Despite being the princess of Hell, we all know Charlie is the biggest ball of sunshine on her side of the Pentagram! So y’know what that means…

A massive cake, silly and messy (but full of love) homemade party decorations, and party hats that nobody really wants to wear.

It feels like Christmas Day with the amount of presents you received from her alone, not mention the rest of the hotel staff

She really wants it be perfect for you, especially considering how special you are to her, so if there are a few bumps along the way, it can get to her, just give your favorite princess some reassurance and a “thank you” and she’ll be fine (:

Vaggie

Vaggie would do something on the larger scale, but she also doesn’t want to bombard you, so she settles for more of a happy medium.

She’ll decorate your room in the hotel while your out, nothing to big, but it’s enough to stand out. Maybe a banner and balloons of your favorite colors? And a smaller sized cake that you could easily eat by yourself

Gift wise, she may get you a few small things, she’s not good with gifts unless she knows you extremely well, so depending on how far you are in your friendship they might not be the most mind blowing gifts, but you still like them!

Angel Dust

His first instinct is grab you and go out and party and get higher than the moon, but he knows that’s not everyone’s thing, so he goes to you for a decision

Anything you want, activities, gifts, whatever — Whatever you want for the day, whatever you wanna do or buy, he’s got it covered

Angel, like Vaggie, may not always be the best at gifts, as he doesn’t always think of it in time, due to his tight schedule, but he will try to get a half-day off of work to spend the day with you!

Definitely the type of person to shove the birthday cake in your face (as long as he knows you won’t take it the wrong way)

Alastor

Alastor doesn’t want to show that he cares too much, incase of showing signs of weakness, however he does do a little something for the special day

He isn’t too good with personalized gifts, but he does know how to be a gentleman

You’ll just happen to wake up on the day of your birthday and see a small box on your nightstand, which holds a pendant inside

And a small note will be next to it that reads “Joyous Birthday to you, My Dear!” in inky cursive writing

Lucifer

You may or may not be surprised when I say Lucifer is actually pretty good with gifts. He’s crafty, so their personalized — And he’s a fairly good listener so he knows what you like

But I think it’s obvious what he gets you, at least this year, a custom duck! It looks exactly like you too!

He’ll also bake you a cake too, it’s a bit burnt… but hey, who doesn’t like crisp?

i have unorganized random headcanons for all the characters i brainrot over these two are no different!!

identity headcanons first hehe:

hes trans. he probably diyed his hrt and also has top surgery somehow hes magic. (i also think he'd have tattoos over his scars, either super cool bat/devil wings or an intricate spider design on their whole abdomen cant decide ill draw it later 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉)

he, however, doesnt really have any specific sexuality or gender labels they feel like they fit into. theyre attacted to all genders of varying degrees but doesnt really put a label on it. he just exists.

also doesnt mind what pronouns you use for her. any/all. basically.

also also would encourage people to use the weirdest and coolest neopronouns they can think of for zem like REALLY go out there WHATEVER YOU CAN THINK OF.

theyre very crafty and dabble in basically every form of art. music, graffiti, painting, sculpting (mainly with trash or scraps or random discarded items he finds, more on that later on), sewing, whatever. if he can learn to do it she will.

very emotionally intelligent, i feel like this is canon anyway but ill just put it out there, ze can basically sense if someone is upset.

LOVES ABSOLUTELY LIVES FOR talking to new people, will go out of their way to introduce himself to basically everyone, especially new spider-people she meets.

he is a bit of a joker, ofc, but he wont try and push boundaries that he clearly sees or hears from the person theyre talking to. hi people who hc him as being an unself aware dickhead shut up you are very wrong did you even watch the movie.

this one is probably my favorite but he will pick up random things he sees around him and keep them for art projects. cool rock on the sidewalk? its a rock, hes gonna take it. funny lookin bug? might pick it up for a little to look at it and put it back in a safer spot. bottle cap? "mine now". like i said before he likes using litter to make art.

he will stop mid-mission if he sees something cool that he can take home like "oh [riff] cool leaf" and put it in his pocket.

