Masterpost of My AUs

So, I have a ton of these that I never posted about...

Here’s info on ALL of my AUs, whether I’ve posted about them or not! Mostly in order of when I made them! I’ll provide a place for a link with each, if there’s no link I haven’t posted about it yet.

Future AU: (Mostly) adheres to canon. My fankids and their adventures, along with the shenanigans the ninja get up to when married! It’s polyninja, but the ninja are married to their female love interests too and the girls are married to eachother. Also contains Destinyshipping, Garmaclouse and Badboyshipping. Consists of two parts: Right after Lilly, the ninja’s youngest is born; and thirteen years later, when most of them are old enough to be training. Learn more here.

Serprincetine AU: Follows a completely different story than canon. 100% a polyninja AU. All of the ninja are serpentine: Kai is the prince of the Hypnobrai, Cole is a Constrictai training to become a Peacekeeper’s Guard, Jay is a Venomari mechanic, and Zane is a Fangpyre mercenary hired to kill Kai before his 18th birthday. A Peacekeeper is someone who’s supposed to keep the peace between the five tribes. Garmadon, an Anacondrai, is the current Peacekeeper, while Kai is his successor. Garmadon is going to die on Kai’s 18th birthday, so Lloyd hates Kai. Zane was hired to kill Kai so the Fangpyre could start a war. There’s a lot to unpack and it’s also a soulmate AU, so I can’t fit everything here. Learn more here.

Vampire Hunter AU: Follows a completely different story than canon. Lavashipping and Technoshipping. Jay and Cole are vampire hunters who have been hired by their village’s leader, Wu, to kill the vampires living in the castle above the town: Kai and Zane. Due to a long and harsh blizzard, Cole and Jay are trapped with the extremely hot vampires in the very nice castle. They can tolerate it I guess. Learn more here.

I Obliterate My Favorite Character for No Reason Other Than Angst AU/Kai Dies AU (first one is the official name/tag): Starts out same as canon but deviates in Season 3. No ships. Kai says in Season 4 that he wanted to die instead of Zane, so I grant his wish. Except he doesn’t come back because he’s made of flesh and bone. Read more here.

Everything’s Alright AU: Follows a completely different story than canon. No ships. Nothing bad happens, so the ninja can just live normal lives. Read more here.

Kai Smith is Now Kai Chen and He’s Evil AU/Kai Chen AU: Slightly deviates from canon. Kinda plasmashippy. Essentially Kai and Skylor swap places, with Chen adopting Kai and Skylor’s mom adopting Nya after Ray and Maya die and Chen and his wife divorce. Kai fucking dies, then tries to help his dad wreck Nya and Skylor, then dies again. Read more here.

Actor AU: Follows a completely different story than canon. No ships. The characters are all actors, simply playing parts in a TV show. Most of them have different backgrounds and slightly different personalities. It has very little development, and it doesn’t really have much of an actual storyline. Learn more here.

Jay Suffers AU: Starts out same as canon but deviates in Season 4. No ships. All of the ninja except Jay die at some point and Jay is suffering. Ed and Edna place him in a mental hospital after he attempts suicide and he befriends Harumi. Mostly focuses on his time in the mental hospital, and I try to make it wholesome sometimes to offset all of the angst. Read more here.

Ninja Nya AU: Slightly deviates from canon. Contains plasmashipping, a hint of lavashipping in season 3 and 4 and phoenixshipping. Everything’s the same except Kai and Nya swap places: Nya is the ninja of Fire, and Kai is Samurai X/the ninja of water. Read more here.

Oni and Dragons AU: Slightly deviates from canon. Contains plasmashipping and Jaya, probably. Maybe Wusako, if you squint. And possibly glaciershipping to accompany the plasma. Oni and Dragons were created to serve humans like the FSM. Wu is also a full human. Wu and Garmadon aren’t brothers; rather, Garmadon is Wu’s former bodyguard. Garmadon is an Oni, and like most is sick of being bossed around by what he considers a powerless species. He and every Oni elemental master lead a revolt to gain their freedom, while Wu and the Dragon elemental masters fight against them. The Oni win, but Garmadon wants to completely control the humans and Dragons. He gets banished to the Underworld. Wu started training Morro, who was half-Oni and half-Dragon, to foster peace between the warring species. Morro gets killed by an Oni. Wu later starts training two half-Dragons (Kai and Nya), two half-Oni (Cole and Jay) and a Nindroid (Zane) for a second attempt. They later find Lloyd, who is Wu and Misako’s illegitimate child (Misako is still married to Garmadon) and 100% human. Dragons and Oni are both very protective species by nature, so Kai, Nya, Jay and Cole all become very protective of Lloyd. They learn about Morro much sooner, since Wu actually honors him and his death with a small altar and talks about him. They raise Morro from the dead, since he’s still the Chosen One (because Lloyd doesn’t deserve that burden). He kicks Garmadon’s ass and everything else is just shenanigans with the ninja, Morro and redeemed Garmadon. Wu actually acknowledges that he is not a good parent. The ninja are all adults because Wu learned from his mistakes like he should have in canon. Read more here.

