To be very, very clear -- my issues with makeup have absolutely *nothing* to do with these incredible and beautiful performers. It's purely with the design, nothing else.

I adore Katie Hutton and have since she landed in Seoul last month and proceeded to be THE most excited person EVER to be cast in Cats! Her enthusiasm and love is contagious and this makeup -- does her no justice. She deserves better. They all deserve better.

So much love to these extraordinary performers -- the stage makeup can't take away their enthusiasm and performance. I just wish they were getting the full look they deserve 😢

nari's pets !

nari loves animals with her whole heart, whenever she sees a stray animal on the streets she always makes sure to buy something for it to eat and find something warm for them to sleep. so, when she got approval and all the members were okay with it, she got her first animal as an adult. she loves them a lot and, whenever she has to go on tour and she can't take them with her, her siblings always fill her phone with pictures of her pets and try to keep her updated by sending videos and calling her just so she will be able to see them.

— odie was her first pet ever since she had her dog as a kid, he has been with her ever since home promotions.

— he is her little bodyguard whenever she goes out, like, boy will bark at anyone who comes near nari. (he once even bit a sasaeng bc they decided to test their luck.

— she got him as a gift from her older brother, so she decided to name him after one of his favorite movies (garfield).

— she takes him wherever she goes when she’s in korea. when seventeen first went to knowing bros he was there and he literally growled at heechul when he came too close to nari for his liking.

— he loves all of seventeen minus hoshi, he doesn’t hesistate to bark whenever he sees the dancer as a warning.

— nari loves to dress him up with stuff he feels comfortable, she even opened a instagram account for him and her cat.

— when she lived with mingyu and wonwoo, whenever they cooked they would make pet friendly foods made especially for odie.

— the members talk about him as if he’s their own dog, he’s literally seventeen’s protégée.

2022—now › oreo, stray cat (male)

— okay, so oreo’s adoption wasn’t planned… like literally

— he kind of just appeared at her window when he was just a little kitten and never left.

— nari felt bad and gave him food and water and ended up just letting him stay.

— odie loves him but oreo isn’t too fond of odie, oreo usually hisses but just gives up whenever odie tries to cuddle him.

— he’s a mischievous little kitty, he’s so energetic that it looks like he’s the puppy instead of odie.

— she never really wanted a cat but have always loved them (?)

— wonwoo was the one who actually suggested oreo’s name and nari decided to name him that due to his fur color and due to her liking the name a lot.

— he has a special room in the house with those cat mazes and all, he spends a lot of time playing there (odie also tries sometimes but he always ends up lost and crying for nari to find him)

— he LOVES cuddling with nari and gets really jealous whenever her boyfriend cuddles her, he hisses and ends up scaring him away.

NYT Cooking

Since the implosion of Bon Appetit, I was lost out in the open sea, trying to find an anchor. NYT Cooking came close in filling the hole, and for that I am grateful. Besides recipes, they also have a couple of series going -- Mystery Menu, On the Job, etc. The recipes seem easy to make and the way they talk about food --- YES. Some other things I love --- Sohla and Ham are GENIUSES in the kitchen, and I love Priya and her interview skills, her care and genuine human connections with her subjects. I also love their yearly Gingerbread Showdown. So much fun.

King Kogi

Martina!!!!! Her channel is mostly a vlog channel of her living in Japan. However, she does do food videos and shares recipes from time to time. She's a breath of fresh air and such a lovely person. And watching her and her enthusiasm, esp since she lives with EDS and chronic pain --- such an inspiration, I think.

According to Mr. Feros Sayna, Head of Rocketfuel Entertainment. "To begin with, we are proud to present to you Korea's latest upcoming band EPEX to welcome in the year 2023. They were chosen because of their potential in music for not only being young & fresh, but talented as well. They’re also expected to be the 'next-big-thing' in the K-pop music scene."

EPEX formerly known as 'C9ROOKIES' consists of 8 exceptionally talented young singers, Wish, Keum, MU, A-Min, Baekseung, Ayden, Yewang and Jeff. EPEX stands for 'Eight Apex' which means ‘the gathering of 8 youths reaching 8 different apexes’. It also represents the 8 members forming a collective and powerful new team.

Their first EP album titled 'BIPOLAR Pt. 1' which was launched on June 8th, 2021 has managed to boost their popularity and at the same time make them one of the most sought-after K-pop bands.

In 2022, the band won the coveted title ‘The Male Idol in The Rise’ at the Hallyu Influencer Grand Prize Awards and also ‘Rookie of The Year’ award at the Seoul Music Awards.

According to Mr. Feros Sayna, Rocketfuel Entertainment aims to champion live entertainment events ranging from smaller showcases to large-scale concerts.
