Also, about your question on DR96's next chapter, I was a bit caught up in some things outside of working on the fic, but now that I'm free from that, I'm trying my hardest to get a mixture of writing and art in! I do aim to get ch4 all finished before the end of August, but I can't make any promises.

my hot take is that c!quackity was never a real threat except for the prison lore and the execution. And both ended with him losing a life by being killed pretty easily. And i love that for him, he's trying too hard to be intimidating but it just makes him look silly

Respectfully anon this is what I meant about the hot takes stuff 😭 like this is the central point of his character … his inability to make a solid impact and lack of being perceived as a threat or someone worth respecting at every level is LITERALLY what drives c!q’s whole arc .
