Lily had a little lad, A quirky lad was he, And everywhere that Lily went, He followed faithfully. He tagged along to school one day, Though it caused quite a stir, For Arly's ways were odd, they'd say, Her love for him did blur.

The kids then frowned and shooed him out, But Arly stayed close by, He waited there without a doubt, Till Lily caught his eye. And then he dashed to her, his pace Quickened by his charm, As if to say, "In your embrace, I'm safe from all alarm."

"What makes Arly love Lily so?" The curious kids inquired. "Oh, Lily loves him, don't you know?" The teacher's tone inspired. "For every gentle soul you see, With love you'll surely find, And they'll stick close, just wait and see, If you are always kind."

As I sit down again in front of my trusty digital canvas, the familiar thrill of creation surges through me. There's something about bringing characters to life that never fails to invigorate my soul. Today, my muses are none other than my beloved original characters, Arlon and Liliana. They've been constant companions in my artistic journey, embodying the very essence of my ideal romantic love. I've done it again. I've created another digital masterpiece, another work of art that pours out from my soul. And this time, it features my cherished OCs, Arlon and Liliana. They are more than just characters to me; they embody my ideals of romantic love. As I gaze upon the nearly completed piece before me, I can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of pride and satisfaction. The way their eyes meet in the drawing and their hands touch, it's as if I can feel the love radiating off the page. It's moments like these that make all the hard work and dedication worth it.

As I sit down again, my digital canvas beckoning me with its endless possibilities, I feel a surge of excitement coursing through me. This month is special; it's Autism Acceptance Month. As someone on the spectrum myself, I wanted to create something that resonates with the theme of acceptance and understanding. And what better way to do that than through my beloved original characters? I want to use my art to showcase the beauty and uniqueness of neurodiversity, spreading a message of acceptance and inclusion. Through my creations, I aim to inspire others to embrace differences and celebrate the spectrum of human experiences.

In this new artwork, I decided to feature Arlon, an original character close to my heart, enjoying a carefree moment with his two friends, Liliana and Penny, in a vibrant playground scene. The image captures them in motion, running with pure joy radiating from their faces. Arlon, sporting his usual attire of a simple white shirt and khaki shorts paired with comfy grey slippers, embodies the innocence and enthusiasm of childlikeness. As they play together, their unique personalities are highlighted, showcasing the beauty of friendship without boundaries. The colourful background of the playground symbolises the endless possibilities that exist when we come together with open hearts and minds.

It is a reminder that the bond between friends is universal and timeless, just like the classic cartoon characters Tom and Jerry.

In the lyrics of the song, there's a simple yet profound truth – that in times of need, we can always count on our friends to be there for us, just as we would be for them. It was time to create another digital artwork featuring my beloved OC's, Arlon and Liliana. As I began sketching out their intricate designs and expressions, I felt a sense of fulfilment and joy in bringing them to life once again. The way their personalities and emotions came through in my artwork always brought me a sense of comfort and connection.

With deft strokes and meticulous attention to detail, I began to bring Arlon and Liliana to life once again. This time, I decided to capture a moment of intimate closeness between them. In this artwork, they were depicted in a close-up shot, their faces radiant with joy as they embraced each other. Both of them were depicted in the nude, their bodies entwined in a loving hug that spoke volumes about their deep connection. In the second month of the Year, Valentine's Day will Reappear. A season of joy, love, and Cheer, Between pairs who love and Endear.

In heaven where we cannot See, A place where we may one day Be, Two spirits watch the romantic Glee. Spirits known as Cupid and Psyche.

Cupid turns, to Psyche he Faced, And on her cheek a kiss he Placed, Their love is pure as well as Chaste, Any such sin they never did Taste.

"Come, Psyche," Cupid did Say, "With my bow, we can Play!" "Let's find someone lonely and Stray," "And help them find true love Today!"

Psyche giggles, "I see a Man," "His name is Arlon Florian." "His true love awaits no further Than," "Ten Metres away by that Van."

Cupid approaches, an arrow he Pluck, And fires the essence of Good Luck. In an instant, Arlon is Love-Struck! And approaches Liliana beside the Truck.

Psyche meets Liliana out of the Blue, An arrow in her heart goes Through, Arlon approaches, and their love Grew, Both spirits smile, and away they Flew.

Today, like many before, I find myself engrossed in the creation of a digital artwork featuring my beloved OCs, Arlon and Liliana, the mascots of my idealised notion of romantic love.