The Pirate and His Dragon AU: Follows a completely different story from canon. The entire purpose of this AU is plasmashipping. This AU combines the popular concept of Pirate! Jay with my Half-Dragon! Kai because I thought it would be cool. Mostly just slice-of-life as they do pirate and half-dragon things. Read more here.

Garmadon’s Servant Kai AU: Slightly deviates from canon. Canon ships (Jaya and Llorumi). Kai starts training with Wu, only to soon reveal he’s been in cahoots with Lord Garmadon the whole time. He remains a traitor and nuisance until season 3, in which he pretends to chill out due to Garmadon becoming good. He slowly warms back up to the ninja until season 8, in which he’s the Quiet One instead of Harumi (Lloyd gets the healthy romance arc he deserves) and Kai essentially completely destroys any more chances of reconciliation with his former teammates and sister.

Okay, a little bit about me:

My nickname is Falcon (thanks for the suggestion @fishybehavior), I’m autistic, I love to write (mostly fanfics) and draw (mostly fanart).

I’m arospec and acespec, a demiboy, and I 100% support everyone in the LGBTQ+ community. My pronouns are he/him, and I’m a feminist- that includes trans woman. Because trans women are woman. Feminism includes them. Black lives matter and you can’t convince me otherwise- as a matter of fact, all POC are valid and important and equal and deserve respect, as well as everyone in different religions. In short, I think that all humans should be treated like humans and should have equal rights.

Ninjago:

I’ve only seen up to mid season 11, but don’t worry about giving me spoilers, I don’t really care and I think I’ve seen most of them anyway.

My favorite ninja keeps changing all the time, but currently my favorite is Zane. I show my love by angsting him <3

I ship Polyninja, Kailor, Pixane, and kinda Jaya- because I’m weird like that. Tbh I’m good with most ships in the fandom so long that they don’t have pedophilia or incest.

I want to preface this next part by saying I do not ship greenflame or any Lloyd ship in any way, shape, or form. But I think the whole situation regarding it is complicated.

From what I can tell, people who ship Lloyd think that he was mentally aged up from the Tomorrow’s Tea as well as physically. And because of this misunderstanding, they don’t think it’s actually pedophilia.

Now, Lloyd really is a kid, and that’s why I’m never going to like him in a romantic and/or sexual relationship. But I don’t think it’s fair to hate the people who do, because they don’t think he’s actually a child. It’s a misunderstanding, not people actually supporting pedophilia (in most cases).

Anyone who does know that Lloyd is a child and ship him anyway needs to leave my page and not interact- because that is not okay. Same goes with any kind of incest ships- these things are obviously not okay no matter what.

Caught Red-Handed

This is my CIA AU, it’s the ninja as secret agents. Mostly. Kinda. It’s polyninja, so it’s got that going for it. Anyway, this story is ranked Mature, mostly for swearing and graphic violence.

This is my Hogwarts AU, and let the first thing I say about it be that I do NOT support JK Rowling, she is a TERF and trans woman are woman, and trans men are men. ... but that aside, it’s rated teen for possible swearing and maybe violence.

A Perfect Storm

This is an Echo fic that Sketch made me write, I was originally going to put it here on tumblr too, but I changed my mind because I’m lazy dhdjdhhx. Anyway, rated Teen for swearing and violence, hopefully I won’t have to raise it-

Context: A rewrite of the show where Kai is not only the Master of Fire, but also the Master of Emotion. Each emotion gives him an extra power, but he has to be actively feeling it for it to work. He’s the first person to ever have two Elemental Powers and no one’s quite sure what to do with that-

Premise: Like I said, it’s a rewrite of the show, but the part I’m actively re-writing is the Oni Trilogy.

POV: Mostly Kai, but it does alternate.

Context: When Kai was returning from the past in Season 7, he managed to get amnesia, making his earliest memory the night before the pilots started.

Premise: The ninja have to find a way to get his memories back- and his trust.

