Finding balance - but how?

haha, I must say slowly I am growing into my role as an "out of the box" life artist ... let's see if and how my environment can cope with that!

In the last article I wrote about my journey, how I went from being a recognized coach to a modern witch. Of course in a short version, because we all always have terribly little time and only want facts! 

Today I would like to share with you another great insight along the way. It was / is about "committing yourself" and then staying with ONE thing. Yes, this is always prescribed for us from the very beginning, because (as we say in Germany) "cobbler stick to your last" or "he who does too much, does nothing right" have been burned in. After all, we want to do everything right...

So there I was, poor fool, and I had to decide: either I work with essential oils or with another amazing company and bring really healthy and natural products to people's homes. TOGETHER, no, that really wouldn't work! So I tried the one first and then the other .... and yes, you might have guessed it: it just felt like shit! 

I love my #doterra oils more than anything. They are part of my daily life and my work. I recommend them from my heart and talk about them ... the same with the Austrian company #Ringana. I love their pure products and the philosophy of a "green bathroom". (No, I don't get any payment or other compensation for mentioning the brands here!) I also use many products in my personal life and I am happy to recommend them and talk about topics like Environmental protection and own responsibility.

But I cannot and do not want to do this ONLY. I do not want to follow these plans and systems. "Bring X new customers on board this month and then get Y in return". I don't want that .... of course this system is not wrong or bad. For heaven's sake - I think it's such a great way, especially for women, to build a second foothold. To achieve financial freedom and independence and maybe even more (depending on what the individual plan is). 

But also here it took a long time until I could say: for me it has to work out another way!

Wow, that was an inner liberation. My goodness ... I was able to clean up such a chaos and now I see a clear road ahead of me. I am a modern witch, a witch who spends most of her time in the kitchen and her home. There is nothing better for me than filling my home with positive energy and being there for my loved ones. When I make candles or read cards, I use my oils (as a matter of course). And when I am talking to friends or mothers, it often happens that we talk about how outrageous it is, how and where we are exposed to permanent toxins and stress. And then I talk about Ringana products - for example. 

That is freedom for me! That is my path - my balance. I AM SIMPLY ME and I do not twist myself. Everything fits together and sometimes people are open and sometimes not. WHO CARES?! I am not dependent on it but I can still (or maybe just because of that) work my magic without restriction and thus serve the world.

May this experience be an inspiration for you. Do not make your life unnecessarily complicated and difficult. And if somebody wants to tell you that this is not possible! Try it, find YOUR WAY! “Either or it” is not set in stone, it is a DECISION. Just like “BUT ALSO!”

Exercise 6:

Wardrobe and Style....Selfies aren’t something I do very often, so this is another tricky assignment. My style is made up as I go along because I’ve never been a follower of trends. All my clothes come from op shops, well not underwear or gym gear of course, but pretty much everything else. I wear jewellery, hats when I go out in the sun or in winter, scarves all the time and gloves when it’s cold. Everyday I like to dress as if I’m going to town, it’s only fair on Steve I think.
