What is a Trademark?
A Trademark generally refers to a “brand” or “logo”.Trademark registration can also be obtained for a business name, distinctive catch phrases, taglines or captions.
Tumblr media
                          Trademark registration services in Vietnam
Properly used and promoted, a Trademark may become the most valuable asset of a business. Trademarks such as Coca Cola, HP, Canon, Nike and Adidas serve as an indication of origin of the goods as well as an indication of quality. It is also essential to obtain trademark registration for the business name/trade name under the Trademarks Act. Registration of a company or business name under the Companies Act does not in itself give protection against others who might commence using identical or similar marks.
Use of TM, SM and ® symbols
'TM' stands for Trademark and 'SM' stands for Servicemark. The use of TM and SM symbols notifies the public that the company is claiming exclusive ownership of the trademark and can generally be used by one who has filed a trademark application.
The ® symbol, can be used only once the trademark is registered and the registration certificate is issued. Also, you may use the registration symbol only in connection with the goods and/or services in respect of which the trademark is registered.

What Is The Difference Between Branding and Marketing?
Tumblr media
You've undoubtedly heard a lot of phrases bandied about as you've worked to create and expand your business. You've certainly understood the value of marketing in boosting sales and income. However, you may have also heard the phrase branding. When comparing branding and marketing, you can believe they're the same. It's a prevalent misperception that both are synonymous. The fact is that while these phrases are sometimes used interchangeably, they are two distinct concepts with unique goals. But, in reality, they aren't. So, what exactly is the distinction between branding and marketing?
Definition
Branding encompasses your company's personality, tone, and message, and it pertains to how you create these characteristics throughout the company. It is the narrative and message you convey to clients. It includes logo design, voice and tone, brand naming, taglines, product and service names, labels and packaging, web design, blog and email content, and other elements.
On the contrary, marketing refers to communicating your brand's identity and messaging to others through advertising and promotion. It is the means through which that message is shared. Marketing methods such as social media, email marketing platforms, SEO, and advertising are commonly used.
Diverse objectives
Of course, branding influences sales, and marketing aids in the creation of a brand. The major objective of each, however, is different. It creates value, loyalty, and a sense of community. It aims to instil a customer's perception of a company or product. Its goal is to make the brand more pleasant and approachable so that people can connect with it on a personal level. Finally, successful branding agencies in Australia transform the client into a passionate advocate.
Marketing's goal is to increase sales. Marketing strategies are result-oriented and aim to increase profit. It serves as a link between the customer and the product. While doing so, it focuses on product development, keeping up with current trends, doing extensive customer research, and devising strategies for promotion, distribution and other activities.
Key principles
Basic principles are the essential ideas that distinguish them. To summarise, these are the concepts.
Branding identifies the brand's goal and then develops a plan to achieve coherence, empathy, and loyalty via employee participation and competitive awareness.
Marketing begins with an understanding of the product and its utility. Then it determines the pricing and devises a strategy for advertising the product to the appropriate audience in the proper location. The packaging and method follow.
Value
When discussing branding versus marketing, value is a crucial consideration. Branding creates value, and the methods instil profound emotional resonance in the audience for brand values. And marketing capitalises on that value which takes advantage of emotional resonance to turn audiences into consumers.
For instance, Mercedes conjures up images of elegance, accuracy, efficiency, and grandeur. Mercedes' branding has encouraged these principles. Marketing monetises this value to enhance Mercedes sales.
One comes before the other.
Your brand identity serves as the cornerstone for all of your marketing strategies. You can only create an ad with a relevant logo. You can only have a consistent tone of speech in your social networking captions if you have a brand identity. People naturally want a cause to pay close attention to you. Thus the satisfaction in your branding takes precedence over the actual worth of the service or product. Your brand image is a toolkit from which your marketing team draws depending on the goal.
Conclusion
While the two notions overlap in many ways, there is a clear distinction between them. Both of these are necessary for the business and complement each other. Branding is necessary for building a brand and communicating with customers. It is the long-term promise given to consumers and the reason for a company's existence. However, this is insufficient. A robust marketing plan is required for increased sales and to distinguish the brand from the crowd of rivals. It is all about discovering and engaging with the audiences that are most likely to profit from that long-term promise. To learn more about them, feel free to contact us.

