We post today our Certificate for our clients that have had a deep clean of the property we made this certificate so customers have a record of when the property was deep cleaned and if the client is a landlord they can show this to the tenant or leave it in the property so the tenant can see that a full deep clean has been taken out.
Also it is a good idea for promotion to be left for the client as word of mouth is the best form of getting any future work and we pride our selfs on guilty work and this certificate shows a quality job has been done and can be used to show any further clients were to contact us for there own job to be taken on by us at
MSC CLEANING SERVICES
Once we have cared out the full deep clean on the property we leave all documents normally on the kitchen work top this will include a copy of the original quote a copy of the invoice for the job and a job sheet if there was any extras added to the job along with this a copy of the certificate to prove that a full deep clean has been under gone on the property.
Each certificate will have the address it was for added to it so the certificate cant be used on someone else's property.
Also all copies of the above documents are sent to the clients email address so they have a digital copy of all the documents as well.
We will be posting a lot more before and after work soon and hints and tips so keep your eyes open for future posts over the next few weeks and months .
