ning, obviously. she doesnt yell "SUBMIT!" at every burst for nothing. ning is a nerd, but shes not humanities nerd, she's a spreadsheet nerd. she designed her own version of chess. she's not gonna do 10 pages backstory for roleplay, she's gonna do like. mechanics challenges instead. shes gonna have custom made weirdly specific toys and gear and make u do obstacles test and chuckle at ur struggles. very big on making subs "earn" smth. u have to deserve her strap. otherwise will make her three girlies fuck u and sit there, watching and smoking her pipe. will leave in the middle if not entertained. sometimes gets in the mood to bottom, like with the shit they pulled that one lantern rite with her saying go tell beidou her reward is waiting ;) she's still in charge tho.

neuvi is overcareful and awkward outside of the scene, but during the scene he has the same naturally commanding presence as at the trials. most of the kink doesn't actually do anything for him, bc he doesn't get human taboos. like he has a line about how its normal for vishaps to drink each others blood, his standards for whats provocative\forbidden is waaay different. so he's both very open minded in some sense and harder to communicate with in others. he can sense human emotions, so he's mostly into this for feeling pleasure of a partner. also i hope u love inherent eroticism of the sea

Chinese incels impotently rage about a trailer for the new Genshin Impact character named Chiori (referred to as Qian Zhi and Ganzhi in the machine translation here). MTL is ok but it swaps around pronouns (referring to Chiori as “he”) like usual. I looked it up and in the video she threatens a male customer who has been harassing a woman at her clothing store (verbally and he physically, aggressively grabs her arm) by throwing needles and shears at him, she then directly threatens him by putting her scissors to his neck, and then he jumps out the window (or she throws him through it?) to escape her. the fact that they’re also mad because they believe this female gacha character has been designed for women is reminiscent of the Korean incel posts where they complain that, in their eyes, the newer Genshin Impact characters have been designed to appeal to women instead of men like usual. also there’s something hilarious about saying “this will teach bad things to children” about a trailer for a literal addictive gambling game💀 You can see some of the extremely disturbing things Chinese incels have done previously due to their hatred of the Genshin character “Wanderer” here.

I had a discussion with someone recently about Chiori from Genshin Impact that stuck with me. Chiori said she “wasn’t like other girls” in a certain voice line and this person said that they, and a lot of people online, think of her as a “pick me” girl. Frankly? I don’t agree. She says this because she thinks she’s more standoffish than most people ending in most people thinking she’s rude and not very likable to a majority of people. Which, there is proof of in many trailers and I’m pretty sure a few voice lines. And frankly? I can understand that from her. And that’s why it annoys me when people label her a “pick me” because she’s not competing for affection or trying to be likable like a “pick me” girl actually is. She’s just stating something she’s observed. And I’ve been through similar things where I’d say “yeah, I’m not like a majority of people.” Because I fangirl for hours over fictional characters while dissecting them like I’m in an English class, don’t like to watch movies, and would probably willingly stay in my room for a year or longer given I have basic needs + entertainment among other things which I don’t think normal people do. Especially when I try to bring up possible things in common, most people aren’t really on the same wavelength and this ended up in many ostracizing me, unintentionally or not. It’s not really a “pick me” thing, to say “I’m not like other people” it’s more of a statement of fact. So why do people label a person’s personality over one statement? Why don’t people realize that that statement might be truthful but you just stopped listening the second that those words are said? Idk, just a thought.

|| with chiori's trailer you can really see the difference between the poor and rich in fontaine and how rich folks are using their power in fontaine, which means the ruling of neuvilette and furina isn't as strong and clean, very corrupted and it follows the bourgeoisie heiarchy of France. Tsk tsk. It makes me think also that furina is like those young ruler who ascended the throne at young age and then focalors is the queen consort who uses furina only as an image of a new queen but focalors is actually the one ruling.