No one asked for it but here’s my big Frontiers theory post.
Firstly, the gameplay.
In multiple shots during the trailer we see the structures of the ancient civilization, but the ones I want to talk about are these.
Tumblr media
Compared to the other monuments, they’re much smaller and can be seen in different locations, so they aren’t just a one-off set piece.
Going by the 4chan leaks, there’s levels in the game that are more traditional Sonic stages which take place in cyberspace, something that’s is seemingly supported by the tagline on the website.
Tumblr media
I’ve seen another person point this out, but these might be those portals. You can even see one lit up, which might be the state it turns to after being activated.
Tumblr media
All sounds cool as long as we don’t get Green Hill 8.0. Let us escape it, please.
Then, in line with the leaks, the larger buildings might be dungeons where you fight the area bosses and get story content.
Tumblr media
We know it takes place on the Starfall Islands and SEGA is describing it as “open-zone” and not open world.
Tumblr media
I think you’ll essentially have free rein over a island, which probably will have areas to explore and some challenges and goodies, (I pray for each island to have a hidden Chao garden) but you’ll have to progress through the game to unlock each additional island. I think of it kind of like Splatoon’s single player, going around and solving puzzles to find the stages to progress. (Splatoon’s hub puzzles are hardly puzzles but the concept applies.)
I don’t think the islands will be treated entirely as a hub world, there will be other things to do and this is evident as floating platforms and grind rails can be seen in the background.
Tumblr media
I’ve seen other fans theorize that you’d have to clear the traditional cyberspace stages, fight a boss, then be able to move on to the next island which seems pretty solid to me. There’s also been talk of an XP system, although I have no clue how that would work.
Now to the story.
We did get a little synopsis, although it mostly just gives us the setting. (For some reason this was removed from the article.)
Tumblr media
But, the cyberspace from the leaks seems to have a big impact on things. I see tons of people saying “Sonic has cyber powers now?!” but I really don’t think that’s the case. Look at the trailer again.
Tumblr media
This dusty thing glows pink and sends out some missiles that home in on Sonic and he almost gets caught in it, but then boosts to escape.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
It’s like that thing is trying to absorb him and he’s escaping before it can get a solid grasp, almost as if it’s trying to take him into cyberspace.
Once again with the leaks, there were talks of a “ghost girl” guiding Sonic throughout his adventure, although thanks to Xbox’s captioning of the trailer (which has been changed) and a tweet from Sonic’s Japanese voice actor (that has now been deleted) it’s been put out there that the “ghost girl” is Amy.
Tumblr media
Harkening back to the synopsis, “save his friends, and maybe even save himself at the same time.” I think, à la Smash Ultimate, Sonic’s friends get taken and absorbed into the cyberspace and it’s your job to rescue them.
Maybe as you progress and defeat the dungeon bosses, you rescue his friends. It would be a great opportunity to use the extended cast.
Amy would most likely be the last one you rescue, seeing as she’s the guide, I’m not sure what would make her so special. Perhaps she is stored closest to the brain of the tech or even didn’t properly get absorbed, so she’s stuck in-between worlds.
While this is just total theorizing at this point, I do think while Eggman might’ve made a mistake unleashing this old tech he can’t control, he will take full advantage of it. If it’s after Sonic, he’ll slow him down.
That’s about all I got, really looking forward to seeing more from this game and eventually playing it next year!

Jurassic World 3 unveils first look at its epic opening!
Jurassic World: Dominion has unveiled a first look at its epic opening, and we're going right back to where it all began.
It's been announced that a special five-minute preview of the film will play before IMAX screenings of Fast & Furious 9, and director Colin Trevorrow has shared a new image from the sequence, showing a feathered Moros Intrepidus.
The footage opens in prehistoric times, as we see the dinosaurs roaming the land 65 million years ago, before cutting to the present-day where a T-rex crashes through a drive-in cinema, picking up from the events of Fallen Kingdom.
Tumblr media
Speaking about the decision to flash so far back in time, Trevorrow told EW: "It begins the story that we're telling in Dominion. It's a bit of a self-indulgent thing for the child in me because I always wanted to see dinosaurs as they were in the Cretaceous period."
