A casual conversation beneath the new boss. Which probably wasn’t the best location for chit-chat given the sanity drain.

I remember vividly the first time I met DST, there was also a scene of Wilson fighting against Nightmare Werepig at the login interface
What a coincidence! And that means I have joined the fandom about a whole year
So this is kinda an anniversary?

More Don't Starve Together Fan-Art
The Nightmare Werepig
I've never met this guy in person, but I like his design! Pig folks are fun to draw!
Save Hutch!
Hutch is just a little guy! Save him from the Depths Worm, Webber!
The Clockwork Bishop Sees You
I spent a lot of time trying to remember if a Clockwork Bishop fires their energy blasts from their cyclopean eye or from their light-bulb bishop's cap. I still can't remember, but the ominous crackling energy around the eye was super fun to draw.
The Bee Queen and Her Grumble Bees
She was very fun to draw, especially all the oozing honey from her hive "skirt." I feel like the grumble bees were actually the hardest part to draw just because I wanted to fit them into the composition. Then I realized I needed to draw at least one at a different angle so we could see their stinger and show they aren't just a bunch of Glommers.
Powder Monkey
He's a proud Moon Quay buccaneer sailing the sea. DST ships look really weird. I probably should have drawn some water ripples so we don't just think he's got a wooden rug.
Wilba and the Ancient Herald
From DS: Hamlet. Look, when even the Ancient Herald of the Aporkalypse thinks you should stop playing with fire, you might be getting a bit reckless.
Taming of the Clockwork Rook
Honestly, it went about as well as expected.
Save the Doydoy!
Some DS: Shipwrecked. I like how this came out actually. I really like that guy fishing in the background and his little house.
Wormwood Discovers the Pugalisk
More DS: Hamlet. That's not a new rock formation, Wormwood! So, I don't think it's ever confirmed by Klei, but I think the Pugalisk is at least partway inspired by the real life hognose snake. Both are burrowing snakes with upturned snouts they use to dig through the earth. Also, the game is DS: Hamlet, about a civilization of pig folks. A pig kingdom, a hognose snake monster, it's thematic.
MacTusk & Son Hunting Expedition
Don't be fooled by their dapper clothes and charming moustaches, this father and son duo (and their winter hounds) are more than willing to hunt the most dangerous game. They're big jerks.

Ive never really blogged about it before but i love dst. Its such a wiki game and i love that. Catch me scrolling through various online guides. Hmmmm farming techniques? Much more complex than i thought. Time to spend several hours creating and maintaining an awesome fucking garden. Had that shit nearly 100% automatic during spring, all i had to do was harvest. I had my seasonal crop rotations with their necessary proportions written down on a sticky note i had at the bottom of my monitor forever. That shit was awesome. Havent played much lately but i picked it up again today and im not sure what i want to focus on. Maybe base building? I like setting my stuff up nice and pretty. Last time i was really into this game i wanted to fight more bosses and sail more. Still much to do there as well. I could probably take nightmare werepig
