Normal Matt hid being Daredevil from Foggy for so long for so long and it meant drama and it meant angst and secrets and reveals, and it is my firm believe that Earth 65 Matt did not bother. I don’t think he explained anything ever. I just believe a normal day for them ever since law school was Foggy opening the door to see Matt bleeding out on their communal furniture, looking at him for a beat before asking, “Why?” to which Matt would respond, “Oh. You know.” And then Foggy would sigh and head to his own bed.