A new poster was released alongside the image, with original Jurassic Park actor Sam Neill captioning it on Twitter: "Here we go !"
It shows the classic Jurassic Park logo imposed over a dinosaur's foot – and if you look closely enough, there's a mosquito. It also includes the tagline: "It all started here."
Tumblr media
Fans of the franchise will know that it was a mosquito that had been preserved in amber which John Hammond (played by the late Richard Attenborough) used to make his dinosaurs.
Jurassic World 3's plot has been shrouded in secrecy but Trevorrow has previously given away some teasers.
He described the movie as "a celebration of the whole franchise", calling it "a culmination of one story that's been told".
"When you got to the end of the Jurassic Park trilogy, it may not have been as clear in what the complete story of those three movies was because they were a bit more episodic in the way that they were approached," he said in January.
"But this trilogy is not that way. It's very much a serialised story. What was important for me was, when you watch Dominion, you really feel like you are learning how much of a story that first set of movies was and how everything that happened in those movies actually informs what ultimately is able to happen in this."

EXISTING DESIGN SOLUTIONS LET YOUR EYES LIVE! https://bestawards.co.nz/graphic/design-craft/bailey-nelson/let-your-eyes-live/ - bright and fun poppy colors, attracts attention - all illustrations follow the same style, consistency is key, helps viewers visually identify what is apart of the campaign and what is not - tagline of "let your eyes live!" is very clear and evident through the bold type used - set of short and snappy informational posters regarding common eye issues and eye testing, which then also helps to promote bailey nelsons services as an optometrist - the campaign is used on different platforms, with the same assets being used across their website, promotional in store posters, social media and products. the assets are then transformed into a way that suits the collateral (eg, assets used in the posters have been re-used for their instagram, with it being tweaked to suit the instagram platform, post size, captions, etc) - doesnt have a strict color palette, but all colors work well together within the illustrations and text as a beginning point for researching existing campaigns around my topic of eye health and promoting it to a gen z audience, this is an extremely good start. looking at bailey nelson and their brand as a whole, this campaign is most likely targeted towards adults, which may be the reasoning for the more mature yet playful style used across the campaign assets.
the context for this campaign for bailey nelson is also important, as bailey nelson is an established brand and optometrist, thus this campaign both acts as a means of advertisement and informing the public. as my campaign won't be directly tied to an existing company, it is more so an informational campaign with a more general call to action, not one where the purpose is to drive sales and profit.
therefore, keeping that in mind what i can take away from this 'let your eyes live!' campaign is the strong and effective use of assets and identity, and how it successfully suits its target audience. along with this, it is also a good real-life example of campaign assets used in collateral (the tote bag, social media, and website) and how i myself will need to learn to adapt my own assets to fit seamlessly into my own chosen pieces of collateral in order to create consistency throughout my campaign and a strong visual campaign identity.

Obviously, you can become your Instagram nearness naturally, without spending a penny. However, this will require some investment. In the event that you don't have time, promotions will enable you to get where you're speeding up.
12. Track your performance with Instagram analytics
Tracking and understanding your analytics is the best way to guarantee you're on target to accomplish your Instagram Marketing objectives (see: #4) and goals.
Regardless of whether you're tracking impressions (i.e., what number of individuals saw your post), reach (i.e., impressions partitioned by number of adherents), or general engagement (i.e., how frequently a post is enjoyed, commented on, shared, or spared), there are instruments you can use to make the procedure simpler, speedier.

/end ask
@biaroace answered:I’ll start off by saying that I cannot control what you or anyone else calls themselves. However, I will say that I personally wouldn’t be comfortable with someone aro/ace-spec [a-spec for short] using “bi aroace” for the sake of brevity alone (and this goes for any other flavor of oriented aroace).
“Why? Ace-spec people call themselves ace all the time. How is this any different?” That’s because the dynamics of the ace community are very different: asexuals are prioritized within their own orientation. They don’t have to fight to be recognized within their own label. They don’t have to question whether a post employing the term “asexual” includes them or not. They aren’t hesitantly listed off fifth in a list of possible definitions at best and outright excluded at worst whenever someone asks “what’s an asexual?”. Rather, those were the plights of a-spec people.