With each stroke of my digital pen, Arlon and Liliana come to life on my screen, their smiles mirroring the warmth in my heart. I carefully craft their gestures, intertwining their hands to form a heart shape, a symbol of the love they share and the love I aspire to find one day. This artwork is more than just a Valentine's Day greeting card; it's a reflection of my deepest desires and aspirations, a testament to the power of love to transcend reality and exist in the realm of imagination. It's a reminder that love is worth waiting for and that someday, I too will experience the joy and fulfilment of a love like theirs.

As I work on my masterpiece, I find myself immersed in the familiar melodies of Jose Mari Chan, whose timeless love songs have become a cherished tradition for me on Valentine's Day. There's something about the poshness and romance of his music that resonates with me, filling me with a sense of nostalgia and longing. With my artwork nearing completion, I decided to take a break and indulge in another one of my passions: film. Today's selection is "Moonrise Kingdom," a cinematic gem that has served as a source of inspiration for my OCs, Arlon and Liliana. The film follows the journey of two troubled tweens, Sam Shakusky and Suzy Bishops, as they run away from their troubles and find solace in each other's company. It's a story that resonates deeply with me, as I too have experienced the challenges of adolescence and the longing for connection and understanding.

As I watch the film, I can't help but see myself reflected in the characters of Sam and Suzy. Like them, I've faced my struggles and hardships, particularly in my relationship with my family. Despite their best efforts, my parents have always struggled to understand my autistic tendencies, leaving me feeling isolated and misunderstood. And while I may not be as troubled or rebellious as my arrogant brother, I still carry the scars of my past, wounds that have yet to fully heal. These characters remind me of the complexities of navigating adolescence and the desire to find a sense of belonging. Just like Sam and Suzy, I have yearned for acceptance and empathy, especially when it comes to my unique experiences with autism.

Yet, despite the challenges I've faced, I remain hopeful. Hopeful that, like Sam and Suzy, I'll find my slice of happiness and belonging in this world. I hope that my parents will someday come to understand and accept me for who I am. Most of all, I hope that love, in all its forms, will continue to guide me on this journey called life. In my search for acceptance and empathy, I have found solace in connecting with others who share similar experiences with autism. While the journey may be challenging at times, I am determined to continue seeking happiness and acceptance, knowing that love and understanding will always be guiding forces in my life.

For today, on Valentine's Day, I am reminded that love is not just a fleeting emotion, but a beacon of hope that shines bright in even the darkest of times. It was the month of February, and love was in the air. As Valentine's Week approached, I found myself immersed in the creative process, channelling my passion onto canvas. I had just finished crafting a beautiful artwork depicting my beloved original characters, Arlon and Liliana, capturing the essence of their love story. However, my creative spirit was not yet content. Driven by the spirit of Valentine's Day, I embarked on a new project - a masterpiece dedicated to my dear friend, Lovemarie. As I delved into the project, I wanted to create something truly special for Lovemarie, a testament to the friendship we shared.

Lovemarie was more than just a friend to me; she was a pillar of support throughout my life. Despite the age gap between us, we had forged a deep connection that transcended any boundaries. We both understood the importance of pursuing our paths to happiness and that included embracing the love we found along the way. Lovemarie had found her happiness with Mr. Conrad, and although I honestly am crushing on her, I wholeheartedly supported her. After all, true friendship means accepting and celebrating each other's choices. It's not about conforming to societal norms, but rather about living authentically and boldly.

Inspired by Lovemarie's radiant presence, I began meticulously creating the artwork that would soon encapsulate her love story. Drawing inspiration from an official photograph from the famous Mexican telenovela "Rosalinda," featuring the captivating couple of Rosalinda and Fernando Jose, I sought to capture the same essence of timeless love and beauty within my creation. As I carefully sketched and painted, I aimed to convey the passion and devotion that Lovemarie and her partner shared, just like Rosalinda and Fernando Jose. The vibrant colours and intricate details on the canvas brought their love story to life, evoking a sense of joy and admiration for all who laid eyes on it.

With each brushstroke, the image of Lovemarie and Mr. Conrad began to come alive on the canvas. I depicted them in a whimsical flowery garden, a symbol of the blossoming love they shared. The intimate act of taking a steam bath becomes a therapeutic ritual, and beneath the veil of steam, their nakedness symbolises not just physical exposure but a deeper emotional nakedness—a raw, unfiltered connection.

The choice to portray their vulnerability in such a visceral way could be seen as a departure from the conventional depiction of romantic love. However, within the context of this artwork, it serves as a testament to the strength found in exposing one's true self to a trusted partner. The portable sauna of steam serves as a metaphorical crucible, where the warmth not only heals their ailing bodies but also nurtures the emotional bonds that define their connection.

