Well, NaruSaku and BoruSara fans are showing their shallowness again plus some ignorance. Did they ever wonder why Naruto is orange and Hinata is purple? It's mainly due to the fact that Kishi based their colors from Goku and Chichi of Dragon Ball. Even Hinata's hime-cut was inspired by Chichi's. NaruHina is a pre-series idea and in fact, Hinata herself got a pre-series art unlike Sakura, who was an editor recommendation. Kishi took his time to think about them and wouldn't use shallow reasons for his pre-series couple to work. I wouldn't repeat the "unmei no akai ito" explanation as I did it earlier.

Also, while Sumire is not busty during Boruto, that doesn't mean she can't be after the timeskip. Maybe her present outfit hides her real figure so we can't say. Sure, she was not that busty during her academy days but that doesn't mean she can't. I mean, look at Ino, she wasn't busty in her pre-teens but she did get busty during her teens. I did not say it to shame Ino but to make a comparison. Lastly, what's the big deal about bustiness and looks, Minato, Naruto and hopefully Boruto, did not fall in love with Kushina, Hinata and Sumire respectively due to their looks but their character. Their looks are just the icing on the cake.

P.S. - If Sumire's post timeskip figure is shown thru a more revealing outfit and it shows that she is quite busty, BoruSaras would attack her much like NaruSakus and its twin from another franchise, IchiRukis, did with Hinata and Orihime for the same reason.

true. in all honesty, their looks or colors mean nothing. it's about THEM themselves, their personality, and how they all stuck by them from the beginning. Kushina chose Minato cause he saved her, Naruto chose Hinata cause she risked her life for him, he saved her too, Sumire chose Boruto because he saved her, and she saved him too because she told Salad about the Omnipotence, so if it wasn't for her, Sasuke would've have came to Boruto's rescue.

yes, Naruto and Boruto have saved them, yet not in the meaningful way like the others.

yes. it really doesn't matter about chest size or looks at all. and if we look at Ino in the Boruto manga, she literally has no chest, maybe even flatter than Sakura, and Hinata, too. so it could be the art style.

but hating on a character for their looks is just idiotic. the Sakura & Salad fandom hate on Hinata & Sumire for their looks, long hair, chest, yet they go ahead and draw Sakura & Salad with long hair and big chest. they even COMPLAIN about her chest being small. yet hate on other characters for a big chest.

Hinata was quite modest, so you could barely tell what size hers was until the bath scene and The Last. so the same could be with Sumire.

I am apart of the Bleach fandom and I swear, they've done EVERYTHING the ns have. even trying to get the series a different ending. they really look up to the ns fandom, huh?

I just hope the bsa fandom won't attack bsu/Sumire after the series is done, but I know that won't happen since we've already seen what happens when the main guy doesn't get with the main girl, and they're jealous of the secondary girl's looks.

I am mad at the writers for making Bolt treat trashcan like how he used to treat Sumi and treat Sumi like how he used to treat trashcan.

What makes me even more mad is how before he left, he said “Sarada… No, I’ll come back.”

Ppl say he’ll confess his feelings for her when he gets back and it’s so annoying and us bsu fandom are getting bullied because of it.

I get Kishi wanted to do a love triangle, but why not KawaSumiBoru or BoruSumiMitsu. Why BoruSumiSara? Why involuted most toxic ship itself and the fandom?

Again overacting Boruto was just breaking the ice, but overall he is serious during the whole conversation.

Its not a confession they were never anywhere close to being romantically involved pre timeskip. Also he said Sarada and went on about saving Sasuke and everyone else from the tree. He was about to say one more thing before he stopped and said he would come back, but based on the fact he was promising saving people I doubt it has anything to do with Sarada specifically. He only called her out before leaving cause he was telling her he would save Sasuke.

Making a male love triangle doesn't work since none of the other male characters are interested in girls at the moment. Its only a love triangle when two of those involved like the same boy.

I agree it makes more toxicity and honestly really forcing it if BoruSara does end up happening considering they were far from being anywhere involved pre time skip. At the same time though its one of the only ways to involve a bit of romance in an action manga and if done right can turn out pretty well.

Wow I don't know how long ago I got this ask so sorry for the late reply if it has been really long, I don't really check my notifs on Tumblr because I never get asks so thanks for sending one!

I do indeed ship InoHima, I think they're pretty cute and their relationship in Boruto Ep 33 as well as that Boruto Novel that had them together shows how close they are. Heck, even Boruto and Inojin's Japanese voice actors seem to openly ship InoHima as they joked about it on Twitter which shows even they can see their potential lol which can't be said for any other next gen pairing as far as im aware. I'm very picky when it comes to ships so I don't tend to ship anything unless it has good interactions and I feel it has real potential to actually become canon one day and so far I put InoHima into that bracket hence shipping it. Also being both a Saiino and Naruhina fan, it'd be cute to see their kids together as our fandoms have always been supportive of each other (especially Saiino and Naruhina fandoms on Twitter are literal bff's 🤝)

With that being said though I wouldn't say im HARDCORE into shipping it yet, I just really like it and see the high potential of it becoming canon. But because theres still a lot of time to go where potential ships can grow, theres no point being a hardcore shipper of anything specifc yet, I know that more than anyone as a Saiino fan as Sai didn't get introduced till post timeskip.

Theres also the fact some of the fandom gets really itchy when InoHima gets mentioned as people seem to hate Himawari getting shipped because they see her as a baby and like 10 years younger than Inojin when in reality its closer to 2 years (I blame her manga appearence) and anyway its not like any InoHima shipper (or shipper of any next gen pairing) thinks their ship will have any sort of romance whilst they're still kids rofl. I presume this is why most InoHima fans and its fandom are pretty quiet and aren't so vocal despite the pairing having a lot of shippers out there and being both characters most popular pairing. We seem to just be patiently waiting for timeskip so people can't get an itch up their booty about the pairings age gap (despite it only being 2 years which is a smaller age gap than Shikatema fyi).

Heck, InoHima have literally a whole episode building a bond between them, another ep of Ino giving Hima a flower scene added by SP to further remind us about InoHima, a cute novel scene, and 2 VAs joking about Inojin being Boruto's brother in law. InoHima prob has the most going for it out of any next gen ship besides BoruSara/BoruSumi so I don't doubt people will finally jump on the train after the timeskip as well as the shippers we already have being able to finally be able to openly express shipping them once they're older.

I just saw someone in the boruto tag (naruto's son anime/manga) said that the adults in the fandom are only allowed to ship the adult characters (those from naruto) & shipping any of the kids with each other is gross :/ Like we literally know that there will be a timeskip in boruto, the kids are gonna grow up anw just like how naruto start with him as a kid and end with him as an adult. Plus canon content is already droping hints of borusara :/

Do antis realize that... the creators of things are adults? JK Rowling “shipped” children by having Harry and Ginny kiss. The creator of Hey Arnold shipped children, the Pokemon anime has had girls kiss Ash on the cheek. There are countless shows with canon ships between kids or teens... and the creators of those show are adults. Do antis not realize that or care? Antis are the ones making things weird, when it’s not. There’s nothing wrong with adult fans shipping fictional characters