Spill The Tea AU:

Context: Every Jaya moment was replaced with Plasma- including Skybound. Sadly, when Jay altered the timeline, Kai didn’t remember along with the rest of the team, meaning that Jay is the only one who knows what happened- and the only way he knows it’s real is the scar that stayed over his eye.

Premise: The ninja are starting to figure out that there’s something big he’s hiding from them all. They’re concerned, obviously, but Jay isn’t eager to share...

POV: Jay

Ship(s): Plasma

The Rights of A Nindroid (!):

Context: Since Zane is a nindroid, he technically doesn’t have the legal rights that a human does. And since Dr. Julien didn’t have a will or any immediate family, that means Zane legally belongs to the government.

Premise: Zane gets kidnapped by the government, and it seems that they have less than savory plans for him... and the same goes for his fellow captive; Cryptor.

POV: Alternating; all

Ship(s): Polyninja, Generalshipping

Five Myths And A Himbo:

Context: Everyone is a medieval mythical being... except for regular old human Kai. Who somehow manages to befriend multiple mythical beings without getting killed. Nya is a witch, Zane is a fey, Cole is a ghoul, Jay is a gremlin, and Lloyd is a demon/dragon hybrid.

Premise: Uhhhh idk it doesn’t have a plot-

POV: Probably mostly Kai?? I haven’t written anything for this yet-

Well now I need to know about ninjago ship names

okay i'd like both of you to keep in mind that you willingly stepped into this bear trap. that being SAID welcome to my twisted ninjago!

this is operating solely in show!verse btw because the movie ship names are simply piggybacking off show names. why are they piggybacking off show names you ask? good question! it's because tlnm is essentially a ninjago high school au. pretty good if consumed detached from canon is what i'm saying. i've already strayed from the topic so that's a testament to how coherent this post is gonna be. oh well.

so some background knowledge. in lego ninjago: masters of spinjitzu, each of the main characters, as well as some of the minor characters, has an elemental power. generally these are pretty simple things (fire, ice, earth, water, lightning, and... whatever lloyd's is, green/power/life/nature/spirit/etc.) which will come in handy when we implement shipping.

5 out of the 6 main characters can be shipped together in various ways (excluding kai/nya because they are siblings as well as any lloyd/ninja ships because of the age gap). now, for some ships the pre-established pattern of smushing the characters' names together is followed, such as jaya (jay/nya) or wusako (wu/misako). for other ships, however, the ninjago fandom they were going to make things more complex than just frankensteining names together.

take, for example, cole and kai. this is a ship between the elemental master of earth (cole) and the elemental master of fire (kai). what do you get when you combine earth and fire? there's a few answers, but the one the ninjago fandom settled on was lava. this means that cole/kai is called lavashipping, or lava for short. essentially the same thing happened with plasmashipping (kai and jay, elemental master of lightning), glaciershipping (cole and zane, master of ice), and some other more niche ships, such as thinkfastshipping (neuro, master of mind and griffin turner, master of speed).

"wait!" i hear you cry, "what about if the fandom can't decide on a name!" well then we end up with situations like bruise/geode. cole/jay is typically known as bruiseshipping- i can't remember whether this is due to the fact that their representative colors, black and blue, are similar to that of a bruise or whether it's because they fight a lot. either/or probably. while bruise is the typically accepted name for the ship within the fandom, there's another name based on the elemental master scheme from above. geodeshipping is the alternate name for it, because presumably putting lightning and rocks together creates geodes. idk. for someone who's mother used to be a geologist i don't know a lot about rocks.

it's the same for kai and zane, which most people call oppositeshipping. i've also heard it called steamshipping though, because of the whole fire meets ice and creates steam thing. i didn't learn that from my geologist mother though i just did well in chemistry.

"wait!" i hear you cry again, "what about people that don't have elemental powers!" well, like i mentioned earlier with wusako, sometimes people just mush their names together. however sometimes alternatives can be found that fit within the -shipping theme. ronin/dareth has been dubbed scruffshipping because, in the immortal words of artofthecol, they are both gross pathetic older men. i don't actually know the reason behind scruff as a name i just know that it's the name. other examples are techoshipping (jay and zane, bc one's a robot and the other's a tech nerd), samuraishipping (pixal and nya, because they were both samurai x), forgivenshipping (lloyd and brad, the bully from that one darkley's episode), and greencheerleader (movie!ship but WHATEVER, lloyd and chen, the bully from tlnm).

there's a few ship names that are even more confusing (mountain, blizzard, heavy metal, hailstorm, citrus, etc.) and some that are just straight up what's written on the tin. polyninja (cole/jay/kai/zane)? good shit. electricdjinnshipping (jay/nadakhan)? bad shit but at least it's tagged so i can blacklist it without having to put in 7 variations of a ship name.

