i just finished player rank: platinum. like literally two seconds ago and omg…god your mind 😫😫😫

first of all, i know it sounds contradictory cause it took me forever to finish reading, but god it was so entertaining from the first word. your writing is so good i felt like i could visualize everything (especially the smut)!!!!

it's not contradictory!!! it takes people different amounts of time to read so that doesn't bother me at all! i promise im not forcing you to read everything RIGHT NOW!!! though, of course, i love your feedback and would love if you did make it through my fics :D

as for heeseung, i def wrote him to be an asshole but like...one that you could fuck anyway. some of us just wanna have fun with a red flag, and it's fictional so i see no issue with it :D as for fucking the friend group, since the fic was a gift for my favorite oomfie i didn't want to self indulge too much. it was heeseung centered both in mind and spirit, however i will definitely delve into fucking all of hyung line in a fic someday c:

yeeeeeeeeah the pillow scene was the instance in my head where heeseung was 100% certain he had her in the palm of his hand, so parading around like a sex magnet would come naturally for him rather than needing to put effort in. it was fucking play time for him, so yes, 0-100 is a perfect way to describe that point in the fic. he really switched it up from being blatantly interested to what the fuck does he want with me?????

i also do tend to add some jokes and comedic relief in my fics solely because it's who i am as a person. a lot of my humor is very dry and read as a narrator voice but i feel like it comes across well :D at least in MY head it does.

as for the birth control AND plan B. we all know it's unhealthy and not viable at all. it's actually quite cringe that she'd be so paranoid and do such a thing. it's also very much not realistic, so i don't quite enjoy when people come at it like "i just know her body is blahblahblah"

like.....yeah, but the point of that was to show how like.....there's a question there regarding how she feels about her relationship. reader's sister very clearly works hard and barely has time for a relationship, hence why she does just about everything to keep heeseung, but like......hee wants a kid and a family........and she adds EXTRA protection simply bc she probably suspects heeseung to poke holes or some shit.

it's not meant to be seen as "she's so uptight!!!" it's more like "now why would she feel the need to do that?!"

its bc heeseung is a manipulator through and through :D so im a lil sad that the instance flew over people's heads, but, it is what it is and it's just a small moment in the fic so i aint that annoyed.

It's like I understand it as a komahina enjoyer but it also makes me wanna cry as a komaeda enjoyer😭 though he's not in the story much your characterization is so full and spot on that like I can fully understand the characters who only show up in 2 chapters (cough cough TAKAA my beloved<3) Like in only 2 chapters of screen-time we literally saw the interior design/gardening geek nagito, the panicked and screamy nagito, the tired dad nagito, the heartbroken nagito, and the god of luck who played rockpaper scissors for his husband's life, again, in like 2 chapters alone!!!! Don't get me started on taka I already rambled about him in the comment section

P.S. It's also funny how literally everyone (mainly kokichi) is questioning the big five's relationship choices 💀 I honestly feel like naegami has something to do with "big five god eye candy"💀💀💀💀💀

if only the extent of my yapping was known.........nagito and hajime are my favorite barbie dolls to mash together i love thinking about them i love writing them they are my danganronpa #2 and #3 (gonta <3) i am So mentally ill about them. ok.

so it makes me SOOOOO happy when people say they get my characterization. getting beneath a character's skin and making them feel both 1) recognizable as said character but also 2) distinct in that they fit naturally in the universe i'm writing them in is The thing i'm most attuned to when writing i think. (that and sniffing out plotholes i am so pedantic about my story telling). focusing on the v3 kids gives me very ample time to flesh them out into a balanced mix of the two, but with characters that aren't mainstays it makes me very happy hearing that it's not just, like, a dialogue machine spitting plot-relevant lines and instead the actual character that's meant to be talking. you know? ALL of that to say nagito is notoriously a tough nut to crack, it's a crapshoot on what you'll see him characterized as (with the potential to be really REALLY good and really Uh not so much), so hearing good things about MY guy <3 makes my heart grow five sizes or whatever

