#both seen as monsterous#both seen as savages#there is a tendency for dragoborns to shun all of species#(they are decendents of dragons of course. they are superior becauze of this.)#but in modern times theres an understanding#they share meals. they share stories and legends.#the oil the dragonborns use for their scales is heavy enough to waterproof fur for winter

WIP Whenever - Or should I say WIP Wherever you go, there you are? THAT WAS TERRIBLE, I’M SO SORRY. But anyway, My dear @bougainvillea-and-saltwater tagged me to post some snippets of my wip, so, of course, I’m just going to tease chapter 9 even more. It will be posted very soon, I promise!!!
Get ready to see some idiots fighting at the Skaal Village rave party.

“Dragoborn! It is truly an honor to stand before you!” an older Skaal says, approaching them. He’s accompanied by many Skaal people. By his side is a young nord woman.
They all bow to Ravonna and she exchanges looks with Miraak.
“Oh! Really, there’s no need for that, please.” She says.
“There is! You defeated Miraak. You set us free from his grasp!” the woman says, sending a wave of mixed feelings towards Ravonna. Pride? Guilt? Sorrow, perhaps? She feels it all, and as much as she hates it and is grateful for it, Miraak is right behind her, very much not dead.
“I – I mean… Well…” she looks at him. Miraak gives her a reassuring smile and a nod, and it’s all she really needs to let hell break loose. “I – Yes! I kicked his ass, actually.” she smiles at him playfully and pridefully, while he has a confused and slightly amused face.
‘So this is how you like to play along, laat Dovahkiin (last dragonborn).’ He thinks to himself. “Well yes, but it seems that he put out a good fight. You were badly injured after the fight.” He smoothly intervenes. “Not to mention how you almost ran out of healing potions.”
“I suppose he did put up a good fight. I also could have used an ace I have up my sleeve that would have been quite extreme. Luckily, that wasn’t necessary.” Her tone is sharp. The tension is rising and the two Dragonborn could feel it.
“Good thing you didn’t do that. Would have been quite foolish, wouldn’t it?” Miraak says, stepping closer, putting on his best fake smile. She squares up to him.
“I almost had no choice.” Ravonna says, firmly. No trace of a smile can be seen on her face.
“Fair enough.” His voice is barely a whisper now. ‘What was this? What were we doing? A weird power display? Or was it more than that? Is she going to poison me tonight or will we have another heartfelt moment?’

While we’re all on the human Kink thing dating like almost any kind of Dragonborn has built like built in temperature play.
Even non fire and ice breath weapons like lightning would still probably warm you up and even with the more tempatureless breaths like poison I imagine the scales are cool.
My hands are always cold I want a fucking gold dragonborn to hold them and wrap me in their tail lol.
In Divinity OS 2, they made them cold-blooded. Although they were also called lizards in the game.
If they are cold-blooded, then they'd be more sensitive to the cold and would need a source to warm them up. Like how lizards use the sun to regulate their body temperature.
In forgotten realms dnd tho, they're probably warm blooded. They don't have human ancestry, and they are purely magic so it can be debated.
White and silver dragoborns are stated to live in colder climates just like their dragon counterparts.
And they do have perfect metabolism, so they must generate a lot of heat to keep their body running and burn off excessive energy since they can't defecate.
So yeah! Besides their dragon ancestry, i feel like they're still be hot-blooded because of their sheer massive size and how their digestive system works. They'd probably happily warm you up, especially a friendly gold dragonborn.
Their ancestory might have some influence on it. Like ice ones make them more warm than hot, fire makes them as hot as a hot water bath. Lightning could make their body heat up faster after a temperature change and acid could make their body lose heat much slower in a colder environment.
Honestly, they seem pretty cuddly, like I'd imagine there are a lot of parts on their body they can't reach, so having someone scratch their scales and cuddle them would feel heavenly They'd probably wrap their tail around you or even let you hug it to sleep.

[As promised, to supplement the minotaur's stellar efforts, a few equally hung Roxannebots surround the queen. A dragoborn with the ridged psuedoknot, two tentacle sporting troll-esque, and Roxanne Prime in her typical human replica body, just hangin normal person dong. All Roxanne's cheer their queenie on, grope her chest and ass, help push her further down on the cock, etc. They're so good at waiting for their turns.]
While Wendy is not immediately aware of her new spectators, she soon takes notice as they begin to get handsy. It's honestly a bit of a relief that it's Roxanne, since at least the sight of Wendy's current state wouldn't be a surprise. Drool dribbling down her chin & onto her chest, the Queen endured (as if she wasn't absolutely loving) the brutal throatfucking as best she could. She wasn't sure how long it went on for, though it felt like an eternity. All she knew was that, by the time the Minotaur finally came, holding her down so that she's swallow every last drop, her clothing was ruined, her mind extremely fuzzy, & her legs trembling (the latter two from the dozen or so times she'd cum her brains out during this whole process)...

also dragoborn and halforcs look quite cute too. big complaint from me would be the sexual dymorphism and the stupid average hero build the bodies get with the curvy tiny ladies (human, githyanki, half-elves and elves) vs the vacuum-sealed athletic men (dessicated githyanki guy can stay, it’s too out of the average look). female dwarves, halflings and gnomes are quite cool looking but much tamer in design than the men who get to look very square, old, fat or more exaggerated in general...