"wait!" i hear you cry a third time, "how does this relate to tma? also stop using this format from 2014 tumblr posts to signal focus changes in your impromptu essay about ninjago ship names please" alrighty will do. i tagged a post about jonmartin, the dinghy, and assorted theoretical jonmartin ship names with something along the lines of "thank god we don't have the ninjago ship naming system", which while i understand it in-depth i still felt the need to write a super long post explaining it so y'all could suffer with me.

my original thought when writing this tag out last night was that a similar naming convention could be implemented by taking each avatar's fear they're aligned with and figuring out what happens when you combined them. it's similar to what we have currently with lonely eyes, peter/elias, and "sightless flame" as a name for gertrude/agnes that i saw used in a post earlier today in that it's based on the characters' powers rather than their names. HOWEVER, after a day of ruminating on this topic, i've realized that it would be nearly impossible to implement this new system because of how fast the already large fandom is growing and the amount of dedication that would be required on everyone's parts.

issue one: unaligned characters. this is the most glaring issue to me, namely because martin, one of the characters i took as an example for this, could be argued to be aligned with any of 3+ fears right now. this means that he has no definitive powers or entity tied to him. we could still go with the non-power approach: survivorshipping, because both he and jon survived the institute? teashipping, because of tea? seeingisbelievingshipping, because of the whole i see you thing (it would not be the most ridiculous ship name i've seen)? there's quite a few options, which leads into my next point.

issue two: indecisiveness. again, tma fandom is a lot bigger than the ninjago fandom already and it's growing every day. let's say you managed to find a ship with two avatars: off the top of my head, annabelle cane and daisy. not sure how that'd work in canon but whatever. annabelle's tied to the web (no pun intended) which means anything related to spiders, manipulation, lying, etc. could fit in her wheelhouse. daisy's the hunt, so anything about hunting, pursing, the thrill of the chase, so on and so forth. there's a lot of space for you to put those two together in. unfortunately, this means that it'd be hard to settle on one option that made everybody happy, and inevitably newcomers would have to decipher the ship names and possibly be spoiled by them.

I have 10 Au's so far so here they are with a bit of info in no particular order

1. kidnapped kai au

ok so in this au kai unlocks his elemental powers before he met Wu causing garmadon to take an interest in him and so kai was the one who was kidnapped instead of nya and nya has to get kai back -she also joins the ninja team from the start and is told about her parents and their powers

I have fanfictuon out about this -just search the kidnapped kai au tag but im taking a break from updating so that I can plan it out more and have an outline

2. is my bnha crossover au

so this morro, garmadon and harumi get reincarnated into the bnha verse

morro becomes the adopted older brother of the main character midoriya

harumi becomes the twin of this crazy rich inventory girl

and garmadon becomes a theripist

they all basically help the main character achieve his end goal of becoming the no.1 hero without a superpower -idk if you watch bnha but basically 80% of the people there have a power called a quirk and the main character is a part of the 20% that don't)

Im also making an outline for this one so I might write it out sometime next Yearo making an outline for this one so I might write it out sometime next Year

3. hybrid smith siblings au

basically ray is a demon and maya is an angel they fell in love and were kicked out of their homes and hurled to earth -they use magic to keep their appearance hidden and nonbody knows

-until kai starts growing wings and horns

-nya grows them too but it starts at a certain age so at the start the focus is mostly on kai

I don't have much for this au besides its polyninja lol

I just think that jay would help with sensory overloads since Kai's senses inhance and also his wings are very sensitive

and zane would help kai with feeling different

and Cole is just the rock that knows what to say to ground him

thats literally all I have for this au

4. polyninja fam au

ok so in this au the ninja -who are all dating- get tired of saving ninja go and quit and run away -taking lloyd with them and adopting him ofc

-they also steal some yesterday's tea and turn lloyd back Into a kid so he can have the life head supposed to

-so first they live in the old lighthouse zanes dad was trapped in since its self sustaining -which is where they find echo who they also adopt

then slowly they each get jobs

-cole becomes a comic book artist/author

-kai and lloyd make video games (they also have cole make comics for said video games

-zane becomes a chef (who donates half his profits to orphanages)

-and jay works for cyrus borg

we also have polyponytail:

-nya and pixal help skylor out at the noodle shop

-they mostly help by making invitations to help with everything

-but if it's real busy they help in the restaurant

dareth and ronin are also dating and pretty much lloyd and echos uncles

-ronin uses them as a distraction to steal stuff though

-dareth is good at making up weird games

-they are good babysitters

-sorta

also brad and gene become good friends with lloyd and echo

5. highschool au -this is also polyninja-

6. nindroid jay au

jay is one of the older prototypes that dr.Julian made and dumped

years later Ed and edna find him and repair him

since his parents are inventors he basically adds a bunch of things to himself -like retractable wings and stuff

Zane and him feel a weird connection but neither of them remember their creator until tick-tock -this is all I have for this au

7. paranormal YouTubers au

this is an au im making for @/wojira and if u want more details u should probably ask her -I'll also tag u in the og post about this au if you ask

basically the ninja are collage sstudents who started a YouTube channel where they invest haunted places as a joke but they become super popular -again more details in the original post if you ask-

8. manipulative morro au

me and @/thebluelittlewitch2-thesequel made this but @/superstar-rockin-abs and @/grembeak gave hs the idea i think

basically lloyd didn't get hit by tomorrows tea so instead of possessing lloyd morro manipulates him into doing things for him by saying that lloyd gone crazy and the only way for 'the voicemail' -aka morro- to go away is for him to do certain things

harumi later teams up with morro for a second try on revenge andalso becomes more of a mother figure to lloyd then a lover -lloyd is a bit younger then her in this au

she uses her powers to start an orphanage but really its a place for her to train and raise a cult of parentless children that they are orphans because of lloyd and that if they follow her they can all have revenge

her code name is changed respectively to 'mother lullaby' and morro's is 'toxic wind'

9. evil ed and edna au

basically Ed and edna are evil assasins/ inventors who become obsessed with making the ultimate weapon

they basically turn jay into a hydra experiment -training him and experimenting on him over and over and over-

but eventually they decide that he is a failed experiment and abandon him -at this point he looks far from human

but kai and nya find him and take him in -he is a year older then nya so nya is ten hes eleven and kai is 13-

at first jay thinks he was kiddnaped but there is no way these kids could have so then he thinks that him being there is another test and he has to figure out what it is but eventually he figures out he was abandoned

he helps the smith siblings by inviting things that help them around the house -and also making toys for nya and kai-

they become a small family

Thank you @jay-machine-broke and @flutternoir for tagging me in the Get To Know Me meme! now I have two less people I can tag *sobs*

Either way, I just woke up fresh so let’s do this.

Top 3 Ships:

Sweet fsm I have a lot over all the years of being in fandoms but I guess I can put on two current otps and one that’s dear to my heart

Polyninja - Listen, they’re all gay and we know this. They’re soft together, they support their stupid 3 braincells boyfriends, they will die for each other. They are the entire Idiots to Lovers tag, but they’re still idiots. They’re getting married by the end of the seasons, I’m callin’ it.

Technoshipping - Zane and Jay’s interactions are so few that i’m now throthing at the mouth just thinking of them actually spending time with each other, making each other’s hearts go boom boom and blush just by being few feet away from each other. I seem to be attracted to the ship with least interactions and that’s a big roblox_oof.mp3

Drarry - Listen, it’s angst, and it can be redemption along with a side of enemies to lovers. I didn’t like it at first but the fanfic writers had no rights being this good at story telling to convert me into the ship. Whenever i’m on a bored day and don’t even know what ship to read, I pull out a Drarry fic unconsciously and the next thing I know i’m crying at chapter 15-

Lipstick or Chapstick?:

I just found out chapstick was supposed to be a secret cheese dispenser on Wikipedia. huh. Also,neither. I use lip tint at events as to not look so dead the whole time.

Last Song:

jsdfhds I swear you’ve caught me on a bad time because the last thing I listened to last night on repeat was Astronomia (The Coffin Dance meme song) while drawing my last art meme.

-Rambling. Anyone who’s been following me since I appeared knows this. Now that I actually put myself out in the internet I realized how much I ramble and it feels really good because i’m not a talkative person in real life, which makes me happier when people actually listen and pay attention to my ramblings. Not saying all should pay attention to it! It’s fine to scroll by but it’s just makes me happy when they talk about it too.

-Talking and listening to friends. Finding friends can be hard to do but once you do find some it’s always good to keep talking and getting to know them. It also depends on the other person tho if they also want to keep talking to you. My friends just boost up my creative mode through the roof sometimes, to the point we create the most wackiest stuff and it’s just fun. *ahem*Chloe/Ally*ahem*

-Imagining stories. You know that meme where you think of the most amazing stories, what if’s,plots and events that could have happen in your favorite thing but it’s just hard to make them into reality? yeah that’s me. It’s sometimes easier to imagine and be happy but I also try to put out my ideas as much as I can.