I believe that’s the very reason a-specs made their own terms, and adopted the terms of the dominant majority (aro/ace) as shorthand. It’s perfectly justifiable! It’s admirable, even! But to transfer this practice onto oriented aroace labels would be a grave mistake, because as of now, we hold nowhere near the influential power aces and aros hold within their own communities. If anything, it is a-specs who are prioritized over us. A-specs who are taken as being the more “acceptable” meaning of bi aroace (as opposed to us weird oriented aroace heathens with our ~non-romantic/sexual unspecified attraction~). A-specs who are the face of our very orientation despite employing it as a mere shorthand. You’re not sticking it to the big man by claiming “bi aroace” as an a-spec person. You’re repeating exactly what was done to you. In order to help us be rid of this dynamic, I encourage you to leave “bi aroace” to oriented aroaces and instead use the equally cool alternate shorthands provided by your very own aro/ace-spec communities. For instance, bi-grayro ace could act as a neat shorthand for you (plus it’s got the same amount of syllables!) :>
Finally, I’d like to thank you for having taken the time to send this message. Your mindfulness as an ally is greatly appreciated, and I hope my response cleared things up!!

@babyferrettails reblogs with: Yes! I’m sick of people saying that someone who uses an “orientation+aroace” term to describe themselves are probably grayace or grayro. It completely undermines oriented aroaces which is unfortunately the norm in the community already. @biaroace I’m glad you took the time to type this up it explains it really well!

@aceexplorations reblogs with: So I️ understand where you peeps are coming from. I️ really do. But as someone who would like to identify as a lesbian aroace but can only get up the courage to identify as an aroace who desires a long term relationship but only with other women, I️ really don’t mind people who are aro/asespec identifying as a label-aroace.My reason is this: At the moment you never hear of ANYONE identifying as label-aroace and as a result anytime anyone does people, all people, question how that is possible. The more people use the label the faster others will get used to hearing it. And as long as people remember to include an explanation for how someone who is aroace and not aroacespec can be label-aroace I️ think getting people more familiar with the label can only help.Plus, I️ don’t believe in telling somebody how they should or should not identify. They should do whatever makes them feel the most comfortable.

Yeah... I'm actually incredibly uncomfortable with this push to limit who can identify how, especially in this context. I’m tagging @multishipper-baby to make sure he can see multiple perspectives on this, and thank you @aceexplorations for speaking up as well.
For one, the orientation+aroace format was something people were using before "oriented aroace" came about, and there are still people who identify this way who do not specifically identify as an oriented aroace. It'd be one thing if it was a natural progression of the term changing to mean something more specifically, but forcefully trying to push people out of a term that has been open to them before "oriented aroace" became a named, defined thing does not at all sit well with me.
For two, there are many reasons - all extremely valid - why some choose to verbally identify, identify only as, or in many cases shorten to aro/ace when they are aspec. For example, can be easier than getting into an even more detailed explanation and so plain exhaust them less. It could even mean that they feel more comfortable setting boundaries in not having to discuss personal matters that may make them uncomfortable. We've long been pushing that aromantic and asexual can absolutely be umbrella terms and that you don't have to identify as aspec or some certain aspec term if you don't want, aren't comfortable with, don't prefer, or are unsure where you otherwise stand. To limit that now after we've worked really hard to make these terms open and welcoming to folk who are constantly wondering if they belong... I can't tell you how many times I've seen demia folk asking if they're welcome in the community, and graya in particular was hit extremely violently by exclusionism (at one point, basically dying out as a known label and only recently being talked about again).
For three, it’s long been the tagline of the queer community (perhaps particularly for nonbinary and aspec people, but I am currently most involved in those communities) that labels are, first and foremost, for ourselves. Do we feel a connection to labeling a certain way, even if it’s merging or stringing together multiple terms? Does it help us communicate how we feel? Does it bring us a sense of relief to use the term? Then we should use it (excluding instances of cultural appropriation or other harmful actions)! I am not seeing a reason here why it harms either oriented aroaces or non-oriented aroace orientation+aroaces to both be using the format orientation+aroace.
