Me and "Muscle Training": Love's Reward (Prose Poetry)
Tumblr media
A breakup with a lover caused by an unintentional and sudden breakup. As expected, I was confused, but the parting was a solemn fact. But it was just over a year ago that I took in what she always said, "It's important to make things a habit," and I started "muscle training." I do it every morning without fail.
At first, I did 15 push-ups, 20 Hindu squats, and 15 sit-ups, but gradually increased to 30 push-ups, 60 Hindu squats, and 40 sit-ups. Although it is a light load, you can feel that the amount of muscle is increasing. It seems to be obvious to the human eye, and female employees at the company say, "You've become more muscular." (For me, 30 push-ups in a row seems to be my limit.)
There seems to be a variety of difficult exercises, but I'm not good at them by nature, and it's a hassle to memorize them, so I'm doing these symmetrical exercises. The finishing touch is to prevent a herniated disc, just like the "Cobra Pose" in yoga, where you lie on your stomach and stretch your back for one minute.
Well, it seems that my body fat percentage is going down, and I can make the most of my relationship with my girlfriend.

The Benefits of Bhujang Asana
Bhujang asana is a great way to help relieve back pain. It works to stretch the spine bones, improves the digestive system, and tones the nerves and muscles. It is also effective at helping reduce belly fat. Beginners should only perform this asana with the guidance of a yoga guru.
In order to get the most benefit from this asana, it is recommended to perform it in the morning. This is because it is more beneficial when performed on an empty stomach. You should perform it up to three times and hold it for twenty to thirty seconds each time. When performing the pose, be sure to focus on stretching the back and keeping the elbows bent.
The name of this posture is derived from the Sanskrit word bhujang, which means "snake". The posture helps the spine, strengthens the chest, and is useful for correcting irregular menstrual cycles. The asana also helps relax the mind.
Practicing this pose on a daily basis can help reduce body fat. It helps those who suffer from diabetes and kidney problems, and is also good for people who have asthma. Additionally, it strengthens the back muscles and prevents carpal tunnel syndrome. It can also help people who suffer from indigestion and dysentery.

As with any other posture in yoga, Bhujang asana is an ideal way to improve your body's flexibility. The pose strengthens your shoulders, core, and legs. It is also a great way to improve your balance and flexibility. It can be practiced in a standing yoga session.
When performing this asana, it's important to maintain good posture and avoid cheating. Many people perform this asana incorrectly by not engaging their back muscles or opening their chest. This can lead to a compression of the neck and sinking of the ears. Those who follow the proper technique will open up their chest and shoulders and stretch their abdomen.
Asthma is a common condition involving the respiratory system. This condition affects people of all ages. The respiratory system is a complex system, and if this is not properly maintained, it can cause asthma. In this condition, breathing can become difficult and can lead to an attack or panic. This condition can also lead to chest tightness.
One of the most famous and beneficial yoga poses, the camel pose helps tone the stomach. It also stretches the entire body. Every muscle in your body is involved in this pose. In addition to abs, this posture strengthens leg and arm muscles. It also helps to reduce the stress of menstruation.
Another excellent yoga pose, Bhujang asana helps burn belly fat and develop a flat belly. It is also excellent for toning the back, shoulder, and chest muscles. It is also beneficial for reducing pre-menstrual tension and helps improve digestion.

Every small information is important to correct the body posture and alignment. 🐍cobra pose is often considered so casual but it’s important to involve thoracic and shoulder so that the compression doesn’t reach to lumber.

108 Days of 108 Yogasanas Journey : The 3rd Asana: Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose)
Bhujangasana, commonly known as the Cobra Pose, is the third asana in the sequence of 108 yogasanas. This pose derives its name from the Sanskrit words “bhujanga,” which means snake or serpent, and “asana,” which means posture or pose. Just like a cobra gracefully raises its hood, this asana resembles the raised posture of a cobra, making it both visually and spiritually significant. Benefits of…

Cobra Pose This is the pose which works on the chest and the back region. The heart opening pose helps to take deep breaths resulting in more oxygenated blood being pumped to different parts of the body. The oxygenated blood helps to burn the fat. Helps in toning the buttocks too.

Yoga Basics Part 2
Hey everyone, it's been a couple of weeks since I posted on here. I hope you guys have been doing the flow consistently these past weeks! And if you have, there's definitely a difference in your muscles/joints and overall how your body feels throughout day-to-day activities. If you haven't, it's okay! There's no rush on your journey, and the fact you're here on my page today means you want to change something in your health and fitness! The key to everyone's individual journey is to be consistent with these stretches and exercises! So that you will start to feel better overall and gain more strength using your own body weight. Looking back, we went through a lot of different poses, including a downward-facing dog, mountain pose, plank, three-legged dog, warrior 1, etc. These poses are critical essentials to yoga and pilates. The flow we had going the other time was beginner movements which will also be a part of today's lesson as well. Getting all the basics perfected first is essential, then moving into the more intermediate exercises. Now that we have a good base, let's begin with the other poses included in the photo I have down below. We are going to begin with the same flow as last time. First, get your mat out and roll it out. Make sure you have exercise clothes on, and your hair is back out of your face. Once you're ready, let's begin the flow. Start with the mountain pose, go down to the plank, move into a downward-facing dog, go back to the plank and gradually move back up to the mountain pose again. Do this flow a couple of times. Get your muscles warm and ready for some more poses! Okay, now that we have warmed our bodies up, we will go down to plank again but here, put your knees on the ground. From the picture below, we will go through the movements of the Cat and Cow, which are located at the bottom left. Cat and Cow are one of my favorite movements! It's great for spine relief and to get your back moving. If you see in the photo, you will arch your back inward and push your head up simultaneously. Then you will move your back up into a curve and hang your head low. Repeat this movement 4 to 5 times, and you will feel the stretch in the back of your neck and spine. After this movement, we will go into one of the most famous poses, the child pose! Here you will push your body to the back of the mat and lay your arms straight in front of you. This will feel good for your arms, back, and neck. Once we get into more intermediate exercises, we will end our flow with the child's pose. From the child pose, let's move our body to the front of the mat, where we will lower our chest to the ground. You will be lying on the floor, and from here, we will lift our arms and head up into a baby cobra pose. Once you have your balance in your arms, we will push up to a full-body cobra pose. Make sure your head is staring up at the ceiling. Perfect! Lay your body back down and push up into a plank. We will go through our flow again and back to the mountain pose. There we go, guys; you achieved the basic techniques of yoga/pilates! I'm so happy and proud of everyone who followed my lesson plan. Next week we will go into the more complicated poses. So homework for the next two weeks is to practice this flow every day or as much as possible. Your body will become more flexible, and it will be ready for the intermediate moves.