All of My Friends

Summary: I'm in a very specific mood

Sometimes, he wanted to beg any god out there for these nights to happen more often.

It wasn't a common sight to behold, in any way, that of seeing a pink moon in it's full bright at night. Before, Zane would've thought twice before believing those people who said it's shine would be so much so that everyone would lament not seeing it. But now, with the moon right there and it's pink shine making his metallic skin have a warmer, even kinder tone? He was to reconsider if or if not yo believe others.

And then there was the best part: He was there with his friends. They'd all agreed on going, and he was more than grateful for that now that he's seeing the results of it.

To his right, Cole was calmly resting under the moon's shine, snoring slightly enough for it to be heard but not to stop anyone from sleeping, which was an odd occurrence. Zane had his theories of this, but the one that remained most possible was that Cole felt a subconscious sense of security when surrounded by people he cared of and of people who also cared him. Surrounded he was, for sure, as Jay laid right next to him.

Jay had been the first to fall asleep, and had settled with cuddling up with Cole while in his sleep. Not a rare thing in any way, but it was still quite adorable seeing how he clingled onto the Master of Earth and hadn't really changed positions, just sticked there and had the sleep of his life. A very needed sleep, at least for him, as Zane was very much sure Jay hadn't slept in minimum of a week.

And at last was Kai, laying to Zane's left. He was the last one to fall asleep, and seemed to not really want to go to sleep, but his body had ordered him to. Now there he was, hair all messed out with it's wavy locks all finally free from their slicked hairstyle. He was quite the fan of them, compared to Kai, and found it to be one of the prettiest things of him, even while it was a once-in-a-lifetime thing.

Zane wanted these times to last longer. Much, much longer. He wanted to have one long, quiet night under the pink moonlight while he and his friends could all rest and relax after fighting against threat after threat, being after being, all culminating in one fight against a goddess that left them lacking a member of the team, and a great friend.

He wanted them all to rest, even while it was not posible for some of them.

Top 3 Ships: I’m gonna do these each from different things I’m into cuz I can’t choose my favorite ninjago ship over the other ships cuz they’re all are so great! One of my favorite ninjago ships has to be Polyninja cuz it’s such an adorable ship, it’s just 4 bros being wholesome and cute! Next is Hunay from VLD (Voltron:Legendary Defenders), I was originally gonna choose Klance but then I remembered this ship existed and it’s just soooooo cute and wholesome, I know they basically only got one episode in season 1 to bond but damn it was just so wholesome, Hunk you the best paladin and I fight for that fact until my dieing breath. The final ship is Soriel from Undertale, I’m sorry Frans shippers, it was just never my plate of spaghetti, ya know? It’s just a cute ship and yeah that’s it, most of the ships I like are just really wholesome and cute in my opinion, a skeleton falling for a goat and bonding over there love for jokes before even seeing each other is just really cute.

Lipstick or Chapstick: Chapstick 110%, my lips are chapped as hecc and if it weren’t for chapstick my lips would be either nonexistent or red and bloody as hecc cuz I always peel the skin off, I just can’t help myself I do it when I’m bored and I get bored a lot.

Last Song: Follow Me by Tryhardninja on YouTube, y’all can hate on fnaf all ya want but y’all can’t deny that the music people create for it are great 👌👌👌

Last Movie: Onward on Disney+ with my family, it’s really good, though it hit my dad in the heart too hard cuz he loves good dad characters and Barley and The Dad were just Grade A characters, he was crying by the end of the movie while I’m like “oh, that’s sad” like heartless person I am.

Reading: I’m supposed to be reading Romeo and Juliet for English but I couldn’t careless about it, I do like to read though, my favorite book series I’ve read is The School For Good And Evil, it’s really good.

3 random things that make me happy: My friends, my family, my dog, the TV shows/Movies/musicals I watch, the games I play/watch people play cuz i suck at games, the books I like to read, the music I like to listen to, the content the fans provide when the show/movies goes on a hiatus and eventually ends, the fans that make fanart/fanfics for the shows/movies/games/books/musicals, the fans/fandom in general whether you make content or not, food, sleep, I love y’all so much!!! Ninjago Angst Week | Day 6 - Fears

Look it's another fanfiction this time with Polyninja. And Zane being afraid cause I like to hurt him like the awful person I really am.