this stealing of random objects from all around the multiverse has caused many lectures for miguel (they arent listening)

they have some kind of control over what texture/color they turn into if xey really think about it but most of the time he just kind of.. lets it do its thing. (sort of like a RainWing?)

shockingly good at vague yet oddly specific threats that are unrealistic but if you really think about it it's like "oh yeah he could totally do that..." but she wouldn't. yknow what im saying right???

while he does live in the 70s where technology was uh... not as popular nor as advanced as they are now, he's aware of modern tech through Gwen, Miles, Pav, DEFINITELY through Margo and Miguel, but she doesn't really use it often. doesnt really see the point.

along with that he also is aware of modern music as well, he has mixed feelings (gwen is probably the biggest influence though she is such a Pinkshift/Paramore/My Chem girlie it hurts to think about)

100% collects record of artists, especially smaller artists, that they like.

if you get them going about music he will talk for HOURS. HOURS until you tell him to shut up, even though fae totally wont listen and will keep going anyway. (just like me teehee projecting is fun <3 )

while hobie does use his guitar as a weapon for some reason he is quite protective of it. they wont try and stop you from touching it or playing it, but he will watch you like a hawk. half out of "oo look another person is interested in guitar" and the other half of "👁️👁️ dont break it i can only do that /j" (a lot of musicians are like that, i would know, im one of them. ha)

loves stray animals. cats, dogs, birds, anything. he will stop to pet them if they let him.

he also will talk to cats like any other person. especially spider cat. spider cat could make a cat noise and he'd act like he understood it. "yeah totally man, i get it. meow."

he can sing like... averagely? he has a good sense of pitch and timing, as most musicians do, but she isnt professionally trained or really does it too often

they will scream though

also really likes messing with makeup and bodypaint. he will spend hours on it if he can.

FUCK I AM SO HAPPY I DIDNT POST THIS IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE I KEEP REMEMBERING THINGS ACK HERES ONE LAST ONE POST THIS AFTER ASH I SWEAR (edit from two weeks later: i forgor): he definitely isnt a morning person. he loves to sleep in. definitely values rest, like a lot. miguel will call him at like 7 am and hobie will flip him off and say 5 more minutes when they really mean 2 more hours.

least favourite thing about them: not her fault AT ALL . but aside from how underrepresented she is, i am still a firm believer that she should've received her own ryoji ... it's so sad, because i absolutely adore how they open up to each other, but i've talked to others before about how ryoji in her story as seemingly HER mirror just feels wrong, like he's transplanted from another place (which he literally is .. he's created in minato's image). i would've loved to see how her ryoji could've been more specifically shaped and changed by her quirks + her approach to her trauma

unpopular opinion: gwa ........... i should just own this i think, even if people disagree !! in my opinion ... femc is supplementary content. and that means you should not be playing her route as your first experience in persona 3. just like how i believe you shouldn't read the manga or watch the movies before playing the game. you need to play the male route first. the way she presents the game's themes through her character and modified story is designed to be in direct opposition and contract with minato's route, and enhances both routes to that effect and can totally change your experience when viewing your previous playthrough of the male route and your current route as her through the lens she teaches the player. in a sad sort of way, i am kind of happy reload hasn't enforced this idea that femc is just one of two ways to experience p3 . this isn't a character select .. she's more like a perfect ng+ to me .

hii I’m a different anon but I was wondering if u could link the videos to the crochet tutorials pls😭😭 I’ve been trying to figure it out and it’s kinda. not clicking for me at all lmao but anyway!!! thank u <3

yes!! okay so i used all these videos to learn specifically amigurumi (making little creatures) therefore a lot of them will be based around that. if you're interested in making things like clothes or tapestries im not the best person to ask, but i think a lot of these channels also have videos on those topics!

first off this video just teaches you how to do a slip stitch, which is just the basic method of getting your yarn on the hook to create foundational chains! this is sometimes used to make amigurumi as well as creating flat pieces, and there are several different ways to go about it but this video focuses on the pretzel method which i find easiest!

