They say demons come only if they are invoked. It never ceases to amaze me how little time it takes them to transform into a puppet of my own play, falling for this illusion of control. Lips closed tightly are parted now, and the breath comes slowly while I'm moving through every bit of them, tracing their life in each vein, crawling through them like a spider. It felt so hollowed out inside, but not anymore, right, dear? That sort of fun can become deadly in a heartbeat, but who cares?

Turning 30 brought up a ton of insecurities for me, and my self worth was probably at it's lowest. But then my amazing friends wished me a happy birthday and said the kindest things. You never know when a simple compliment will reach someone right when they need it the most. I'm about to thank some people in this post specifically, but if you wished me a happy birthday please know that I deeply appreciate every single one of you. Total Control (Hiro/Ivarr)

Control is not easily given, particularly when you're accustomed to the lack thereof. And it's even more seldom that it's his suggestion, the willing vulnerability--an offer of obedience. There's still the glint of fire, fight beneath the surface, and the assumption that such behavior is only temporary, but it's more than he usually gives. Although his lack of a response owes as much to the gag that's wedged firmly in his mouth, rendering any words incoherent. Despite being rendered speechless there's still an arrogant tilt to his head, silver eyes gleaming in the dim light of his apartment, a curve of a smile around the gag. This is unfamiliar to him too, although not unwelcome, can't deny he enjoys the heady rush of pleasure that comes from seeing the man like this.  He crouches down, eye-level with him, a hand under his chin to tilt it up, appraisal in his gaze.  "You look perfect."  Stubble scratches at his fingertips, and although he's bound, the man still leans into his touch. The kiss that follows is ghost-like, the barest brush of lips. He's quivering against him, each muscle straining against silk where they're bound, arms crossed behind his back, kneeling.  "You don't get to touch yet."  His hand brushes down the man's chest, feels his heart thrumming against his fingertips, trailing over a piercing, shifting restlessly as he settles again--ropes biting into firm flesh. He can't hide anything--each minute shiver on display, letting his eyes linger.  "Should leave you hanging like this."  Even as he teases, he can scarcely keep himself from bridging the distance.  "But I won't. You'll need your hands. Gonna ride you till you can't think anymore, and if you're good for me, you'll get off too."

17.) They’re crying—what did it take to make them cry?

It takes a lot to make Hiro cry/do it around anyone else, so the fact that it's happening already means something went really wrong. The last time he cried was Jackie's ofrenda, and it's something he seldom wants others to see--there's a vulnerability there he feels unsafe sharing with most, and it only occasionally makes it past the mask. Or occasionally when he's so angry and frustrated with someone but he also cares about them--where there's other emotions bubbling under the surface and it's too much to sift through. The other situation is that he's genuinely afraid, and as someone who tries very hard to show a tough, unbothered side to most, the situation is bad, if he's responding like that, and not trying to hide it. He usually tries to slink away and do it in private where he doesn't have an audiance.

44.) What lies do they tell others?

"I'm fine," is the lie that gets told the most. Hiro tries to pretend that things don't ruffle him--keep a casual, unbothered attitude, and a nonchalant dose of cynicism. He tries not to appear vulnerable, let the mask slip, at least around most. It's the way he's kept himself safe in the city, where any hint of vulnerability is seen as a weakness. And as much as he wouldn't admit it, there's a lot of fear there too, fear of opening up and being hurt again, and placing his trust in the wrong people.

68.) Where’s their home?

Hiro has a decently sized apartment in Japantown--right under the noses of the Claws. It's fairly off their radar--they don't expect him to be there, and it suits him just fine. It's a cross between the starting apartment V gets, and the one in Japantown--a little bigger, and with a full kitchen, and more closet space, but less cluttered than either of the apartments in-game. Hiro's tidier than you'd expect from a merc, and he has personal stuff but it's usually kept organize and the surfaces aren't excessively cluttered. It's a cozier place than to be expected as well, comfy warm blankets and soft fabrics, and plenty of beds for the cats (that they usually ignore in favor of his bed instead). It smells nice too, he has a small dragon shaped incense burner on his nightstand, and tries to make his home a retreat for himself.

It's not the quietest location, or complex but it's in the middle of the city, and that's the price he's okay with paying for the convenience and good view. And he's not the most quiet neighbor either, so it's not like he can really complain that much.

To the anon who said dreamskug and katsigan seems to get enough traction. They don't. Dreamskug basically makes the character on renders making it look better while Katsigan reblogs his own posts 1000x times to look like they are the deal when they fine. There plenty masc V more interesting and handsome than those two and yet people don't give the proper attention because both of them have some popularity in the fandom.

I don't think they are ugly. Both are very well done but I agree there's others more handsome that people don't pay attention.

The fun thing about high pain tolerance is that you stop giving a fuck about losing control. Especially when the blood running through your veins is inhuman. You get attached to this feeling where you're getting pushed over the edge - and you let go - until the line between you and your human self is nothing more than a haze in the air. And you're about to light it with a red, deadly glow.

THE PSYCHOS The Nursery is a room in the basement of the hotel the Maelstrom have taken over. The psychos are kept here, intravenously sedated, and jacked into a VR simulation to keep them calm. Here they remain until they are needed. They are only brought out in the most extreme circumstances, as unleashing them is often as dangerous to Maelstrom as it is for their enemies. Source
