I’ve been offline for a while. A busy year and an exhausted brain. Being a high functioning autistic adult with anxiety is sometimes rather difficult. Part of me hides. Hides from friends, from family and from reality. That part of me finds safety and refuge in the familiar. In routine and order. The other half is a yes man. Completely convinced i can keep going at the rate that is slowly exhausting my body and mind. That part agrees to do favours and plans that I shouldn’t always agree too. During this holiday season i am taking time to’reset’ my system. I might post more. I might go out less. I might try something else, something new.