now this is specific to amigurumis, but the first step essentially is the magic circle. let me tell you i spent like. 3 hours one day on Just this step and watched so so so many videos, but i went back in my youtube search history and found this specific video because it just made it click in my brain. i even left a little comment being like "THANK YOU" so i know its this one hehe

this video talks about how to properly count your stitches/use stitch markers when making an amigurumi, and that's honestly lifesaving information to know when you're first starting out.

and finally i owe this video my life. seriously. it takes you through the process of crocheting a no-sew amigurumi that's very achievable for a first time beginner. it's great because the pattern is showed on screen while the artist explains each step, so it really helps you understand patterns and what they're asking you to do. i cannot express how much i owe literally everything ive ever crocheted to this baby octopus tutorial because after i followed it, i had a little baby octopus in my hand and i was like holy fuck i MADE THAT and then i just went from there <3

one note i'll also add is that sometimes when you're watching tutorials you might see some artists hold the yarn a different way (between different fingers etc) or even hold their hook a different way, and it doesn't mean they're doing it Right and you're doing it Wrong. aside from following a pattern, the way you crochet depends on what feels comfortable to you. im sooooo slow compared to a lot of the people in these tutorials, but thats just how i crochet and its fine! so dont get too caught up in trying to perfectly mimic everything you see these people doing, because a lot of it depends on the person <3

here’s my first ever ami, made using the baby octopus tutorial! you can even see the bag with all my brand new yarn and hooks and everything in the background lmao. and i am not a crafty person i typically don’t pick up on things very fast, but this is easier than it looks and it’s 100% doable for anyone. you can do this!! fr!!!

favorite thing about them Okay I'll try not to write a novel here but there's so little I don't adore about Kael'thas & it's hard to choose just one thing for this lmao. Like you can tell he cared/cares about his people a LOT, he just made some very poor decisions. I love that despite everything he tries to put the blood elves first, he definitely shouldered way more responsibility than he really needed to even for their leader imo, he had other people he could have relied on to share that burden! but he didnt!

Even before the scourge or the outlands, kael had SUCH an interesting personality? Like hes sometimes this bratty childish prince that can be stubborn as hell if he doesnt get his way but he's also easily one of the most powerful mages at the time, even getting on the council of six seemingly relatively easily because of it. So he may be a bit spoiled but he definitely clearly knows how to reign himself in & be serious when he needs to be & that makes him such a fun character with depth beyond just leaning into one trait or another.

Blizzard really shafted themselves when they tossed him away, I would have LOVED to see him progress through the expansions beyond being forgotten about until Shadowlands. least favorite thing about them how blizz threw him away :) I will never recover from the knowledge that they used him PURELY to fill a raid boss slot. He had SO MUCH POTENTIAL. I guess on the other hand we probably wouldn't have nearly as much content with the triumvirate as we do but I'm still not happy about nerfing Kael like that. favorite line "This is your brain, say hello brain. (brain says 'Hello!') And this is your brain on fel magic: (fel magic burns)(brain cries in pain) Any questions?"

(Honestly any of the HoTS quotes are gold this one just made me laugh the hardest) brOTP Hot take perhaps? Sylvanas pre-scourge. I like to imagine he kept trying to play matchmaker with her & lorthemar at that time & both of them hated the concept (but unfortunately kael is a stubborn bitch) but otherwise their friendship was equal parts business and jovial (as much as Sylv could be anyways) OTP honestly a BIG tie between Kael x Rommath & Kaellidan nOTP Controversial take in the Kael fandom probably but Jaina. I like them as friends or friendly rivals but don't really understand why there would be romance between them. random headcanon okay idk if this is gonna make sense & this is more of like a character study headcanon rather than a legit "this is how I think he goes about life" sort of thing but i have a big hc the triumvirate are just...sections of Kael. His laidback/care free traits being Hal, His leadership & determination & drive to protect the blood elves being Lorthemar, & his passion for magic & everything scholarly being Rommath. Idk maybe I'm looking to far into it but the fact Lor has reminded Rom of Kael on more than one occasion & vice versa really has me thinking on this.

