From December 2021.
Tried to mimick the artstyle of a couple of 3DS characters I like.
The 3DS was released a bit more than a decade ago and the nostalgia is getting bigger and bigger, evidenced by the fact that this is my most popular tweet lol
happy belated mar10 day and happy very belated miku day everyone
cool and awesome technical notes: it was a pain in the ass to convert this into a gif. usually, in clip studio paint i export to animated png and then convert that into a gif with ezgif .com, buuut the original file is big as hell and for some reason the gif conversion is coming out with messed up colors. ended up working around it but the image quality has been compromised. i'll keep editing to try and get a better version.
From February 2023.
The second Instagram request I finished, and by far the one most people liked lol
Other than being a character that dudes on the internet really like, I guess it's the most interesting out of the three pieces I made, with the unique camera angle while the other two are just standing...
Made this for Cave Story's 15th anniversary, back in December 2019. I tried to replicate the art style of the game end credits.
I guess it's also my first full pixelart.
hey i was playing iconoclasts and i got this super secret ending you have to beat the game in challenge mode under an hour in every save slot but you cannot do it in new game+ or copy the same save file
dude trust me
From July 2020.
One of my favorite pieces even to this day, and I feel like it's pretty underrated. It has an actual background! When do I ever do that?
Also I started using the binary brush in full illustrations with this one…
From July 2021.
Basically a redraw of a Rayman 2 render.
also he looks like a sona about to spend 40 minutes ranting why the rabbids ruined the franchise or something
That "Six Fanarts" thing took me a while and I finished it on May 2020.
I remember thinking "Alright, from now on I'll stick to this artstyle". I didn't.
