative buildings'#front gardens begin or branching off further into the city down streets with pavement either side#there's a foundry on the edge of time by which most locals are employed. it has it's own dedicated train line which connects with the#station further south-east. the manors and estates outside of the city have lush forests and red brick walls closer to the residences of#workers and the nobles inhabiting the land#anyways. i'll probably workshop my beloved little steampunk city more later these are just like. notes to get down the image of it i have#in my head because it's so pretty. the stalls in the square look like colorful wild flowers from above <3#boo rambles#unrelated

adfkjglkfd hi! okay so oikawa (the one with the brown hair) moves to argentina as an adult! he plays volleyball in argentina! theyre all from japan, and post time skip, a majority of the characters do stay in japan, but he's one of the handful that dont!
#iwaizumi goes to america but hes gotta meet his boyfriend somewhere yk#he goes to college in california and then goes back to japan for a bit and then to east coast#he doesnt go pro like oikawa he becomes an athletic trainer#side note hinata (main blorbo of hq hes the redhead) goes to brazil for a few year to play beach volleyball and he meets oikawa -#- in brazil i think? or argentina? i know they meet up post time skip in south america and play some volleyball together