i could ALSO yammer on for ages about the messy god drama that i've mapped out in my mind palace. i can get much more specific once the fic is actually wrapped but the big five ESPECIALLY. oh what a mess. oh what a nightmare. there's like 1 and a half sane motherfuckers in that club and the half is presently threatening to end the world along with half the others. so. LMFAO

relationship drama especially (i've said that word so much oopsies) among the gods but the big five.........oh great heavens. it's not even the newest relationship within the big five but naegami has sooooo many haters. junko (makotophobic), mikan (in an abusive relationship, functionally makotophobic), nagito (byakuyaphobic), fuyuhiko & peko (also byakuyaphobic), izuru (thinks they're both cringe), hajime (wouldn't send rantarou/shuuichi to camp no matter how much he begged).....and that's only characters we've seen on screen so far LOL. kokichi is not alone in being a hater rather he's the new generation of virulently homophobic gay people. love wins <3

(also as an aside of the 'eye candy' thing; in the human world makoto doesn't beat the trophy husband allegations, but among the gods the roles are 100% reversed LOLLLLLLLLL when shit isn't hitting the fan he gets sooooo bullied during meetings if makoto isn't there)

okay and LAST thing that i sorta briefly touched on a second ago: no, rantarou has not been to camp before! hajime and nagito have offered COUNTLESS times, especially since shuuichi's mother died, but they've remained adamant on their decision to keep them at home in defiance of junko. they have very, very good reason to be extra vigilant about their kids' safety, and when contending with rantarou's precognition + shuuichi's ignorance on the gods......rantarou has been very informed on things, from a very young age. obviously he doesn't get Everything, but he's kept pretty up-to-date on the affairs of the gods. he knows about camp, he knows there are about a dozen or so there, and he knows who the counselors are — knew who hajime was as soon as he began teaching at he and shuuichi's last school, and who nagito was/had his number from a chat he and hajime had very early on into his tenure as their history teacher.

The anger Neytiri felt and how she lashed out at jake, THE ADOPTION CEREMONY THING??? i love the way ur brain works, are the kids mad at jake too?? like they’d probably never show it cause of how intense it gets when reader does but i can’t imagine the anger the kids might feel, wether it be directed more at Jake or reader or if it’s just anger at the situation and their relationship, id actually cry if we got some sibling angst up in there.

as someone who watched many conflicts between their sibling and authority figures, there’s always that kind of habit unconditional siding with the sibling even if they might be wrong. The sibs are definitely gonna be traumatized by this but how are they gonna respond and how will that manifest? isolation? attachment? anger? Would Kiri stay the pacifist or would she try and become some kind of protector or shield for reader? each kid would def have their own response and opinions and what if they clash?

Bro imagine the tension if the kids’ emotions manifest negatively like that :( would reader feel responsible?? WILL THIS BE THE REASON THEY MOVE TO THE REEF??? (assuming we’re going in that direction) THE DRAMMAAAA

about jake and sister!reader's conversation though, HHHHHHHH its hard to have a heart-to-heart, but im sure you'll like what ends up happening since it's hurting me to write it BDBSBD

About the siblings-parent conflict... I haven't written much of it because I don't think it's in character for either of them to be angry at Jake for it, they never are for Jake's actions even in TWOW. Lo'ak's generally frustrated and Neteyam gives the slightest bits of attitude, and Kiri is moody. They are too young for the kind of anger you're talking about, in my opinion. Sully family also is one of the healthier families in media. But there are tidbits of it in the new chapter, but it doesn't really go anywhere because Jake isn't his old self where wouldn't listen any of it. He takes full blame of it, and sort of reconnects with Neteyam and Lo'ak through it because Neteyam full on blames himself and Lo'ak is flabbergasted as to why Jake isn't affected. Jake listens to Neytiri's advice on transparence here. I'm going for sort of a healing-route! Though of course they'll be traumatized in their own way.