In exploring the layers of this digital creation, the underlying theme of "heart-warming" begins to take centre stage. The conventional imagery of couples spending Christmas together is redefined within the confines of a dimly lit room, where the wintry night outside only intensifies the warmth emanating from the firebox. The sickly state of Arlon and Liliana, far from diminishing its heart-warming essence, accentuates it. The resilience of their love shines through the adversity of illness, and their shared moments become a celebration of the strength found in companionship.

In conclusion, this spontaneous artistic venture not only defied the constraints of time but also delved into the nuanced layers of love and vulnerability. Once again, I found myself immersed in the creation of another piece of art. This time, the canvas unfolded the romantic tale of my beloved original characters, Arlon and Liliana, who had become the mascots of my idealised notion of romantic love. The strokes of my brush captured a close-up shot, a scene that had been inspired by an anime artwork etched into my memory nearly a decade ago. In this intimate portrayal, Arlon and Liliana gazed into each other's eyes, their connection palpable. Liliana's gentle hand graced Arlon's forehead, an expression of tender affection. Stripping them of clothing was a deliberate choice, a visual representation of the raw and uninhibited feelings they shared, a celebration of the intimacy that bound them.

Completing this artwork was a swift endeavour, taking only a few hours within the span of a single day. Satisfied with the manifestation of my creative vision, I decided to venture beyond the confines of my studio. The prospect of a free cinema viewing on Mondays for senior citizens and persons with disabilities beckoned, and armed with my recently acquired PWD card—bestowed upon me due to my autism—I eagerly embraced this newfound opportunity. As I entered the cinema, I couldn't help but notice the diverse group of individuals gathered there. The room was filled with laughter, chatter, and a sense of camaraderie that warmed my heart. It was in this inclusive space that I realized the power of art to bring people together, regardless of their differences.

My cinematic journey began with the screening of "Wonka," a musical film delving into the origins of Willy Wonka, a prequel to the beloved 1971 classic, "Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory." As a devoted fan of Roald Dahl's enchanting world in "Charlie and The Chocolate Factory," coupled with my fondness for chocolates and sweets, the choice seemed serendipitous. The musical unfolded the whimsical backstory of Willy Wonka, captivating my senses with its enchanting melodies and visual splendour. The resonance of the narrative and the magic of cinema provided a delightful escape.

Buoyed by this cinematic escapade, I eagerly anticipated the next Monday's screening. My chosen film, "Journey to Bethlehem," promised to be a poignant musical recounting the age-old story of the nativity. I'm going to be transported back in time to ancient Bethlehem, where the tale of Mary and Joseph unfolded before my eyes. The heartfelt performances and beautiful set design created a truly immersive experience, leaving me in awe of the power of storytelling. The allure of a fresh perspective on a timeless tale captivated my imagination, and I looked forward to being transported into the heart of this biblical journey through the medium of film.

Looking ahead, my cinematic explorations extended to a historical biopic premiering at a local film festival. This particular film promised to unravel the stories of three martyrs in my homeland, shedding light on their sacrifices and contributions. These are the three Filipino priests who were executed during the Spanish colonial period. Their story was a significant part of Philippine history, and I was eager to learn more about their lives and the impact they had on our country. The fusion of history and cinema held a special place in my artistic heart, and the prospect of witnessing this narrative unfold on the big screen stirred a sense of anticipation and reverence.

As I navigate the diverse realms of art and cinema, each stroke of the brush and frame of the film reel contributes to my creative odyssey. From the tender embrace of Arlon and Liliana on canvas to the magical musings of Willy Wonka's origin story, and the forthcoming journeys into the nativity and the pages of history, my artistic endeavours continue to weave a tapestry of inspiration, fuelled by the boundless realms of imagination. Arlon and Liliana returned to the dance floor, joining the other couples swaying to the music. Liliana, always the graceful leader, took the lead in their dance. Her hand rested on Arlon's left shoulder, and Arlon had his hand cup Liliana's bare shoulder blade. their dance was formal and elegant, with each movement meticulously executed. Their dancing position and movements are quite elegant, graceful and formal, not casual ones where the arms look like they are weighted or have very little movement. Liliana's poise and precision were mesmerising as she effortlessly guided Arlon across the dance floor.

As they twirled and glided across the dance floor, Arlon couldn't help but smile at his beautiful partner. "You dance like a dream, Liliana," he remarked.

Liliana grinned and whispered back, "Only because I have the best partner."

As the night progressed and the music continued to play, Liliana had a spontaneous idea. She decided to spend the rest of the prom night alone with Arlon. Leaning in closer to Arlon, she suggested they sneak away to a quiet spot where they could continue their magical evening together. With a mischievous glint in his eye, Arlon agreed, and they slipped away from the crowded dance floor, eager to create their private memories.