If you want like a legit headcanon tho I definitely think Rommath got his humor and love of puns from Kael back from when they were younger. Kael said one (1) pun once, Rom laughed his ass off (& still refuses to admit it), & has come to appreciate the crafty wordplay of puns ever since.

Also another for you as an excuse to put it somewhere :: his title "the sun king" was actually from Illidan, back during one of their first meetings. Illidan meant it more in a derogatory way towards kael but kael thought it was brilliant & adopted it unpopular opinion i,,, actually dont like his VA in TBC. Nothing against the guy personally, imo it just doesnt fit Kael? I liked the one they used in Heroes of the Storm & SL (which i...THINK is the same person? idk im bad with remembering names but they sound similar so im sticking with that assumption) song i associate with them I have way too many actually that are just ship songs but I do associate this one specifically with Kael

Shelby, she/they, borzoi, A tired overworked dog who wants to help find homes for puppies after she lost her own pups when they were just a few months old. She tries her best to keep everything afloat and is considered the leader. uses pink text

Laika, She/it, Saluki a pessimistic, quiet, mysterious dog who pays contribution to the team despite her personality. She often gives the cold shoulder to the other team members but does care about them deep down. uses purple text

Boots, he/him, jack russell terrier, a spunky crafty dog who does engineering work for the team simalir to strudel (who he looks up to). Hes energetic and often cracks bad jokes, and means well. uses red text

Hi! If it's okay, i'd like to req kaiju no 8 Hoshina and s/o sparring headcanons :> honestly i can see him tease and provoke s/o a lot lmao. And him being surprised and flustered once s/o caught him off guard. Idk im just on a fluff rampage lmao

its always okay to ask for this man. hes very much a little shit, just going off his relationship with Kafka. I don't see him as a type to get flustered, would mostly just be proud.

He likes to tease them that he is going easy on them. He knows how competitive his s/o can be and that they need a little push to try harder.

Always saying some shit like "keep it up and in 20 years you may be able to lay a finger on me" or "i haven't even broken a sweat yet and you are conceding?" just general stuff that makes you want to punch him but you know he'll dodge it effortlessly.

But the one thing he will admit is that his s/o is crafty and good at using the surroundings to their advantage to make up for their still improving battle skills.

So when they were training and his partner managed to swipe his feet from under him with a feint he was proud and a little surprised, his eyes wide open as he caught himself and rolled back to his feet, again looking effortless.

Would give a genuine compliment that made his partner beam before returning the favor.

And as they land on their ass he says that it was probably just a fluke and they still have a long way to go before they are a match for him.

Idea for a story: Hhhh im already drawing it in comic form but the conversation Toki has with Pickles about realizing they're trans.... Coming to terms with it, realizing more things about himself

Unpopular opinion: that they're a non binary lesbian is probably a good one to list lmao, or maybe just the lesbian thing considering ive met a few people who also see toki as a he/they

Also! If you are curious, I also know quite a bit of Jedi/Sith lore from the Old Republic era back. Ship schematics (every ship in the star wars universe are my babies, I go feral for the different times and its Christmas to me when they introduce a whole new ship).

I also know a lot about Miralan, Togruta, and Chiss!

I guess the short of it all is, Star Wars has consumed my entire life and I know WAY to much about it.

I even know about the logistics behind the (albiet bullshit) return of Palpatine. Legends actually gives a great reasoning and its so fun to look up. The sith were crafty litte fuckers.

Despite being a BioWare devotee I haven’t played any of their Star Wars games which I feel like I should because they are quite loved . Hard agree on the Sith thing tho I used to read the Star Wars Legacy comics from dark horse and . Frankly my feelings about Darth Talon should’ve been one of the many times in my formative years I should’ve realized I was queer but that is neither here nor there

Hi YES i'd love to see ur ver of law! ((And if i werent shy af id also love to share mine (prob might just slide into ur dms w this one c.c))) If it happens it's gna be pretty underwhelming tho. my plan so far is zou-time law (sans kikoku) bc i think it's the only outfit i can try to pull off ahhh, if even that.

