Do my non-Latino followers/mutuals know about Chespirito?

Roberto Gómez Bolaños was nicknamed Chespirito because legend has it, since he was a comedy scriptwriter and actor, he was described as being as famous and talented as Shakespeare (Chesper, in a very latino way of saying the name), but short (he was a short man). So like a small Shakespeare--a Shakespearito, if you will--he was nicknamed Chespirito.

He gave us many endearing characters through his various sketch TV shows, and even adapted famous plays or movies to localize them for a latino audience (I saw his version of Bernard Shaw's Pygmalion on tv before I even knew My Fair Lady existed).

One of his original and most famous characters, played by the man himself, is the "superhero" Chapulín Colorado (Red Grasshopper), who is a scaredy cat that looks like this:

He always wins by either sheer luck or using his brains or good spirits. He's a little dumb and not particularly strong, though he has some small superpowers he uses very creatively. His symbol is a heart because it's his biggest asset, his good soul. It was a good show for the family and a good source of comedy.

Even One makes a reference to him in One Punch Man:

Smile Man! I like to think Smile Man is called like that because el Chapulín was a comedy take on the superhero tropes/archetypes, not unlike One Punch Man, but all the way back in the 70s.

I think Chespirito really made a big change in the type of tv and comedy that was made in Mexico and Latin America in general, and his work is still very respected or at least beloved by many.

Just thinking about his work today.

I GOT PAID WELL AND HAVE BOUGHT ALL THE REST OF SCRAPPY'S COMPONENTS!

(including the GPU!!!)

I figured I might as well get my GPU, because the rx 6700 xt is about to be discontinued entirely. Both the chesper options I had considered for that card have been discontinued already, so I wanted to jump on getting one while I still can. I got the XFX one that's still in stock.

Thinking about my Chesper fankid idea and like

If I introduce them as their bio kid, there’s gonna be quite a lot of people sexualizing Cheshire which there’s already a gross amount of it and I don’t want that on my own post