Finally... I'm sorry, I'm just not at all understanding the point of limiting who can identify as an orientation+aroace. When we're creating strict and limiting turns, we have to ask ourselves: why? What purpose is this serving? Does it help more people than it hurts? Is it unnecessarily leaving people out/making people feel unwelcome and/or invalid?
Honestly, I understand the argument so little, I can’t even make a point against it, nor figure out what the heck question I should be asking. The aspec spectrums simply do not exist in some sort of hierarchy as you are implying. Some folk may have more visibility than others (due to the size of the community, how long they’ve been pushing for education - not due to a particular in community effort to maliciously destabilize ourselves), and it’s true that right now there’s a lot of valid discussions going on about how people need to be careful with their words (stop saying aromantic when you mean asexual), but nobody was gatekeeping orientation+aroace until these ideas on your blog started coming up.
I saw someone trying to argue that they wanted oriented aroace to have full ownership over orientation+aroace because they wanted it to be immediately clear to people that they were specifically aroace and not graya, to which, I’m sorry, but I have to call bullshit. Orientation labels honestly say very little about us and the true complexities of our feelings, and they work well that way!
For example, someone who identifies as bi may be someone: with a strong preference for one gender over another, someone who’s only attracted to a specific amount of genders, someone who’s attracted to multiple genders but may not even include one of the expected binary genders, someone with no discernable preference for one gender over another, someone who’s attracted to all genders but considers gender an important component of their attraction, etc. Someone saying they’re bi doesn’t tell you anything beyond the fact that they’re attracted to two or more genders!
Aro and ace have long been this way as well. Even aroace is as well! There are so many details and intricacies to our feelings, desires, repulsions, aversions, preferences, wants, etc. that no label could possibly encompass all important aspects of our identity! At some point, there’s gotta be a breakdown where we realize that labels are a quick summary of how we feel, not the end all, be all of who we are or how we’re allowed to feel.
Aspec people calling themselves aromantic, asexual, or aroace all know there is a tradeoff to not outright specifying the spectrum part of their identity, and they are making the choice for themselves that they are okay and comfortable with what that entails. It should not be up to us to try and shame them out of that. As aspec people, we are not taking anything from each other by using our own community’s terms!!! It’s a difficult amatonormative, sexnormative, heteronormative world we must navigate. Our terms and our community should make it easier for us to navigate these minefields, not create more minefields to trip each other up in.
I’d be completely fine if “oriented aroace” itself was a term to specifically be defined in a strict manner. I am not okay with the bold claims that oriented aroaces somehow own the pattern of merging together identity terms in non-standard ways to describe themselves, specifically owning oriented+aroace, of which I have an incredibly hard time believing they invented.
So far, I’m not seeing how it harms us to keep orientation+aroace something open. However, I am hearing from people who are hurt by trying to make it more exclusive.

Why men’s brands tackling toxic masculinity is nothing new
While the world continues to blow up over the razor brand’s latest ad, there’s more to the story that’s gone unnoticed.
Stephanie Bedo   Twitter: @stephanie_bedo
Tumblr media
With the way people are carrying on about the latest Gillette ad, anyone would think “toxic masculinity” was a new term coined to shame men.
But let’s rewind a little.
Gillette isn’t the first men’s brand to redefine its image, a process that actually started months before the world went crazy this week over the shaving company’s new ad.
The culture change actually started with Lynx, once known for the bloke’s culture it created. For years the brand had tried to tell men that if they used its products, “the Lynx effect” would get them laid.
As experts pointed out, Lynx was best known for the unapologetic objectification of women who could not resist the sweet smell of a man wearing Lynx.
But in 2016, in response to building accusations of degradation and sexism, the deodorant brand slowly started phasing out that image.
It launched its “Find your magic” campaign encouraging young men to embrace their differences, spending the past few years tackling toxic ideals of masculinity and highlighting issues around male mental health.
Tumblr media
At the time experts said the brand redefined masculinity and it was lauded for leading the way for modern male brands.
However it didn’t resonate in the UK as well as it did in other markets.
