I dont think i ever seen davemary, now i'm curious

Dave x Kanaya (aka Texas Chainsaw) and Rose x Karkat (aka Rosekat aka HP Lovecrab) is better than Davekat. Dave x Kanaya fanart did exist. Maybe they had liked their interaction when Kanaya was asking Dave for advice on how to speak to Rose. Some find it nice that she also refers to him as the Knight of Time too.

it’s just a fundamentally hilarious personality clash that happens to work really well as a friendship. i only really see it as platonic (ive thought more about nonplatonic rose/kk….) kanaya’s always a little insecure about dave’s closeness with rose and dave observes this sensitive side of her and likes kanaya and always puts in a little more effort with her to win her approval, he desperately needs it. dave needs hot moms to like him
