eyes about to flutter shut/roll back
biting lips or jaw slackening in bliss
drool, sweat, (optional tears) and blush AKJSBJK
feeling pleasure/orgasming can border on (pleasurable) pain bc of stimulation and stuff (not actual bad pain tho when you hurt yourself)
