Never thought to add the sprayer to the peroxide bottle but I do use this. No bleach in my home. Even when I use a little it affects my breathing. I can’t stand the smell even from those scented bottles (Lemon, lavender..ewww🤮🥴). It’s toxic and just why use it when you have an alternative?? I put a sprayer right on a brown bottle and spray any surface that needs to be disinfected. Let it sit for 15 minutes and rinse or let air dry. I use it on sinks, counters, cutting boards, toilet brushes, toys, even toothbrushes .... Just so you know : never mix HP with vinegar or store it in another bottle (it loses its effectiveness if it comes in contact with light) and it will lighten fabric, carpet, hair, etc. Tag a friend! Finished this ebook a few days ago and while I’m not into following detox advice, I did like some of the recipes for cleaning solutions utilizing essential oils. With so many pets here I have to be very careful about the oils they can be exposed to. It’s hard to find accurate information online though. CLEAN MAMA’S GUIDE TO A HEALTHY HOME by Becky Rapinchuk. I mostly skimmed it but found a few parts interesting. First sorry for the lighting. Winter in Maine leaves me doing everything with terrible indoor lighting. This is our household command center. I had been keeping all of the cleaning and household tasks in my planner which means Nick had no idea what I needed help with. Same with the meal plan. I made the layout and it is just in a frame from Walmart. I'm using the dual tip markers to write on it and they wipe right off with a little water. Swipe for a close up of how it writes on glass. Nick's work schedule is changing this Sunday so we are going to need both lunch and dinner plans going forward. I plan meals out more than a month in advance in my wellness planner and then copy the week over to here. There are sections for both of us to write what is out of the norm for us that day. My work schedule changes every day so this way he can have an idea of when I'm going to be around. The bottom half is for tasks. I have the @cleanmama cleaning routine on the actual print out so I don't have to write it out every day. Quick tip - clean your toilet brush! Slap a spray nozzle on a bottle of peroxide (never put peroxide in another container), spray your brush and let it air dry. I also clean all the sinks, toilets and showers in our home with only peroxide. Most of the stuff you buy in the store is full of fillers anyway.
