Bonjour à tous. Qui d’entre vous connaît le Vin blanc moelleux le plus prestigieux au monde? Le #chateauyquem, plus de 400 ans d’histoire, au moyen âge le vignoble appartenait au Roi d’Angleterre. Puis il est le 1er grand cru classé de vins blanc selon la classification de 1855 de Napoléon III. Yquem est un vin complexe, fruité, mystérieux. Au nez : marqué par le fruit (mandarine, abricot sec, fruits des tropiques), boisée comme vanille ou pain grillé. "Hinter die Binde gekippt" mein Corona Trink-Tagebuch heute mit einer Sonderausgabe. Dieses mal gibt es nix aus dem eigenen Keller, sondern einfach ein ehrwürdiges Dankeschön an alle lieben Stammgäste, so wie diesem hier. Eben dieser wirklich nette Herr der uns an seinen privaten Weinen hat teilhaben lassen. 1995 Chateau Margeaux und 1996 Chateau Yquem.... Beide mit angenehmen Reifetönen, der Margeaux immernoch sehr präsentes aber feinkörniges Tannin und viel Würze, Zedernholz und etwas Cassis, steht wie eine 1. Der Yquem sehr konzentriert sehr reife Banane, getrocknete und kandierte Ananas, Süüüüßer Pfirsich, Bienenwachs und ordentlich Petrol.
