i understand we're all very excited abt the soulmates aspect of double life, but let's remember to be respectful of other people's enjoyment of the series!

- if your post includes ship content of double life pairs, use #trafficshipping (the catch-all tag for 3rd life, last life, and double life shipping) or #dlshipping (the tag specifically for double life shipping)

- if your post has wiggle room for interpretation - say it's a post of martyn and cleo to the song "no children", which is about a divorced couple - remember that you're welcome to tell people how youd like it to be interacted with! "please dont tag as ship", "please tag as ship", "this is romantic" "this is platonic", "you can see this as /p or /r", "this is queerplatonic", "view this however youd like/relationship deliberately ambiguous", etc are all valid requests to make about your own work!

- remember that canonically, not all of the pairs have been made explicitly romantic, at least not yet - scott is a gay man and both of his soulmates so far are women(/fem-aligned) - and that for many pairings there is in fact still wiggle room for platonic interpretations

- with that in mind, be respectful of how other people experience the series! dont be rude about people who decide to ship, and dont be rude about people who decide NOT to ship. not everyone has to enjoy the story in the same way!

- not shipping =/= not seeing a relationship as romantic. a person can see impulse and bdubs and acknowledge they're canonically married and not necessarily interact with shippy fan content of them!
