today I offer y'all a messy beat board for a scene i wanna flesh out at some point with my Warlock oc, Maverick :)

This scene place during Season of the Lost, while Savathûn's Song is still a prevalent issue:

additional note: the markings on Mav's body in panel 2 are what I like to call "Traveler's Markings." (an idea I got from a buddy of mine)

They're the same kind he has on his face, and he got them when he first rezzed. I like to think of it as evidence that you've been "touched by the Light." They also glow whenever he uses his Light, the color of the glow dependent on whichever subclass/element he is using (as you can see in panel 7, where his face markings are glowing that fiery orange)

When he's not using his Light, they're just a matte, electric blue color.

Eramis, having gained a new post-darkness ally: The Guardian?

Savathun: Yes. The Guardian reminds me of the Golden Age humans. Branching out, fighting anything without a care.

Eramis, sips on cope-tea: Its more as if they are Humanity's war cry itself. Years upon years of anger and blood thirst that can never be removed, only buried until needed.

Savathun, also sips on Cope-tea: Whoever said Humans would be an easy, was lying.

Drifter, laughing in the agent of the Nine: They believed in that? Darling, you woke up the oldest God of War known to man. Humanity itself.

Savathun, confused at the sudden appearance: What do you mean, lightless Ancient?

Drifter: Humanity is a peaceful race, but that's out of necessity. Humans can't war all the time. So, peace is kept as a treasure to be kept safe. You two happened to try to mess with it. One *points to Eramis* with a pack member, and you *points to Savathun* with the Traveler, an old pack member. Those who mess with things that are ours, should have one HELL of a fight.

I wonder what osiris’ reaction to Savathûn letting vex into the city was. Like. The vex are the main thing Osiris was obsessed with, the thing that got him exiled (largely) and here ‘he’ is, his body, his knowledge, letting vex into the city he loved so much he left and kept fighting for
