#one piece#spy x family crossover#revolutionary sabo#portgas d ace#monkey d luffy#still debating on a spy codename for Sabo. since WISE seems to enjoy times of day I want it to have something to do with dawn or dusk#but that might be a bit on the nose#sabo’s walking stick is like his replacement for his pipe. blunt bludgeoning weapon that he can carry around in broad daylight#ace as an assassin decides his disguise is just going to be. being shirtless#plus those silly sunglasses but the main thing is the shirtless mess#because if he can’t be shirtless during the day in society then he might as well be shirtless when he’s out being a badass#the three of them are dumbasses (affectionate)#the only reason luffy looks as put together as he does is because sabo helped him pick the outfit and it’s extremely comfortable#mostly to help luffy get jobs. luffy does whatever job he feels like doing every day!#some days he’s a waiter some days he’s a gardener some days he’s a cashier#when Lois eventually gets over his paranoia over luffy popping up everywhere and finds out luffy is sabo’s brother he starts#paying luffy to babysit Anya. which of course means sabo is babysitting the both of them because trusting luffy to watch a child is maybe#not the best idea.

I personally headcanon that Butch embroidered the emblem on the tunnel snakes jackets himself. Mostly because who else was gonna do it? Like the vaults having the programming to make leather jackets makes sense, but the snake? Nah.
And out of everyone he knows, the ones that would embroider don’t like him and the ones that do like him certainly wouldn’t embroider

The Snyderverse was a artistic hollow, emotionally stunted, intellectually shallow era of movies made by and for those who just want things to look badass, cool, and aggressively masculine.
#it is no surprise to me that the snyder cult is made up of a lot of right wing wannbe macho types who complain about things being too woke#who see no problem harassing anyone who doesn't share their narrowminded views#people who talk about how Watchmen and dark knight returns are the best dc comics but have probably only skimmed through them#not understanding them at all#just seeing batman beat up superman and going “cool”#which applies to zs himself too#he clearly missed the whole point of watchmen by trying to make them all look cool characters#and badass heroes when the whole point is they are not#he just saw a superhero story with sex and violence and though it was awesome#that is clearly what his idea of a mature work is#not something that is emotionally mature#no just all the r rated stuff kids aren't allowed to see#because anything kids can enjoy is lame#his movies are for adults#which are his own words#him and his fans really don't seem to like comics as they are#they only like the ones generally considered cool

Something strange about growing up is that a lot of people who were cool when you were younger hit like 25 and turn into incredibly boring average people, and some of the quiet insecure ones you’ve overlooked for so long come into themselves and blossom into these awesome weirdos.
#A lot of people I looked up to as a teen/young adult just kinda fizzled out#not all of them obviously but like#they get an average job and marry an average person and mov to an average town and suddenly their personality becomes indistinguishable#from every other generic unremarkable human#people who used to be artists end up with boring corporate jobs#they start actually enjoying MCU movies#dressing like suburban moms#and it’s really sad but at the same time#so many others are just now figuring themselves out and embracing who they are#and who they are is badass and awesome#idk man life is so weird
