Happy Thanksgiving! From the bottom of my heart I want to wish you a blessed holiday! I want to humbly thank you all for being a part of my community. I feel so blessed to be able to help people on their healing journeys. I get so many messages from different people that I have worked with, used my products, or taken classes with me. I truly appreciate every one. Many people have gone through tough times lately and it is important now more than ever that we come together to help each other and find the little things to be grateful for. With so many struggling, I do not take anything for granted. I know what it is like to deal with health challenges and the ripple effect it can have on your life. Just the other day I had a moment to reflect on the year and how far things have come despite moving through my ongoing health journey. It goes in ebbs and flows and sometimes we just have to ride the waves. We do the best we can and that is good enough. Give yourself credit for how far you have come.