In 2017, Lynx’s “Men in Progress” campaign won the chairman’s award at The Drum’s Marketing Can Change The World Awards.
That campaign set out to find what it took to be a man in 2016.
“In our Men In Progress series we dig deep and ask about relationships, body image, emotions, mates — and everything in between,” Lynx said.
While Australia got a new $9.99 cologne range in 2016, we didn’t hit peak ad frenzy until Julian Dennison went viral in January last year for his role in our lighthearted Aussie-versus-Kiwi rivalry creation.
Now, a year later, Gillette’s ad has gone viral at the complete other end of the scale.
There has been an outpouring of anger and calls for a boycott of the brand after it released a two-minute video on Tuesday on the contentious “toxic masculinity” topic, calling for men to be the best they can be.
The clip, attacked by men’s rights activists, media commentators and even a Hollywood actor, encourages men to shrug off expectations of manhood, from not showing emotion to being aggressive or violent.
But Gillette’s ad was only the latest spin on a campaign rebrand that started last year when ad agency Grey London put a fresh twist on the brand’s longstanding line “The best a man can get” by questioning what a man’s best means today.
“The campaign challenges conventional ideals of masculinity, and celebrates modern male virtues: self-expression, internal and external wellbeing, camaraderie and dependability,” the agency said.
“The strategy is designed to reflect Gillette’s relevance to the modern man, demonstrating Gillette’s understanding of what being the ‘best’ means for men in 2018, as the brand has done for its 117 year history.”
The ad ends by telling men: “Because what you’re made of makes a difference.”
That was launched in August.
While it did not have such a hard approach, Gillette’s line then was not that far removed from its statement this week, saying it wanted to present an “aspirational” statement for men, many of whom might feel they are “not at their best” lately.
“While it is clear that changes are needed, where and how we can start to affect that change is less obvious for many,” the company said.
“Our tagline needs to continue to inspire us all to be better every day and to help create a new standard for boys to admire and for men to achieve.”
Fernando Desouches, former senior global brand director for Lynx, was recruited last year to set up a new agency unit called New Macho to “identify and capitalise on the huge opportunity that exists for culture-changing brands and agencies to shift the narrative that currently defines what it means to ‘be a man’”.
Mr Desouches was behind its moved away from the “Lynx effect”.
“Through extensive experience in marketing to men, we have identified that there are typically differences in how they react and engage with communications and yet the approach tends to be homogenous,” Desouches said at the time.
“There’s a huge opportunity for brands to maintain their relevance by not just shifting their narrative but also execution of their positioning.”
Jason Foo, chief executive at BBD Perfect Storm, said men being told to “man up” and “be tough” made it difficult for men to express their feelings.
“We think it is fundamentally important to tackle this for many social reasons and we believe that there is a significant commercial opportunity in taking brands down this path,” he said.
The wrestling scene sparked a lot of controversy because people said it stopped boys being boys.  Source: Supplied[/caption]
Nicola Kemp wrote in advertising publication Campaign this week that angering UK firebrand Piers Morgan was a valid marketing strategy for Gillette.
“It has been 30 years since Gillette launched its ‘The best a man can get’ strapline and it’s clear that, to be relevant, the brand has to change, just as masculinity is evolving,” she said.
“Consider, for example, the way in which Lynx has successfully shifted its positioning away from objectifying women to celebrating men for their individuality.
“Just like Lynx, Gillette is a brand that needed to evolve, not just to better reflect the evolution of culture but to ensure long-term business success.”
She said it wasn’t about pitching men against women, commercially or culturally.
“Gillette is a brand for men but which in many markets is often purchased by women,” she said.
“Far from being part of a global assault on masculinity, Gillette’s campaign is part of the cultural change addressing the crisis in masculinity in which boys must conform to punishing and suffocating gender ideals.
“It is a challenging message and one that is clearly unpalatable for some, but Gillette’s ad is a timely reminder that brave brands recognise that they can be agents of change.”

Tbh I never thought the fairy 🧚🏼‍♀️💗carrying a heart hidden in the sun was for her for two reasons. Not because he isn’t lame enough to do it, he absolutely is, but because after people started connecting it to her on DL, she went back and changed one of her captions into it. They went to her FB and the original caption was still there and it had no bulianne emojis.