Trigger Warning - None y'all are good. If there's something you want tagged let me know okay?

Zane was afraid of a lot of things, dying, the Overlord, other nindroids, but one rose above them all and that was something happening to the others and it conquered his thoughts as of it late. He wasn’t sure made it come up so fast but it entered his thoughts one day while he was making lunch and the team was laughing in the room across from him occasionally getting a joke thrown at him by Jay or a flirt from Kai, Cole eye-rolling in the corner of the table but a smile on his face from the actions of his boyfriends. Lloyd and Nya shouted meal ideas and remarks at Kai’s flirts and it was generally a good time, but something snuck into his data stream, and that was the thought of this moment being ripped away from him. Zane had paused his hands stilling over the food, but the others didn’t noticed as the thought evolved into a couple consecutive thoughts.

Why would this moment being taken away? Something must have happened. By who? Could be anyone. Was it my fault? Could’ve been. Did something happen to them then? Most definitely.

Was it my fault there were hurt? Isn’t it always?

It was that thought that caught Zane’s gears to lock in the middle of his position. The voice was right, it was always HIS fault that they were hurt. If he hadn’t followed the falcon, the monastery wouldn’t haven’t been burned down. If he hadn’t left them in the Birch Forest, the Treehorns wouldn’t have almost killed them. If he hadn’t frozen them while at the Mega Monster Amusement Park maybe Pythor wouldn’t have gotten the fangblade, then maybe the Great Devourer wouldn’t have been released.

The thoughts skyrocketed through all of his mistakes before something came to his attention, if he hadn’t been created then neither would have the nindroids. Then the Overlord wouldn’t have had an army, then they could have defeated him much easily, then he wouldn’t have died and everyone wouldn’t have gone through so much pain. If he hadn’t been created then there would have been another ice ninja, someone human, and like the others, something they could relate to, live with, and love. That ice ninja could’ve felt, had emotion, not be weird like he was, they could be so much more than Zane could have ever been and more than he could ever be. “Zane, babe?”

Zane jolted as much as his gears in their locked position would allow him to as his head whipped around to meet Kai’s worried expression. His mechanics relaxed and released their tightened position allowing him to lower his arms and turn around to face Kai fully along with the concerned faces of the others. Something wet dripped on his forehead and he raised an hand to his forehead, wiping it and bringing his hand down to see water droplets on his fingertips. Kai tilted his head up, hand underneath his chin so that Zane’s eyes met amber orbs.

“Zane, snowflake? Are you okay, you spaced out there for awhile?” Zane blinked at Kai’s question, programs running his head as he process the question for .1 second before his answer left his lips. “ I’m fine, why do you ask?”

Kai’s eyes narrowed in pure suspicion as he turned to the others at the table before looking back at Zane releasing the nindroid, “No reason.” Now it was Zane’s turn to be suspicious, resting his hand on the counter, “Oh really? Why am I wet?”

Kai nearly growled, “I’ll tell you if you really tell me what’s damn going on .” Warnings went off in his head as he grew more closed off and he knew he shouldn’t answer back and let Kai defleat from his anger because he know he would regret anything he said back but he did it anyway, “I don’t have to fucking tell you anything if I don’t want to. ”

Kai’s hand formed a fist and his gaze sharpened, knowing Kai’s past behavior he threw punches first and asked questions last. Cole’s hand wrapped around Kai’s wrist as he jerked forward and Nya held Zane’s arms against his side, Jay and Lloyd standing up from their seats. The fire ninja looked down at the offending hand and then up to Cole who’s panicked expression clicked something in his brain as the fist deflated and he quickly looked to Zane whose eyes were tinted red as the attack program started to kick in. “I’m, I’m….sorry Zane.”

Kai stutterd an apology as Cole released his wrist but Zane was already gone, Nya doubled over from the ice ninja had elbowed her in her stomach. Starting to run after the nindroid Nya stopped her brother, “Let him calm down. Something’s obviously bothering him and going after isn’t the best idea.”

Regretfully Kai clenched his together but nodded in agreement, Cole’s fingers clasping Kai’s hand and pulling them back to the table as Nya tried to complete what Zane started, Lloyd quickly joining her as Jay slid next to Cole trying to help comfort the fire ninja while he and Cole silently tried to figure what happened to their nindroid.