She leaned in close to Arlon and said softly, "I have an idea Arlon, I want to spend the rest of the prom night alone with you."

The thought of being alone with her filled him with anticipation for what the night had in store. Arlon's eyes lit up with excitement as he nodded in agreement. Without hesitation, Liliana grabbed his hand and led him out of the grand hall, their hearts racing with anticipation. As they walked through the dimly lit corridors, Arlon couldn't help but wonder what adventures awaited them in the quiet solitude of the night. The air was thick with an electrifying energy, and he knew that this was just the beginning of a memorable and enchanting evening with Liliana.

They found themselves in a small, dimly lit room, away from the bustling crowd. Liliana closed the door behind them, ensuring their complete privacy. The soft glow of the chandelier provided the perfect ambience for what was to come. As they stood there, enveloped in the intimate atmosphere, Arlon felt a rush of anticipation coursing through his veins. The flickering candlelight cast mesmerising shadows on the walls, adding an air of mystery to their surroundings. It was in this enchanting setting that Arlon and Liliana would embark on a night filled with whispered secrets and stolen glances, their connection deepening with each passing moment.

Liliana's eyes fell upon a record player, surrounded by stacks of record disks that promised hours of music. She couldn't help but smile, knowing that the music would provide the perfect backdrop for their evening together. With a playful smile, she selected a record and set it spinning. The soft melodies filled the room, setting the stage for their private dance. As the needle gently touched the vinyl, a gentle melody filled the room, resonating with their emotions. The soft crackling of the records added a nostalgic charm, transporting them to a different era where love and passion were expressed through melodies. With each song that played, their hearts danced in sync, intertwining their souls in a symphony of love.

"Now let's dance," Liliana said, her voice filled with warmth and affection. "Just you and me."

As the music played, Arlon and Liliana began to dance, their movements elegant and graceful, just as they had been on the dance floor. Liliana, once again, took the lead, her hand resting on Arlon's shoulder and she placed his hand on her waist as they moved together in perfect harmony. Their bodies swayed in rhythm, their eyes locked in a tender gaze that spoke volumes without words. Each step they took felt like a brushstroke on the canvas of their love story, painting a picture of devotion and unity. In that moment, nothing else mattered except the music and the connection they shared, a bond that transcended time and space.

Arlon couldn't take his eyes off Liliana as they danced. With her soft and gentle voice, Liliana sings the gentle "na na na's" to the music, filling the room with a soft, sweet melody. Her smile was radiant, her bare shoulders and ample breasts accentuated by her strapless white gown. As they twirled and spun, the room seemed to fade away, leaving only the two of them in their enchanting world. Arlon's heart raced with every step, feeling a deep connection with Liliana that went beyond words. The chemistry between them was undeniable, and their dance became a beautiful expression of their love and passion.

The hours seemed to slip away as they danced, lost in each other's arms. Occasionally, their twirls and spins caused them to stumble, but they quickly helped each other regain their balance, sharing a soft giggle in the process. Their laughter echoed through the room, filling the air with joy and warmth. As they continued to move in perfect harmony, their bodies seemed to merge into one, creating a mesmerising spectacle for anyone lucky enough to witness it. It was as if time stood still, allowing them to savour every moment of this magical dance that seemed to transcend reality itself. With every touch and every glance, their bond grew stronger, intertwining their souls in a dance that seemed to transcend time itself.

During a momentary pause in their dance, Liliana pulled Arlon close and embraced him tightly. "Arlon," she whispered, "I love you more than words can express."

Arlon returned her embrace with equal affection. "And I love you with all my heart, Liliana."

They continued to dance in the dimly lit room, their love and connection growing stronger with each passing moment. Their bodies moved in perfect harmony as if they had been dancing together for a lifetime. The music enveloped them, amplifying the intensity of their emotions and creating an electric atmosphere that was palpable to them. As they twirled and swayed, their eyes locked, conveying a depth of understanding that surpassed any spoken language. At that moment, it was as if time stood still, and they knew that their love would endure forever. Their bodies moved in perfect harmony as if they had been dancing together for a lifetime.

This is just an excerpt from the whole story I wrote which is inspired by the dance scene from the Studio Ghibli film "When Marnie Was There" where Anna and Marnie dance under the moonlight.

I created a digital art piece featuring Arlon and Liliana, two characters that is the mascot of my ideal romantic love. The artwork depicts them engaged in a graceful sway dance, symbolising the deep connection and harmony between the two. The inspiration for the artwork comes from the Studio Ghibli film "When Marnie Was There," where Anna and Marnie share a magical dance under the moonlight.
