Not the best video but here Brandon demonstrates a pistol squat with a 70lb kb... His strength is seriously on view here but let’s put the emphasis on his fascial pliability & adaptability. The fact that he wakes up his proprioceptors with #dynamicfascialmovements prior to his workout affords his joints & transfer of force throughout his fascial system to release muscle inhibition while increasing muscular activation prior to handling loads that create stress THROUGHOUT the body not by focusing strength solely on the glutes & quads....Muscles are dumb. All they do is contract & release and the driving force behind that mechanism is the surrounding fascial tissue...which is what matters most. To my chagrin his footwear is terrible. The gym won’t let him go barefoot and I don’t know why he doesn’t have flat shoes on. To make this exercise even more remarkable is the fact that he’s doing it on a soft plyo box with an elevated heel. During the exercise you’ll notice he’s breathing through his nose and at the end of the exercise he recovers strictly with nasal breathing. Brandon is on a 24 hour fast. He ran a 5:15 mike this morning, taught track for 2.5 hours then worked out with me. We came home and he practiced light yoga for 30 mins all the while fasting. We love and use #nabosomattechnology which stimulates the #freenerveendings of the fascia and is highly #proprioceptive compared to a regular mat. We incorporate two different stretch routines the other being my unique self created #dynamicfascialmovements Now he’s in deep #vipassana #meditation for #recovery for 2.5 hours then #qigong for 30 minutes till dinner. Yea we lead different lifestyles. No tv, no sports watching, no alcoholic beverages. The goal is to train as hard as he can and recover as quickly and efficiently as possible. He’s got his eyes set on qualifying for the 2020 Olympics in the #800m. Brandon recently ran 6:38/mile for 8 miles and strives to become faster.  Getting ready for Indoor track. We constantly vary his training modalities from #vipr to #stickmobility to #warding drills.  Never the same stimulus or workout.  In this particular workout he performs #dynamicfascialmovements to wake up ( warm up ) his proprioceptors specifically the #mechanoreceptors to adapt to variable loading demands.  We use the #nabosomattechnology to stimulate the free nerve endings in his feet while incorporating a #shortfoot to lock in the fascial system which is totally body #core #deepfrontline #anatomytrains  You’ll notice at the end he has a stick in b/t his teeth followed by a Hum & swallow #loisbreathingmethod  Stick in mouth/tongue on roof, opens his airway ( removing excess CO2 ) and teaches his tongue proper function, providing a tensile effect to the fascial system.  Humming produces abundant #nitricoxide increasing #vasodilation. Day 7 of 8 day fast #mindovermatterworkout Began w/ #dynamicfascialmovements #DFS •Drinking over 200 ounces of water/day  •DFS incorporate all 4 properties of the fascial tissue •a. Stretch shortening reflex  •b. Viscous •c. viscoelastic  •d. remodeling The fascial system is a self-adjusting regulatory system for mechanical forces – tension, compression, and their spin-offs – that gets and gives information to the other two huge regulatory systems – the nervous system and the vascular system.  After I create adaptability w/in the layers of the tissue ( mostly superficial ) then I am ready to add STRESS which creates a far better ability to be adaptable to variable loads. As you can see even with a linear repetitive movement like my 85 lb db dead lifts, I use the #airexpad for greater adaptability and variable force transmission through multiple lines of stress as outlined in #anatomytrains Overall, I create a more dynamic workout, burning more calories, greater cardiac output, and because I’m fasting I'm utilizing FAT for energy and NOT Glucose which is far better source of #energy. For most of my life up until six years ago, i used to 6-8 eggs/day with sliced turkey because I thought I needed the protein in order to be strong and have quality muscle. What actually transpired was my body being totally inflamed with pain in most joints. I had no understanding that the food I was eating was causing energetic stress inside my fascial tissue. 6 years later I now see how I was brainwashed by the marketing of the food companies & muscle magazines that haven't a clue about true health. If you want to make yourself lighter and feel better then you need to remove foods that cause energetic stress ( like eggs, dairy, meat, fish ). Eat more fruits ( Fruit sugar is NOT in any way shape or form bad for you) Fruit is way powerful then veggies at scavenging free radicals due to its high phytonutrient content. Eat nuts for your fat. Take marine phytoplankton for your essential amino acids. This way of eating will allow your DNA to express the most positive parts. You can stop aging in its tracks and you can cure your self of all chronic illnesses. The only reason you crave certain foods is because they carry bacteria and once ingested they take host in your gut and they emit frequencies that cause chemical reactions inside your brain to crave those particular foods. ALL FOOD IS FREQUENCY... EVERYTHING in life is energy.