Second, the first time he used the 💗 was actually for some Darklina post in the beginning of July, a few weeks before all the emoji stuff imploded. He reposted a post of them in front of a fountain, added some soundtrack to it and the 💗. I don’t think anyone’s mentioned it anywhere not even on DL probably bc no one was looking for emojis then and they seem to think he hates darklina shipping stuff which he very clearly doesn’t lol. But I never said anything bc the 🦁🧚🏼‍♀️ shit is funny to me lmao. Our lion and fairy couple 💗 if anyone has the time to scour his fan pages for the story and the gazillion threads on DL, they can verify this for themselves.
Also, I get that it’s annoying that people leap to conclusions based off of what they want to see- which seems to be Bulianne living, laughing, loving in London, but I think the reason why so many people go crazy and do mental gymnastics about their location and her pregnancy because he’s just so boring. It’s nonsensical but other than Bulianne what’s even interesting about him anymore. I will say it’s kind of odd to see people get so upset over stuff they make up about them in their minds. If it truly affects you that much, maybe take a step back. Following this shit show should be entertaining but it shouldn’t make you as angry as it seems to be making some. Just my opinion- hope everyone has a good weekend! 💗💗💗
-👑
Not because he isn’t lame enough to do it, he absolutely is… I WANT THIS AS NEW BENNY TAGLINE! Next time something comes up - this!
Sooo I tried to make the emojis timeline but the start seems blurred at best? Like when people started to notice it in the current stories, they went out to revise the old ones and found some more... It’s all questionable per usual. Here's what I have so far, incomplete and messy af but I have no energy to ever finish it xd
The emojis started in mid June with the biggest one or the most well documented one and the ‘official’ beginning was 30 June when fairy queen posted a lion head in her stories. Then we have the sunset lover stories two?? days later. Couple days later Jules is in Italy and livin her best life. Then the Drew character posts the pic of her. On the 17th July Jack unfollowed her on ig and then the next day we have the stories with heart on Bennys sleeve (x.x yesss) and the fairy in the corner. It was from the set of Rise Up. Then on the 20th he posted another pic from the Rise Up set, this time with the ‘Here comes the sun, little darling’ and the 33. It was Jules' birthday. She posts the sunflowers and Here Comes The Sun.
The last time there was a hidden emoji from Ben was 16 August. He posted the following my dreams pic and then posted it to the stories as well but in the stories he added the teeny weeny black heart on his sleeve. Jules went all out four days later on his birthday and prepared a whole ass art installation in his name and the 40 in the snoot. Then she posted the locket fish lips stories with lion and heart emojis on the 17th/18th and my blog came to life! Oh and the it's time around the same time he posted the pic with watch on 11:11??
Annnd just to be clear. I had no idea she changed the caption to include fairy!! This is new xd but what I know is that she used the lion and fairy emojis (over the summer she actually used the mermaid one more) as far back as early 2019. She used the fairy for Montana trip captions. Could not go through her feed further lol. And likkkke why would he put them stupid emojis in there anyways? That's what baffled me for the longest time. Cuz it makes no sense that he would when his go to before were the normal heart emojis, black and white ones mostly and those were clearly noticeable in his stories. So why make them so teensy weensy in their stories? Yeee my shitty opinion is that they were doing it for whatever fucking reason and people were bored and finally someone noticed? And then it went the fuck out of control, and they kinda went onto a break again? Cuz I count the weird shit in March as their first break up lol...
And Beyyn is so boring. Jules brings the entertainment, like without their Hallmark story we would die of boredom. There would be no music without her too!
I will say it’s kind of odd to see people get so upset over stuff they make up about them in their minds - I mean they get upset cuz it’s not as perfect or juicy as they expected? I wish my made up Benny Boy would clean up the spills in my fridge, yet he is jogging in LA instead ;c
Following this shit show should be entertaining but it shouldn’t make you as angry as it seems to be making some - yee and I don't know who is angrier, the Benny Boy antis or his fans who dislike Jules anyways, but must protect his pRIvaCy….
