2017.08.05 Iga Cultural Hall [mode of MACABRE] tour final 00 SE video (cave) 01 Deity 02 MACABRE (Original ver.) 03 Audrey 04 Egnirys cimredopyh +/- An Injection 05 Chain Repulsion 06 蛍火 07 Ain't Afraid to Die 08 HYDRA -666- 09 Children (Six Ugly ver.) 10 脈 11 Berry 12 理由 13 ザクロ ENCORE: en14 太陽の碧 en15 KR [cube] en16 Sustain the Untruth en17 羅刹国 en18 詩踏み After the whole shock of seeing 'there's nothing, literally nothing on the way there' with my own eyes, I could see that Iga Hall is actually a very nice venue. No matter where was someone seated it was so easy to see, after the first 8 rows each seat was one step higher. On both sides of the stage there were passages (stage extension?) that band members could use. Kyo had his white frilly shirt with a black string tie. Kaoru the black loose top that shows his shoulders.  Toshiya had a black dress shirt with a short tie (that tie had its own beautiful moment as well - somewhere during the main set Toshiya threw it to fans when he came to the end of the left passage.) The start was quiet, with fans keeping silent even between songs. But only until the second block started. During Egnirys there was a lot of slow dancing, Kyo wanting us to sing, then some faster dancing... He already started to go to the far sides of the stage. Chain Repulsion was packed with energy, everyone waving their hands/headbanging/singing with the song depending on the moment. Kyo was pointing at fans a lot, leaving so many parts to us. 蛍火 and Ain't brought more quiet mood, today I felt I was saying goodbye to them, to many Macabre songs. I think I noticed which parts of the background video for Ain't were not played at Nakano - there were more violent scenes of Chinese soldiers beating people. There was that one moment when the screen was black with a gentle light on Kyo. But fire was so bright and followed with the changing lighting of the stage. The whole presentation of this song was really emotional. Next block brought the energy and heat and shouts! During Children Kyo went to the right side passage, at the time Toshiya took over his box for a while for a short bass spotlight 😊 For Myaku as I wrote before Kyo was dancing and bouncing a lot, he dropped his mic on purpose so he wasn't held back by the cord. He started circling Kaoru while dancing, after about 4 circles around him, Kyo danced a bit facing Kaoru and then picked his mic up again. During Berry when Toshiya was at the left passage he fist bumped 3 fans, when Die came to visit to the left he let those 3 fans touch his guitar as well 😁(if you look at the venue seating chart you will see that those 3 fans had a very unique seating situation 😄). All of band members were walking around the stage A LOT at this point and having constant contact with fans. The following break was filled with the 'favourite band member name screaming' content 😁 Did Kyo mix the dates when singing 理由? At this point I was breaking a little because the next song was going to be Zakuro and that meant the end of the main set, but it felt impossible that it was already the end. But it was. After the shower of light from the disco ball, the gold light dimmed and the mic was dropped. When the band came back for encore I was jumping excitedly - my small fan wish came true! Kyo came back wearing the white kitty shirt and ripped skinny jeans. No make up. They all continued to be all over the stage, no matter where you looked there was something going on, someone on each passage, interracting with fans, pointing at fans, or walking to another part of stage. KR [cube] left so many awesome memories! Its whole furi dancing is brilliant, Kyo had us singing many parts as well. When Kyo wanted to go on the left passage Kaoru was blocking the way, but Kaoru noticed and did this small nod like saying 'please, go ahead' and then followed Kyo on the passage 😄 After KR Kyo did a mini MC with "are you still there?/can you still keep going????" I think Kyo had us singing at least half of Sustain 😄 He was walking constantly, checking if everyone sang and danced and responded to him. And no idea which song it was but there was a moment when Kaoru, Toshiya and Die were playing while facing and leaning on the drums box. I think it was around this time that Kyo actually took off the kitty shirt... and had his sleeveless rasetsu shirt with taped Xs underneath ( ⊙᎑⊙ ) he threw kitty shirt to the audience and smoothly continued. Another MC came. Kyo: Are you still there? GUYS??!?!? STILL THERE??! GIRLS??!? Rasetsu was an explotion of energy which surprises no one. The sequences of headbanging, fist pumping, slow forward headbanging, screaming and more headbanging. Including Kyo. Then came The MC. MC that we are all wishing will end up on the mode of MACABRE footage. It was... just... ha. Kyo:  ARE YOU STILL THERE?!?! STILL ALIVE?!?! That's not good enough!!!! ...Right, Die? (fans errupted with laugh and screams and joy) Die: are you still there? (not really shouting, but kinda paroding Kyo 😆) guys!! Guys!!!! Girls!!! guuuurls!!!! Fans instead of responding just kept laughing. But then came the best part, the pointing at the centre that Kyo does when he just want his area to scream for him. Die: (pointing at the audience in a weak voice) ...aaargh... Fans loled. Die turned back to Kyo who spent the whole 'Die MC' facing the drum set. I think we know why 😆 Die: So, Kyo? Kyo turned and came back to the front of the stage. And a normal MC followed with screaming from Kyo, asking us to give him more and more. Utafumi. Beautiful, magnificent Utafumi. I don't think there was anyone who didn't do their best. 胸の奥   愛せたら   少しは楽でしょう The only bad thing about it - it's not longer 😜 But even so there was so much satisfaction and joy. Kyo kept pointing at fans, made us clap, threw his bottles and a towel. When Kyo had nothing more to throw, coming back from the left passage he ruthlessly started to grab Kaoru's picks from his stand and 'furiously' threw them to the audience. He then proceeded to the right to steal Die's picks, grabbing handful and continuing throwing them around. But Shinya was on the right passage which didn't stop Kyo at all. He started throwing Die's picks at Shinya. With a swiiish 😜 After the final clapping with the audience and wave he left. Kaoru actually jumped off the left passage to fans and staff had to help with getting him back on stage. Shinya threw a lot of stuff. After Kyo, Toshiya, Kaoru and Shinya were done and gone Die was left on the stage. He was wearing his vibrant red limited cap and the kitty shirt. He sat on Kyo's box and grabbed the mic. The last MC!!!🙌 Die: Aa!! (checking if mic is on, he spoke in short bits, emotional) Coming all the way here, so far, thank you for coming to this countryside... If I remember right, the closest station is unmanned (that small). Train only has two cars... In this remote countryside I've met music, I've met bands and in Osaka I've met everyone from DIR EN GREY. I'm grateful my family moved, maybe I wouldn't be doing music otherwise. It's been 16 years (since they played in Iga). Next time I want it to be sooner than that... Can you get home okay? I want to be able to send you back. Be careful... MACABRE tour is over, but there is a next one. Please come to see us again as we all will do our best. Please be careful on your way home.