Fortunately that type of event never happened again and the two made up to the team’s relief (lots of tears happened on both sides) but Zane never explained what made him snap at Kai and kept the feelings bottled up. Two weeks passed without incident but the ideas festered inside of him, getting sometimes worse where he could forget about but sometimes returned full-forced that he had to excuse himself from something so he could cry alone in his room. It was originally Kai that noticed the event in the kitchen, and it was still Kai who saw past the front Zane had put up for the others. As time passed Cole and Jay were clued in Zane’s growing distress.

It came full-swing around the second month of festering. Lloyd and Nya had left for the night leaving the four, originally they had been playing video games but gave up on it soon after. Jay was laughing on top of Kai’s back as Kai tried (and failed) to do pushups while Zane was cushioned on Cole’s chest, the two poking fun at Kai and laughing when Jay started to tickle the master of fire making him fall into the floor in a fit of giggles as Jay and Kai started a tickle fight. The two ran around the room, yelling and laughing, Cole let out big bouts of laugh at the sheer ridiculousness of his boyfriends’ antics while Zane chuckled as they feel to the floor feeling content to listen to Cole’s heartbeat and feel Cole’s chest moving as he laughed. It was nice, it was loving, it was perfect to Zane and he wouldn’t have traded the moment for anything but all good things came to end when to his distress everything crumbled.

Zane’s programming had done its best to keep the thoughts and what-ifs away but they broke though and it was all he started to think about. Cole felt the nindroid in his arms, looking down in concern to see the ice elemental almost frozen in his expression, somewhere between content and panicked. “Zane? Zane??”

Jay and Kai paused to see Zane frozen and Cole trying to get his attention. Jay crawled out from under Kai as the fire ninja mumbled “Not again.” Cole had moved to holding the nindroid’s head in his hands, Zane’s arms lip in his own lap Jay coming up to the two’s side. “He’s not responding Jay.” Cole quickly stammered as Jay kneeled in front of the nindroid, moving Cole’s left hand and replacing it his own, somewhere around this Kai had come up from behind Cole’s left shoulder and sat behind the earth master, them giving each other a glance.

To the threes’ relief Zane blinked a couple time staring at them, his lips pulled into a frown but they trembled downward. Tears piled at the corner of the nindroid’s eyes sending his boyfriends into absolute panic mood as the slipped down his cheeks. Cole pulled the ice master to his chest feeling Zane’s skin cool down significantly while Jay wiped away the others tears unsuccessfully as Kai ran his hand through Zane’s hair, kissing any skin he could reach while grabbing one of Zane’s hands. Zane’s cries only increased in volume as he started to curl in on himself.

Cole pressed kisses to the top of Zane’s head as Kai wrapped himself around the other’s body, Jay kept trying to get words out of Zane, “Zane honey, please talk to us. You’re really scaring us.”

“Please, please don’t leave….leave me, alone.” Zane’s words were choked out through tears, Jay quickly reassuring him that they wouldn’t leave him alone. Not now, not ever.

“I’m scared….” Whispering the two words through tears they struck something inside of him. He was afraid, deathly afraid of something happening to the people he loved more than anything. The person he was crying a river onto, the one trying to warm his body up with his kisses and soft holding, and the one cradling him against their chest. He was so scared, he don’t want to screw this up, coming home one day finding them gone, never seeing them again, losing them in battle.

Zane cried louder, the three eventually holding onto the nindroid whispering words of comfort, of love, and of promises to never leave. Awhile passed before exhaustion started to creep on him and his sobbing turned to whimpers and whines. Tears stopped flowing and he quieted down gaining soft words of comfort from the three.

“I’m sorry,” He said after awhile. Cole rubbed Zane’s shoulder, resting his head on the others as Jay quickly answered. “Don’t be Zane, you having nothing to be sorry about.” Kai kissed Zane’s neck in agreement to Jay’s words.

Zane’s hands gripped onto Jay’s arms as the lightning master comforted him, the exhaustion starting to kick in and his eyes grew tired as he relaxed in Cole and Kai’s hold. “I’m so sorry.”

“Shh, don’t be.” Jay softly placed a kiss on Zane’s forehead, laying under the nindroid’s chin. “Sleep Zane, we can talk about this in the morning.” Kai added, shifting so that he was leaning on Cole’s side while running his fingers through Zane’s hair.

“I love you,” Zane said almost silently but the three caught it, and he really meant it. These three he’s been with since the start, that held him in weakest moments and supported him in his strongest, he’d be nothing without them and while he was scared, and so very afraid he came to the conclusion he will tell them his fears and they would help him with it like he will help them with their own fears. Shutting down his systems, he collapsed to the darkness in comfort of hearing three voices he loved so much responding with an ‘I love you too’.