And have a good weekend too muffin! Keep yourself warm this Hallows Eve <3

Bolster Your Business With these Effective Brand Strategies
Many people think that making a strategy for any brand is limited to only creating an eye-catching caption or tagline or designing an impressive logo. But, in reality, it goes far ahead and encompasses all those things that can stand you out from the competition as something different and exceptional. It may consist of anything like messaging to visual identity to customer experience. Not to mention, it includes all the emotions and thoughts they find associated with your brand. Branding is an extensive process, so developing an effective strategy will take both careful planning and time.
To help you with the planning, we have useful guidelines that can help you to create an effective strategy for your business brand.
Tumblr media
Develop an Effective Strategy for Your Brand: Here’s How
Picking a Niche
Picking a niche and catering to it involves serving specific customers, offering specialized services, or focusing on particular products that best fit your customers’ needs. You will get a lot of benefits from it, which includes.
Getting more energy and time to focus on creating the best possible experiences, services, and products for the customers.
Reducing Waste of Money and Other Resources.
Getting the ability to charge a premium price for the specialized expertise you have.
Differentiate you from your competitors who appeal to more general or different customers.
You can spread your resources on a specific thing and allocate them to do the best instead of distributing them to everyone and catering to everyone’s needs.
Define Your Marketing and Business Goals
The overall aim of creating or formulating a strategy is to reach your goals quickly and successfully. So, you can’t forget to set your long term and short term goals that you want to achieve while formulating a strategy for your brand. Think deeply about where you want your business to see in next year, month, or the coming few years. Do you want your customer base to increase in the coming years? Are you interested in formulating a program for customer loyalty? Do you have plans to open your business in some other location?
Whatever goal you want to achieve, you keep your core objectives always at the front and then decide what strategy can help you achieve your goals.
Conduct a Thorough Research
Before you start formulating a brand strategy, it is essential to understand how other businesses and competitors have engaged audiences to their products and services. To understand this, you will need to conduct thorough research to get the insight.
Spotlight the Things That Can Make You Different
You can stand out from your competitors by customizing your brand strategy and differentiating your business.
Vision and mission statements.
Core values that you want to share with your customers.
A crystal clear description that can solve uncommon and common problems.
The exceptional customer experience that you want to create for your target audience and customers.
Envision Your Business as an Individual
When you think about your business as a person, it will help you formulate the attributes you want to include in your industry. You can highlight all these while developing strategies for your brand.
Create an Exceptional Customer Experience
Your business can see high growth when you provide your customers an exceptional customer experience. Take care of the convenience of your customers and solve their issues on a priority basis. Satisfied customers will give your positive business reviews and recommend your products and services to others, getting you more customers, sales, and profit.
Make a Community and Get Involved in It
When you embrace your local community, it will do the miracle for your business. Try to connect with your customers personally. It will help you build a good relationship and establish an excellent reputation for your business, and in turn, you will get more loyal customers who will be your brand advocates. When you engage with your customers more and more, it helps you understand their needs and demands in detail and much better, allowing you to provide them much tailored solutions.
You can connect with your customers by attending local events, connecting with small business owners, and featuring your best things on social media networks.
Create a High-Quality Content and Maintain It
Choose the topics that your audience may find relevant and make your posts engaging by adding images. Bear in mind that the content you want to post should be easy to read. A well maintained and engaging content will bring you several benefits like increasing online visibility, sales, and profits.
Develop a Strategy for the Visual Identity of Your Brand
Developing your visual identity is the crucial factor in an effective brand strategy. For example, when you choose colors for your brand logo or some other messaging, it refers to your personal preference and directly impacts the psychology of the customers. Different colors show different responses and emotions of the customers, which can influence the way people interact with and view your brand. For example, red shows excitement, passion, and boldness, including danger.
Unify Your Accounts on Social Media
Try to maintain cohesive visuals and voice on various social media platforms, whether you use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Your accounts on social media platforms are the most accessible representatives of your business that can make your brand reliable in your customers’ eyes.
Whether your business is small or big, new or old, you need to prioritize an effective strategy for it that can pay off in many ways. Your business starts with your, but its growth depends on the perception of people about it. So, take care of every aspect of your brand carefully and purposefully.