And this IS heading to the awa'atlu plot! I'm just making it more solid.

Also I've NEVER considered what kind of romance plot there would be, but sister!reader to me is kind of fruity LMAO She has a mix of Korra, Ellie and Vi vibes in my head. Like, girl-preferring with stupid attraction to men she gags at. Idk if I'll ever write it though BSHDBSS The general outline in my head is that she sees tsireya as a goddess and aonung as a pest she'd like to step on. rotxo is nice though she rocks with rotxo

I'm very happy with the rambling answer for what it's worth 😭 MORE people should be prone to rambling TBH. What are we on earth for if not to ramble like I'm so serious.... But anyway. I wish I could write even half as good as you. And I say this with admiration like I hope that vibe is correctly communicated. As someone who's read not all but most of your fics esp the ongoing ones (abmb and 🐝charmer) I think your prowess as a writer has really grown. It's all about finding a balance between, like, the dialogue, the flow of said dialogue, the introspection of a character's mind that really only a written work can give you, and the description of wtf is going on. And this first chapter just HIT for some reason. I don't mean to make it seem like the other fics are lesser, it was just so noticeable to me that the quality of the actual writing seemed to have increased. But it still felt like YOU. Your writer's voice. Just more refined?? Idk. It really felt like you had found that sweet spot, that balance, more so than in the other fics. BUT I STILL READ THEM AND I LOVE THEM DEARLY! This is meant to be a compliment fr fr lol. And sorry if it's unnecessary but even though it's -just fanfiction- it's not Just Fanfiction . To Me . Because fanfiction is kind of everything isn't it. But not all of it is created equal and I think it should be ok to say that? I critique what I love and some of my favorite written works I've ever read have been fanfics. And just because something isn't That good doesn't mean that it doesn't deserve to shared y'know. I love the idea of kids writing things for other kids and so on and then we get older and older and more skilled. It's so cool and so beautiful. This has really gotten away from me lol.... Bet you did not expect yet another ask huh !!!! Fanfiction means so much to me and it wouldn't exist without the AUTHORS I think y'all are doing gods work. So thank you. I'm excited to watch you improve, for as long as you choose to share your stories with us. You don't have to respond of course, as always, but if you do read this I hope it made sense??

You're definitely right about me being absolutely unsupervised as kid on the internet 💀 bro I was THERE when wretched Scary maze and 2girls1cup thing was making it's rounds oof, 'twas a wild childhood. I vividly remember getting a JTK jumpscare thrown at me in the YT comment section at some point :,) but honestly... the Proxies man,,, core memory unlocked, I read so many creepypasta mansion x reader's on quotev it ain't even funny. THE QUIZZES TOO OMFG.

On another note, it's interesting how nowadays the JTK origin story creepypasta is universally agreed upon to be rlly bad and they talk about how it had bad grammar. The thing is, when I was at the very beginning of my CP phase, I didn't know shit about English, the only thing I had at hand were the translations of the most famous Pasta's and the translators rlly didn't fuck around when it came to grammar and localisation. I honestly think that if the translations hadn't been THAT good, I wouldn't have liked Jeff or the Pastas as much as I did, like these damned translations dragged me into the creepypasta fandom with no mercy. What also didn't help was the Yassification of every pasta in the form of fanart 😔 although some of them were still scary (I once saw a fanart of JTK, with the OG scary image face, smacked on top of an unreasonably well drawn feminine body in a skimpy bikini 💀💀). Honestly though, think I had crush on most Human-leaning creepypastas at some point. Not LJ though, lil me had a Clownphobia and this guy used to scare me shitless 🥲 good times, good times. The funniest thing about crushing on Hoodie and Masky for me though, was that I did not watch Marble Hornets until recently. My view on their personality was solely shaped by the fanfics I read on them agh :,)

