#I’ve been trying to be positive about this covid situation but like#I tested negative today which is great#but I took a shower and stuffed kongs and that’s literally all I could do today#the fatigue is lingering so much that it’s affecting my mental health because I feel like I’m depressed but not#and I am relapsing on some of my worse anxiety symptoms too#and I know I just have to take it easy until I feel better#but I also read that overdoing it could make the fatigue more likely to last#AND 25% of people get long covid and by god my health fits right into those odds#and I know I’m lucky to not have to go work right away and be supported by those around me#but it feels like all the progress I’ve made wrt my disability is gone#which worries me for my future#and I’m trying to have faith but :)#idk if I can meditate my way out of this one bro#ndr#covid#anxiety#depression#mental health#disability