So im currently looking around the secondhands for a white baseball cap (it's so hard to find one without some text on it? Jfc. But ye gna put spots on it w a marker); a black dressshirt; jeans that i might also paint with spots but tbh im too scared ill ruin em (and i only have one pair of blue jeans xD i wear black usually); +plus i'll buy some facepaint n do the tattoos!!; The only one thing i actually have so far at the ready is a black wig, purely by chance. Idk if ill manage the rest in time ahhh.

Whats funny is that im gna be at that con for around 3-4hours tops, and my only motivation to do law is because i wanna let ppl know that i wanna talk ab him asffghjjkl (tho i might be too awkward to actually hold a convo lmao thatll be funny. In and out.). My whole idea w going to that con started actually PURELY bc im deeply hiperfixated w law rn (and by 'right now' i mean 'for the last two months', ever since i read the most recent spoiler regarding him n drowned in the fandom again ahah), and im having a very minimal outlet socially ahh. The next anime-related con i could attend would be in winter.. i dont wanna wait that long..

bestie there's no such thing as underwhelming cosplay!! it's either you do or you don't and if you do? you already deserve a star bc at least you tried! ⭐ I know how some people are very particular and want it to follow their character design to a perfect t but you also need to consider time and resources for it. some people can afford to buy expensive props while others have to make it from scratch and I think that's the fun part of cosplaying that is lost these days. you have to get crafty ^-^

ashjkl also mildly related to this I love watching hijabi cosplayers getting creative with their costumes whilst covering themselves properly. I think I'm gonna take a leaf out of their book and wear my yellow blouse and make it a modest version of law so I don't have to draw all over my chest lol. I recently cut my hair to a short wolf cut and it's naturally black so that part is settled too :] don't paint on your jeans, though!! it's pretty risky. maybe buy a black cloth duct tape and cut it into small round shapes and paste it on? that's what I'm planning to do to my jeans too hehe

and I feel you on wanting to talk about your fav character with other people!! honestly I can't shut up about luffy even for a second. I went to a concert with another tumblr mutual recently and one piece was all I talked about lol. but since I'm a big lawlu believer I can't help but love torao too 💛

i was always worried with time travel!aus because it either confuses me too much or it is dragged and the character forgets about their real life fhjaskdjkas but the way tokyo rev did it, im like WOAH! I AM ALL IN. i'll be honest, i didnt read the manga hdjsakhdjak i got lazy and just looked up the characters HAHAHA and went through their profiles and wikipedia everything asdfghjkl i am just watching the anime T_T I WANTED THE DRAKEN SWEATER and then i saw a jacket for the valhalla group and UGH wanted it so much dhjaskdhjak but it was SO expensive T_T

i havent watched bungo stray dogs YET. i've been putting everything on hold until the summer too. im like I'M RELAXING THIS SUMMER TO CATCH UP ON MY WEEB LIFE lol

i do agree there are some shows that do time travel and make it extremely confusing for no reason 😭😭 there was another time travel show tokrev kept getting compared to when it came out? erased i think? i haven’t seen it so i wouldn’t know BUT i rlly like how they go back and forth and i think everything is explained well enough to keep your interest! i probably should finish the manga tbh i heard it gets INSANE later on with the different timelines 😧 kinda scared tbh just need all my favorite little guys to make it out alive thank you!

BUT THIS IS REAL TOO why is anime merch always either 1) so bad or 2) so expensive 😫 i ended up making a couple printed shirt designs a few years ago for fma and inuyasha bc i couldn’t find any merch i liked which was a fun little crafty project tbh! but it would be nice if some of the official cute merch wasn’t always crazy expensive smh

omg bungou stray dogs is literally one of my favorite anime ever 😫😫 the manga is SO GOOD too even if it uses a bunch of literary references you don’t have to have read the books they’re referring to to understand the characters! but it does make for a pretty funny situation for me (american) when you get to season two and like. edgar allan poe and f scott fitzgerald are the main antagonists LOL but there’s literally so many good things coming out soon !! my hot girl summer fr (staying inside and watching bsd 😚)