Holy shit the edgy AMVs though- I was OBSESSED with them. They really shaped my music taste (linkin park & Melanie Marrinez my beloved <3) I still have some of them (the videos) in a playlist actually. Want a taste of what I was hyperfixating on when I was younger? lol

Also kinda funny how I'm stumped when I have to write essays at school but I can casually drop 200+ words whenever I send an ask too you, like I'm writing a long letter to a friend in ye olden times (Victor would be proud 😔✊)

For most of these quizzes, they were also made my pre teens/teenagers, so the answers were always hella obvious and the characters were hella fanon 💀

I too need to watch marble Hornets. In my pasta phase, I didnt really know them, but I just went along with it. Fanon hoodie was shy and nice, while fanon Masky was mature and calm.

Out of the two, I liked Hoodie more than Masky.

Welcome! this post functions as a basic tldr of the plot with links to the master post and mostly functions as a faq post

Under the cut you will find my au my hat game obsessed monkey brain made known as the Amnesia!Moonjumper au (lovingly referred to as a!au)

anyway here we go:

🌙What’s the au about?

The au itself is centered on moonjumper and their struggle with the amnesia of their past before they died, plus him adjusting to life in subcon/outside the horizon and learning about how his magic works.

The found family dynamics formed of the characters is also a big player in plot, specifically the one between mj and hatkid, mj and snatcher, basically just a bunch of dadjumper/moonparent + snatcher moonjumper sibling indulgence lol

you’ll find losta angst here folks get ready to cry (but fr theres lots of tw topics later but specifically some later chapter go into dark stuff, ill tw everything when that chapter actually happens)

🌙Things to know about the blog:

-the au is post game

-Vanessas curse dlc is non canon because the au was made before it came out but the lore stuff that was in VC is canon (aka the curse magic/ability itself is canon to a!vanessa)

-M!anon is not allowed sorry

-no nsfw based asks please that’s weird bro- (though suggestive jokes are fine just yk don’t cross boundaries)

-no shipping unless specified

-the au has lots of hcs/backstories for characters I’ve made myself so even though the au is canon leaning most things are just my own original ideas ^^ I mean it’s not called an au for nothing lol but yeah basically just expanding on the og characters/info we have of them(plus some stuff from Shane frosts versions of the characters are used as some inspo too it’s a number of things lol)

-anons/askers are portrayed as dwellers (though will be replaced by other npc characters in any non subcon areas ex if they are in the metro the anons will be the cats or alps will be nomads etc)

YES YES YES, i would love to help out too! ive done dub editing before and i love voice acting too so I have some experience, I would die on spot oml that would be so cool😭

I would do it myself but I’m really bad at describing things (theres a reason im a comic writer first and NOT a fic writer lol) so I’m gonna leave it to the people who are good at it and actually have experience...

yes! ...and no? its a comic yes! But some events later on will be shown without comics, such as drawings or fics or still frames with dialogue wrote under the post or maybe some animation etc etc its mostly a comic but sometimes breaks that format when it needs to (either if I don’t feel like drawing a full comic for a scene OR a full comic won’t be enough for a scene etc you get the idea)

EDIT the au has now been converted to a half comic half fic! So this is sortof half right now?

my name is grace! Just a kid who thought way too hard about unimportant details if this game and made an au about it lol, my main is @gracebeth3604!

I tried to list as many fan content/faq things as I could think of but if there’s anything else you can think of just ask! please @ me so I can see Anything y’all make I would love it!

oh! And if anyone needs to know one of the characters pronouns ill be happy to let you know (seeing as a lot of them use they/them or different pronouns from their canon/cut character counterparts)

like I said earlier PLEASE check the Masterpost bc half of the art on the blog is just drawings/non canon stuff the Masterpost is really good for if you need to catch up with stuff in order

The blog is a big passion project thing so it’s not the best most amazing writing at all times and definitely not the most organized (especially seeing as it’s still my first time running a big story blog) so excuse that;;
