“I'm a Japanese, and am so disappointed how the government is treating our Emperor and his wife. The coronation is near, and UK RF has sent an invite to Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako, but gov't is so eager to send Naru's brother and his wife. For that purpose the Imperial Household Agency suddenly announced that they have decided to hold an official garden party (to honor the contributor to the country) on May 11, only 5 days after the coronation day. As we look back, the said party had never been opened in May. It was always held in April, with the exception of 3 years (2020-2022) due to the outbreak of Covid-19. King Charles and Naru are good friends, and I am sure King wants to have Naru at the ceremony. Our Emperor is not to have a say in Gov't decisions. Many of us are hoping that the gov't change their minds and send the right people to the important ceremony for UK, not those infamous Akishinomiya and his wife, Kiko who do nothing but wrongs.” - Submitted by kyacoro
