How ya'll doing? You all set for Christmas?

I am so not prepared; the panic hasn't set in yet. I predict that on Christmas Eve it probably will... eek! 😬

So, as well as missing a Self-Care with Dieter & Jett post last week, I also dropped the ball on my Weekly Whip Round - man, it was a week, let me tell ya! Busy, busy! Annnd I put my back out - don't ask how. It's not nearly as exciting as you think...

So, this week I'll be catching up on the last two weeks worth of posts, reads and general randomness on the Jett Plane.

I shared my Pedro Boys/Fics Wrapped I love this fun take on the Spotify wrapped, but for blorbos and fics.

I made some ID Badges for the Pedro Boys that are Agents or in the Forces this week. Mostly for fun, but also to challenge myself with editing. Plus, if anyone wants to use them in their stories/mood boards, you're more than welcome to. Or print them out and make yourself a name badge keepsake. I'll probably follow this up with a Part 2 at some point too!

I watched a cool documentary on Netflix this week called Bad Surgeon: Love Under The Knife which was wild. Deffo worth a watch if you're a fan of Netflix docs.

Resting mostly this week, I pulled my back, I wish I had an exciting story to go with that, but sadly, no. Don't get old, guys. 😅

yes we did talk about it before 🙈 and the playlist is just so good for singing along bc well every song slaps 😅 and i'm unsure about suggesting it but i feel like there should be at least one song by one direction in there. ooh pretty venom.. i see what you mean. well i love that song so much it's one of my favs off wus so i think it should be allowed to stay on there for now and we'll see if it passes future vibe checks 😅 (1/4)

(3/4) true! i mean they literally had so much time off now they really could've had a couple skype calls and made some new songs 🙄 i need more!! also thank you for posting so much about them and thus making me listen to them bc they are amazing. & i think nvm made me cry bc i was so done i was crying at everything and then the line "everything is awful, but it's only in my brain" hit too close to home 😅 also after way more listening this song might just be my fav of theirs i love it so much.

INTERESTING well !! let me tell you my thoughts then!!! for the most part the album was just.......vibey. and like. to me it was a bit of a sleepy album? not all of the songs but many of them. the kind of thing you could put on and fall asleep to. so like. i didn’t hate it but it did have those vibes. THAT SAID, here are the songs i really liked on first listen but i cba to do the weird capitalization thing: pillowtalk (obvs n i had heard that one before ofc but still), she, wrong (KEHLANI FEATUREEEE very sexy), like i would, she don’t love me, fool for you (felt very cinematic?? but in a cool way). i’d probably have to listen a few more times to really sink my teeth in but those were my initial favorites!!!

well when you sent these i was Not doing great hence why i didn’t answer them right away but today i am doing much better ive been somewhat productive and i also hung out with friends which was really good for me i think so overall i have deffo been worse how are you??

ooo care to share any recs for those songs that are in french/portuguese/italian/spanish ??

putting this under a read more cause I'm stupid and went overboard but i tried i promise.

italian - okay i deffo listen to this the least, and mainly just from a spotify playlist someone I follow once made public, but aside from maneskin (obviously) the two I like the most so far are Thoiry Remix by Achille Lauro and Musica Leggerissima by Colapesce and Dimartino

portugese - anitta has been in my top 5 artists since spotify wrapped existed so I cant not recommend her. her newer stuff is portugese/spanish/english but her old stuff is pure portugese bops 10/10 would recommend. also I listen to a lot of funk (?) so like MC kevinho and mc zaac. idk how much it's to everyone's taste but the beats are sick esp if you wanna dance and stuff so I guess for that like bola rebola or bum bum tam tam. BUT my most favourite is silva and his second album cinco and especially furada and soprou like I adore those songs so so so much but the whole album is just mwah chef's kiss

spanish - god this is all gonna be popular artists lol. ozuna, maluma, j balvin, bad bunny, earlier romeo santos, aquihay aquihay, if you like pop CNCO are a fun little boyband...god I've gotta listen to more women...rosalia has some....interesting sounds in her stuff tbf but her first album wow I was ROOTING for her to win the grammy so bad it's genuinely so good and my soundtrack for easter 2019. danna paola's stuff is good. corre by Simpson ahuevo and aleman, tocando el cielo by vice menta and felp 22, Caile by Clubz and Buscabulla, sutra and tracionera by Sebastian yatra, buscando huella by major lazer/j balvin/sean paul, tu si sabes quererme by natalia lafourcade, escapate conmigo by wisin and ozuna a TUNE. oh my god you HAVE to listen to nena by yendry its so beautiful. el clavo by prince royce. right no Im actually shutting up now

oh I forgot enrique iglesias his Spanish stuff was on repeat for me in 2018 i guess I'll recommend el baño ft bad bunny but you have YEARS to choose from

french - idk what angele puts in her songs but they are literally addictive as hell I play them on loop sometimes for hours. i adore everything she puts out. i also once got bullied on the gc for liking kendji girac's stuff but until he stops putting out 10/10 albums I'm gonna be here (he also does stuff in Spanish too). Black M is there if you want french rap. i like bon entendeur a lot but idk if you will but i'd deffo recommend i'd be shocked if you cant find like 1 song you like. En Bas by 4Keus and Siboy, Haut Standing by SCH, Pookie by Aya Nakamura, Mon Soleil by Dadju and Anitta, En Feu by Soprano. okay I'm stopping here this is just too long atm
