TV Series Yellow Guy: *A character who is seemingly split into two different people/personalities whom one only comes out when his batteries are replaced because he's a biomechanical being modeled after a woman's dead/absent son in order to cope with his loss and thus keeps him in an endless cycle of confusion and disturbing situations and he will not hesitate to smash his friends' face in with a shard of glass and threaten to kill said friend*

Yellow Guy from Don't Hug Me I'm Scared Series.

My final DHMIS painting in this series. This painting was supposed to finish around January, but something happened around that time. As a result, I didn't post anything until April. This is also my second sketch of this version as I fell out of love with my first sketch. There even a speedpaint of this painting on instagram in case you’re interested in seeing the progress.

So, what to say about Yellow Guy...

For those who don't watch the series, he is the most naive one out of the trio. He is almost always the first one to get suck into the teachers’ lessons and somewhere along the way, he almost always get traumatizing blunt of it. There’s also some mystery underneath both the web and tv shows that he is the center of it. There was one episode where he went to search for answers but in the end, he was once again put back into status quo. Quite ironically, not by the teachers…

Ranger Ribbit absolutely loves Don't Hug Me I'm Scared! His favorite character is Yellow Guy since Ranger Ribbit is also yellow and silly! Please follow for more frog art! It would make his little froggy heart very happy :]
