DanCae HC in which Dan Heng will drop everything he’s doing to just sit next to Caelus. Without a word he’ll sit and put his head on Caelus’ shoulder. Within minutes he’ll be asleep.

DanCae HC in which March tells him to describe how Caelus makes him feel in one word. Dan Heng’s answer: ‘sleepy’. A surprised March immediately thought Caelus bores him but then she remembered something. Dan Heng usually frowns on naps or even bed time. Caelus makes him feel safe enough to rest.

DanCae HC in which Caelus invites him to late-night viewing parties of his favorite drama and/or cartoon series. Dan Heng doesn’t really connect with each other show but he loves seeing how excited Caelus is about them.

Plus Dan Heng’s really just in it for the late-night snuggles. Hearing Caelus go off about his silly show and snuggling up against his boyfriend shuts out mental noise.

DanCae HCs in which Aventurine becomes a guest on the Express. He and Caelus have a complex connection, one that has the air crackling with electricity every time they talk to each other. To make matters worse, Aventurine calls Caelus ‘Kitten’.

Dan Heng seethes whenever Caelus and Aventurine are together. For a while Caelus assumes his boyfriend is being his usual introverted self, simply uncomfortable around new people.

One meeting ends with Dan Heng watching Aventurine kiss Caelus’ hand. After that particularly intense meeting, something clicks into place. Caelus softly asks Dan Heng:

“You’re not jealous of Aventurine, are you?”

Dan Heng’s silence, and the disgruntled look on his face, provide Caelus with the answers he needs. The Trailblazer bursts into laughter, clutching his sides.

“Are you SERIOUS? You’re the most beautiful, amazing, breathtaking creature anyone could EVER hope to meet! I’m CRAZY about you! You’re kidding, right?!”

Dan Heng remains silent and disgruntled. Caelus keeps laughing.

Dan Heng smacks him upside his head with his staff, then storms off, blushing.

Caelus: ☠️

Caelus later asks March why Dan Heng’s mad at him.
