Isaac's Journey and the Rule of Three
I found to my surprise that a lot of people did not notice this one, so let me lay it out for once. Isaac's journey through season 3 follows the "rule of three".
Which is a fairly common stylistic device specifically in Western/European writing (though it shows up even in other cultures), that is very much linked to us just somehow really liking the number three. Like, we love this number. We really do love it.
The rule of three shows up in a lot of media because of this. Basically things happening three times. Cinderella goes to the ball three times, gets three hazelnuts, Rumpelstilzchen spins straw to gold three times, in the Brother and Sister fairytale the dead sister returns three times... it goes on and on. It is also a really big thing that a lot of modern media still has. Like characters succeeding on a third try and stuff like this.
And in case of Isaac: We see him meeting three people on his journey: The shopkeeper, the captain and Miranda. And each of them show them the error of his ways so far.
The shopkeeper shows him kindness and shows Isaac that not everybody is gonna be horrible to him.
The captain directly shows him up, how his worldview is not constructive and is wrong for the most part.
And finally Miranda gives him something constructive to do by killing the mad magician, which then finally gets him to completely improve in his outlook.
So, yeah. It is just a rule of three.
Of course, given the rule of three also shows up in a lot of religious texts, you can also go into there from Isaac's own very religious mindset and interpret it as God trying to send him signs to get him back onto the right path.

-Castlevania Oc-
Diana Belmont - Cousin to Trevor Belmont, half demon or vampire (on her father‘s side.) She has magic and also the ability to shapeshift.
Diana is older than Trevor by a couple of years and used to be close with her cousin; however, when it became clear that she was part demon/vampire both her and her mother were disowned.
Later on her mother is killed when the belmonts are persecuted and she eventually settles down in hiding. That is until her cousin and friends seek her out, Trevor unwillingly, and she joins them in their fight.
