More Sims on Com lots (I tested the lot using the version 30+business and didn't have any trouble I suggest you testing, cause 1x1 lots tend to be problematic with this mod in case you're use to 1x1 lots in your gameplay or similar small lots... more sims = more stairs and more doors )

finally, my @build-a-hood contribution is complete! i really procrastinated on this one, first because i had a hard time figuring out what to build, and then i had a file mishap that set me back a bit. thankfully i was able to recover the nearly-finished version and get it ready for upload.
please excuse any discrepencies in the preview images; on top of the setback, my game files were being wonky so i had default replacements in while taking some of them. the lot is of course CC free, though it may try to download with the buyable reagents and witch stuff mods; you can safely uncheck those in clean installer and the items will still appear in-game.

Hobie Hair by Alerii
Commissioned by @eatasslikegrass (model is also theirs)
My first hair commission!! I was really honoured to be asked to create Hobie's hair from ATSV!! This is just my interpretation of Hobie's Wicks, using mostly concept art but also official appearances in the movie. Not consistent with my sources to make hobie proud ofc.

here's a starter apartment build i made for my own gameplay. nothing special, just a box with some decoration slapped on top😅 the roof got irreversibly messed up at some point too, but i thought you guys might be interested anyway!
the lot is playtested both as a café and a rental residential but i highly recommend @down-in-simsland's new lot traits mod for a better "living above a hipster coffee shop" experience!

As I reached 100 followers recently, I have been thinking about a little present to all of you and since I had planned to make a CC-free version of these 5 lots anyway, I did just that and here we are with 5 unfurnished midcentury lots, that are very pretty to look at! (I might at some point furnish some of them, but as of right now I simply didn't have the time yet). I hope you'll like them :)

Begonia Drive 509 - 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one for guests) + a pool, garage
Acalea Drive C1153 - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, carport
Lancaster Road 210 - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, basement, this is a starter home!
Plumeria Drive 2043 - 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one for guests), pool, carport
Wisteria Drive 820 - 3.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool, garage
(I used old midcentury blueprints and kind of tried to pay homage to them when I named the buildings, so that's why they're named like that!)
