Summary:
Seven and the Doctor tell their goddaughter fairy tales.
oh also i played and finished disgaea 7. kind of. i ended up skipping the last two chapters' cutscenes because a) i was already fucking around getting units to 9999 at this point and needed the postgame content to keep going and b) the story was just so. i can't even say it was bad in the same way i hated 5's story but it was just so exhausting seeing how transparent the rot has become in this series writing.
because i think there were a ton of cool ideas here that were simply let down again and again. not once did the game ever get the proper emotional reaction out of me that it wanted and that makes me so sad. i genuinely wanted to love this story it didn't even have to be amazing i just wanted it to WORK, in the same way i believe 3 and 4 worked.
game itself rules tho real disgaea is so fucking back.
And my opti-dice, balanced both for weight and average number around each vertex:
A 1-sided die would be a sphere, and a 2-sider is just a coin, so in terms of actual manufacturable dice I only need 3, 14, 16, and 18 to complete my collection
Hell, I may as well throw in a 21 for good measure. Super critical!
Next on the docket to work on while operating the robot spot welder, the original Jenner IIC. Old FASA Larson class and D7 included for scale in photos.
The Jenner IIC totally has a saucer section. Looking to add some Federation Warp Nacelles, someone said the Akira class nacelles jive with it and I'm inclined to agree.
The miniature was manufactured in 2000 but was originally sculpted in 1993 apparently. The Jenner IIC is one of the Victor Music Industries redesigns from the early '90's.
Thinking I'll mount the nacelles on the upper torso and try to paint it in TNG era Starfleet colors.
